But despite saying things like that, which makes it clear that these Muslims wanted to kill people at Fort Dix because they thought Allah would reward them for doing so, the defense wants prosecutors to stop talking about "jihad" in connection with this case -- it is "inflammatory."

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. (AP) — Federal prosecutors say they should not be forced to drop references to al-Qaida and jihad from the indictment of five men accused of plotting to attack soldiers on Fort Dix.Lawyers for the men last month asked a judge in U.S. District Court in Camden to delete such language, saying it was "inflammatory" and was included in earlier court filings to incite prejudice against the defendants.
In a response filed Friday, government lawyers said the terms in question are central to the case, arguing that jihadist principles motivated the defendants.
Serdar Tatar, Mohamad Ibrahim Shnewer and the brothers Dritan, Eljvir and Shain Duka have pleaded not guilty to the May 2007 charges that they were planning to sneak onto the base and kill soldiers.
The government said they chose the Army installation, which is used mostly to train reservists for deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan, largely because Tatar's father owned a pizza shop nearby and he knew his way around the area.
An attack was never carried out, though prosecutors say the men trained for it on trips to the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania.
The men, all foreign-born Muslims in their 20s, have spent much of their lives in the Philadelphia area. [...]
In 2006, the government says, Shnewer said that he owned a gun and had considered camping near the White House and trying to assassinate President Bush.
He also told the informant, according to the filing: "This is what we chose for ourselves. If you do not want to assist us in such dire times, that means shut up. No good will ever come out of you."
In another conversation, the government says Dritan Duka told an informant, "Better we go fight for Allah maybe at least we go Jannah (heaven or paradise)... Over there we have good wives, everything."...

totally misinterpretated and mis contextual
the same massage is given in bible and given even more stricly and clearly but in islam if u read whole massage with context that it is the right one

Someone who barely understands English trying to comment. I wonder if he understands the post.
The context of the Biblical injunctions is not to kill unbelievers but to cleanse Caanan of its evil religious practices so as not to corrupt the Children of Israel, ie God's chosen people. God made it clear to Moses that once Caanan was cleansed that these practices were to discontinue.
Jesus said that if one rejects His message His followers are simply to leave them to their fates and not kill or punish them in any way for rejecting Him. Jesus said we are to live in peace with unbelievers, so far as it is up to us.
Besides, Mr Spencer is quoting what the defendants in this case believed the Quran said. If mistakes were made it was by them. Did they misinterpret or misunderstand Mohammed's book?

Actually here's an idea, inspired by Kristopher: Provide every Muslim male over age 15 with a rubber blow-up doll carefully designed to mimic the sex-slaves of Paradise in appearance. Young Abdul can chain it up in a corner of his room, recreating his own little pavilion in Jannah.
The doll will be just as mindless, docile, and unchanging as a real hoor, he can beat it and starve it as much as he desires, and yet everyone's happy and nobody gets hurt. Geez. Why don't I work for the government?

Not a bad idea, except blow up dolls were invented after the 7th century so they are haram, as is every modern western invention except computers, cell phones, guns and explosives and the occasional airplane.

I gotta believe that the lies put out by the Islamic leaders will be what ever it takes to get young people riled up and to engage none muslims in violence. There are SOB's all over the world that lie about everything. I think Islam is a very attractive place for them to gather.

Have the defence lawyers been taking instructions from Egypt, Pakistan and Iran, as per that farcical session in the UN Human Rights Commission, that David Littman reported on, not so long ago? The one that forbade any mention of sharia even when abuses prescribed and/ or condoned by sharia were to be discussed?
Or have they merely been rung up by the local Ummah enforcers (like the Mafia Mob) and told what's what?
When Mr Spencer's new book, 'Stealth Jihad', comes out, we regulars here should attempt to ensure that everyone of any significance in our respective national judiciaries receives a copy.
Under the dhimmi rules, dhimmis were not supposed to possess, or read, the Islamic source books. One clause of the legendary Pact of Omar, template for all legislation concerning dhimmis, goes like this "we will not teach our children the Qur'an". (i.e. Muslims don't want us knowing the game-plan, since forewarned is forearmed).
So the Muslim attempt to prevent non-Muslims from getting hold of the Muslim sourcebook and war manual, or from understanding Muslim terminology, goes back a long, long way.
Their - and their catspaws' - attempts to stifle all public reference to the direct correspondence between the instructions in Qur'an, Sira and Hadith, and Muslim behaviour worldwide, is just the modern version of this same principle: "Keep the Kafir in the Dark".
