Just when one thought al-Qaeda's jihadi recruiting prerequisites were set at age 15, now comes this. Wonder if suicidal bunnies, bees, or rats were used to recruit these children for the "great jihad"? "Child soldiers trained by the Taliban to kill British soldiers," by Nick Owens, for the Mirror, August 2:
CLUTCHING AK-47 rifles and marching to war... these chilling images (see the video player) show child soldiers on their way to fight British troops in Afghanistan.The pictures come from a video filmed at an al-Qaeda training camp in Pakistan, where Taliban warlords are turning boys as young as FIVE into trained killers. Recorded only weeks ago, it captures a dozen nervous-looking boys in camouflage uniforms with headbands which say: There is no God but Allah.
The boy soldiers stand in line before being handed rifles and taught to fire rocket-propelled grenades.
They spend their day being brainwashed to kill their Jihad training caught on film as part of an al-Qaeda recruitment drive.
The bewildered children, barely old enough to go to school, are forced to stand in circles stretching and exercising to try to give them strength to carry heavy ammunition.
They live in tents and say prayers before sleeping with weapons lying next to them. When their training is complete the children are filmed walking over the Pakistan-Afghanistan border right into a warzone.
The film shows one boy nodding nervously after he is asked: Are you prepared to die for Allah?
If he is killed, he will not be the first. In one section, the face of an 11-year-old soldier, named as Abdullah al-Rahim, is circled on the screen as he marches away.
Seconds later, images of his body wrapped in a white sheet appear, making him a martyr for al-Qaeda leaders determined to recruit thousands more children.
The footage was obtained by Sunday Mirror investigators after it was posted on an underground al-Qaeda website, which routinely trumpets the death of British soldiers killed by the Taliban.
The seven-minute video was issued by the Islamic Jihad Union, which has training camps in the north Waziristan province in Pakistan.
British commanders in Afghanistan say Taliban fighters increasingly use children as suicide bombers. They are also used as human shields during firefights.
Author and terror expert Neil Doyle said it was one of the most disturbing videos he had seen. He said:It is child abuse of the worst kind and shows the kind of sick tactics al-Qaeda use.

It is child abuse, of this there is no doubt.
Having said that, I think it is a sign of desperation and the behaviour of a losing side.
I always think back to the footage of an ill and infirm Hitler during his last days and he is walking down the line inspecting fresh teen and preteen recruits, telling them how brave they are and what a great and noble thing they are doing for their country as he leads them to their deaths in certain defeat.
A sign of weakness.

It must be the USA or the Joooooooos at fault here. Muslims are always peaceful and innocent. Sure the koran talks about killing everyone and islam dominating the world, but that's nothing to worry about. It's not like muslims go around hurting innocent people, attacking other religions or committing sick acts of violence on a daily basis.
Get with the program kids! Muslims good, everyone else bad. The bad guys are the Christans and Jooooooos! Especially those evil Joooooos.

They're not recruiting the children. They're recruiting the parents. The parents give up their children for this? STERILIZE THE PARENTS!
Meanwhile "innocent" students died in the attack that might or might not have killed Zawahiri.

Waziristan is a hideout for Al Qaeda. The lesson: If you're a relatively powerful country with a clever leader, like Pakistan, you get to be called an ally in the War on Terror and can shelter Al Qaeda with impunity. The Taliban need a better image consultant, then they can run Afghanistan again as an ally, and shelter Al Qaeda to boot.

Remember the imam or mufti (whatever) of a year or so ago, who advised Moslem women to have ten children and "give eight to Allah", keeping only two for themselves.
I wonder how al-Qaede recruits these kids. Do they kidnap them, or maybe buy them from their parents? Are their parents threatened, or do they turn them over willingly, to "fight for
Allah"?

Alqaeda: 5 year olds get put through the meat grinder to be blown up/eviscerated with cries of al-akbar.
The west: 5 year olds get sent to primary school ,to get a education and make friends, with a cut lunch.

Well...they marry off girls at six and take them to bed at eight or nine, so recruiting little boys of five to be trained as assassins for the jihad is no different.
The North Koreans brainwash little kids, too; and Pol Pot used child soldiers and child prostitutes.
All truly evil tyrannies like to do this: recruit and brainwash children before the children have developed physically or mentally enough to resist or question their orders. You end up with tools, not people.
By contrast: I remember reading once - I'm sorry, I can't give the reference - that there was a psychological research project done, concerning the Righteous Gentiles during the Shoah. The researchers wanted to know what it was that made some people strong enough to go against the tide, and risk their lives to help their Jewish neighbours, whether friends or strangers.
It turned out that the only thing pretty well all of these people had in common was that they had been reared by loving parents who had allowed them to ask questions, within reason; who had taught them to *think*. They had *not* been trained to unthinkingly and unquestioningly obey orders; they had not been abused in any way. They had been disciplined, they'd been given basic moral principles and boundaries, but they had not been crushed.

This happens in Iraq also. Read Martha Raddatz. She tells of two times when soldiers faced a crowd with children put in the front of their parents as shields and they marched towards the soldiers to keep them from shooting.

I have mentioned M Scott Peck's book on the psychology of human evil, 'People of the Lie', on various occasions in the past few years.
I think it may be useful to cite, yet again, his reflections on what evil 'is' (he drew quite a lot on Erich Fromm, 'The Heart of Man').
'Evil is in opposition to life. It is that which opposes the life force. It has, in short, to do with killing. Specifically, it has to do with murder - namely, unnecessary killing, killing that is not required for biological survival...
'When I say that evil has to do with killing, I do not mean to restrict myself to corporeal murder. Evil is also that which kills spirit.
'There are various essential attributes of life - particularly human life - such as sentience, mobility, awareness, growth, autonomy, will.
'It is possible to kill or to attempt to kill one of these attributes without actually destroying the body. Thus we may 'break' a horse or even a child without harming a hair on its head.
'Erich Fromm was acutely sensitive to this fact when he broadened the definition of necrophilia to include the desire of certain people to control others - to make them controllable, to foster their dependency, to discourage their capacity to think for themselves, to diminish their unpredictability and originality, to keep them in line.
'Distinguishing it from a biophilic person, one who appreciates and fosters the variety of life forms and the uniqueness of the individual, he demonstrated a 'necrophilic character type' whose aim is to avoid the inconvenience of life by transforming others into obedient automatons, robbing them of their humanity'.
'Evil, then, for the moment, is that force, residing either inside or outside of human beings, that seeks to kill life or liveliness. And goodness is its opposite. Goodness is that which promotes life and liveliness."
Eerie, isn't it? Islam, as formulated, theorised and practised, fits Fromm's 'necrophilic character type' more precisely than just about any other belief system I can think of, apart from Nazism, Maoism and Pol Pot.
Just compare the passage from M Scott Peck that I've quoted above, with this locus classicus from the Ayatollah Khomeini's sermon for the birthday of Mohammed ha-meshugga:
"The real Day of God is the day that Amir al mo’menin [Ali, Shi'ite Islam's first Imam] drew his sword and slaughtered all the khavarej [a group that rejected Ali's leadership] and killed them from the first to the last.
"The Days of God are when Allah, the gracious, the almighty, causes an earthquake. It is when He slaps on the face. It is when he causes a hurricane. He whips this people to become humans.
"If the Amir al mo’menin [the leaders of the believers, Ali] wanted to be tolerant, he would not have drawn his sword killing 700 people in one go.
"In our prisons we have more of the same kind of people who are corrupt. If we do not kill them, each one of them that gets out, will become a murderer! They don’t become humans. [A.K believes there is no possibility of penitence].
"Why do you Mullahs only go after the ordinances of prayer and fasting?
"Why do you only read the Quranic verses of mercy and do not read the verses of killing?
"Quran says; kill, imprison!
"Why are you only clinging to the part that talks about mercy?
" Mercy is against God [allah].
"Mehrab [the prayer niche in a mosque, in front of which the imam stands to lead prayers] means the place of war, the place of fighting. Out of the mehrabs, wars should proceed, just as all the wars of Islam used to proceeded out of the mehrabs.
"The prophet has [had] sword to kill people.
"Our [Holy] Imams were quite military men. All of them were warriors. They used to wield swords; they used to kill people.
"We need a Khalifa [caliph, leader] who would chop hands, cut throat, stone people. In the same way that the messenger of God used to chop hands, cut throats, and stone people.
"In the same way that he massacred the Jews of Bani Qurayza [a Jewish tribe of Medina, massacred by Muhammad] because they were a bunch of discontent[ed] people.
" If the Prophet used to order to burn a house or exterminate a tribe that was justice.
"The lives of people must be secured through punishment.
"Because, the protection of the masses lies beneath these very punitive executions. With just a few years of imprisonment things don’t get fixed.
"You must put aside these childish sentimentalism. We believe that the accused essentially does not have to be tried. He or she must just be killed. Only their identity is to be established and then they should be killed.”
Notice the ecstatic, sadistic, almost psychopathic repetition of language related to violence, killing, hurting and frightening people?
Or that appalling sentence - 'Mercy is against allah'.
If one applies Peck's and Fromm's criteria, one can only conclude that the Ayatollah Khomeini, and so many, many others like him, throughout the entire history of Islam, are necrophiliacs, murderers - killers of bodies, killers of souls. They were evil people, and the belief system that nurtures them, that permits and instructs them to do what they do, is evil.

We have it from there mouths: "We will win because you love life we love death". Literally, they say that.

Sheik, an Indian thinker and philosopher used these very words regarding islam about a 100 years back. Our Humanity, our Values, these are impediments in dealing with the problem. These are the reasons why jihad has been so successful across geographies.

Remember the movie "Red Dawn" (1981)? Liberal critics slammed it. One of their claims was that it was ridiculous for the movie to depict teenagers taking up arms to become guerrilla fighters. Such a thing could never happen in the real world.
That tells you how much liberals know about the history of guerrilla war.

As many times as they circled that poor boy's face in that video, I think that they set him up to take the fall. These people are just as Peck says, necrophiliacs with no regard for human life. Pure evil. I wish we could re-educate these children and show them how important their lives really are.

5 year old boys are not the least bit interested in sex, so Sex Heaven offers zero appeal to these kindergartener's seeking martyrdom.
Makes you wonder what kind of recruitment strategies, or more accurately, what type of scare tactics do these low-life recruitors use on such tender young minds.
"We will kill your Mommy & Daddy, and you get to watch while they are torn limb from limb", is quite possibly one scare tactic.

It reminded me of the "Hitler Youth" as well. I also think it's a sign of desperation. I did wonder though why they would allow the video to be leaked. Is it to give the message that even their 5 year olds are a match for the infidels? Or that the infidels will stoop to fighting a war against 5 year olds? Makes those little guys a really useful war tool doesn't it? If all else fails use them as a shield and don't worry about feeding them any more.
