Thanks to all who sent this in, but I don't think this is the same Allah who has been featured so often on the pages of Jihad Watch.
"Arraigned On Drug Charges," from the Hartford Courant, August 9:
SOUTH WINDSOR — - A 35-year-old man with the eye-catching name of Almighty Supremeborn Allah was arraigned in Manchester Superior Court on Friday.Allah, of 119 Elmhurst St. in West Hartford...
Ah. Paradise located!
...was charged with reckless driving, disobeying an officer's signal, interfering with an officer, criminal attempt to sell cocaine and criminal attempt to possess cocaine, said police, who reported that Almighty Supremeborn Allah is his real name.Police said they began looking for Allah...
What notable piety!
...after receiving a tip Thursday around 8 p.m. that he would be in South Windsor for a drug transaction. An officer spotted Allah in his car...
I wonder what kind of car Allah drives. I'm betting it isn't a Nissan Tiida.
...on John Fitch Boulevard and tried pulling him over, police said. Allah initially refused to stop...
Why should he?
...but pulled over within a mile from where he was first seen, police said....
I wonder if they handcuffed him. After all, Allah's hand is not chained (Qur'an 5:64).
Yes, it's a slow Saturday morning here in the luxurious Jihad Watch offices, overlooking beautiful Lake Victoria.

Almighty Allah reminds me of another homegrown scamp, the Reverend Major Jealous Divine, or rather, as he shortly came to be known, Father Divine (born George Baker, 1880-1965), who first described himself as "The Messenger of God" and then later gave himself a much-deserved promotion, making believers think of him as God himself. One could still see, even a few decades ago, in certain parts of big cities, faded signs declaring "Father Divine is God."
Here's a relevant bit from Wikipedia:
"George Baker (c. 1880 – September 10, 1965), also known as Father Divine, was an African American spiritual leader from about 1907 until his death. His full self-given name was Reverend Major Jealous Divine, and he was also known as "the Messenger" and George Baker early in his life....Father Divine claimed to be God. Some contemporary critics also claimed he was a charlatan, and some suppose him to be one of the first modern cult leaders."
Ah, those "contemporary critics" who "claimed he was a charlatan." How dare they.

If this guy wrote a personal ad, it might go like this:
"All my friends say I'm gracious and merciful. My hobbies include dictating books in 7th-century Arabic, and smiting. My pet peeves include unbelievers and people who ask too many questions."

I wouldn't rush to judgment here. This might indeed be the very Allah featured so many times here at JW. Yeah, a screw-up, engaged in criminal activity, etc. Hmmm. Yep, could be one and the same.

"Allah" should feel right at home in prison...he has a lot of admirers behind bars. Rumors have it that his attorney, Angel Gabriel, is making all the communications for his client.

Very Funny Xero G. Now if only he had a birthmark in the shape of of the word Allah, that would seal the deal. Hell, he might even be considered the 12th Mahdi...

One would thing that allah would drive a Cadillac Esclalade. Large amount of room for the overinflated ego. Not to mention the need to carry all those virgins around. Would most likely have it all tricked out. After all, Allah would want the pimpest ride around. Then he would have the biggest engine available(feel free to make big engine, small appendage jokes.) to help out his "homies."

Almighty Supremeborn Allah...a captured drug dealer.
I always knew he would come to no good.
Did anyone notify CAIR? Does Hooper have an opinion?
Is there a lawsuit pending?
Allah sues the police...the movie...

Allah is incapable of self-transport? He can't blink his eyes or wave his hand and move from place to place? He has to rely on machinery built by mere mortals, and infidel mortals at that? Such a disappointment!

I'm thinking that perhaps Almighty Supremeborn Allah must have some cash flow problems if He must resort to dealing drugs........but as a supreme diety, can't Allah just turn the sand into petroleum?
Being omnipotent must not be what it used to be.

The "prophet" of the mohammedans had a mark on his back which was a/k/a the seal of the prophets.
Surely you don't mean that "he" wore the mark of the Beast... Right? Right?

God jokes just don't come to my mind quickly without blasphemy quickly following. I don't doubt that God has a sense of humor but reading about a fool like this, completely shuts down my funny bone.
His name probably does more that anything else to sour the mind. I might paint a picture of what this idiot's mug shot would look like.
Dark brown blood shoot eyes. A large nose noticeably broken in the past with traces of a white powder at the nostrils. A thick black mustache turned down at the ends. What appeared as day old stubble even after he had just shaved. One eye brow running from one side of his head to the other. Thick black unwashed and kept hair of moderate length. A tanned complexion. A dirty white t-shirt. Height about 5'7" - 8" (according to the marks behind him). Age, looks like mid to late 40's but is really late 20's early 30's.
All in all looks like the average American who is here illegally or on an expired student visa without work but has money.

This guy's name could cause him some serious problems if the non-filthy ones get wind of it--blasphemy, you know. He couldn't be a muslim because muslims never commit crimes and they certainly wouldn't pollute their pristine minds and bodies with illegal drugs. Islam is the best mind-blowing drug on the street and it's free.

Police said they began looking for Allah...
Great! And when you find the sandstone or basalt pagan deity with a crescent moon carved on it's chest (many found at archeological sites in Arabia), please make sure it's photo is printed in newspapers worldwide so everyone can see who the real allah is - a lifeless idol.

[Almighty Supremeborn Allah]...was charged with reckless driving, disobeying an officer's signal, interfering with an officer, criminal attempt to sell cocaine and criminal attempt to possess cocaine, said police...
.....................................
Well, the touchy ones flew into a homicidal rage at naming an innocent teddy bear Muhammed, but I doubt they'll have any problems with this criminal idiot named for their supreme god.
With such a name, one can assume his parents must have been very devout Muslims, and I'm sure they gave him an excellent Islamic upbringing.

this should be more comedy than commentary (since i know a bit about the hartford area)
using something from the hartford courant might be detrimental to jihad watch...do you think Almighty Supremeborn Allah named himself before , or after, he started doing drugs?
