A strategy indistinguishable from the Freelance Jihadist. "One-man cell, the new face of Al Qaeda terror," from ANI, August 15 (thanks to Mackie):
Washington , Aug 15 (ANI): The creation of one-man cell seems to be the new strategy of Al Qaeda terrorists.According to the FOX News, intelligence officials have discovered an online Al Qaeda manual that prescribes that group leaders should training new recruits to operate as smaller cells around the globe.
The manual, called Method for Building the Personality of a Terrorist Mujahid and written by an Islamist forum contributor nicknamed “Shamil al-Baghdadi,” encourages militant followers to stop focusing on pulling off attacks on the scale of 9-11 and to start executing numerous smaller attacks.
If for some reason the mission fails, the Jihadi must not abort, but instead carry on alone, as a one-man cell, the paper quotes New York City Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly as saying while quoting from the manual.
It advocates assassinations by shooting, poisoning and booby-trapping cell phones and computers.
Further, targets are to be prioritised by ranking them into categories such as “high profile,” which represent presidents and prime ministers.
Recruits are also told to organize credit card scams and to rob police stations in order to get hold of weapons.
However, the most shocking revelation are the lessons on kidnapping, with orders to slaughter hostages in a way that will terrify the public....

Well, they've been telling us for awhile that jihad is a personal thing for each and every Muslim. Looks like they were right all along.
"Lone gunman" will soon be replaced by "mad martyr". Islam keeps telling us that anyone who acts in the manner of the man who mowed down his fellow students on a college campus is mentally ill. Meet the "mad bomber", since we can't call him the "mad jihadist". Truth hurts, and we can't hurt a billion "non-violent" Muslims.

By the time the MSM covers all their Crimes as coming from a deranged mind, it will not be a stretch to consider all of them Mental.
I can see the Human Rights Groups going ballistic over the defense of the potentially guilty.
The lengths Al-Qaeda will go to prove the MSM with their Politically correct, Multicultural Agenda to be so terribly wrong.
Al-Qaeda is doing everything it can to strip Islam of the "peaceful" veneer the Politicians and Media types insist on covering it with.
May Al-Qaeda be successful in uniting it's opposition-World Wide.

Individual jihad is the logical result since jihad is personal to begin with. Everything for Allah, is basically a false concept for the gross materialist to hide behind. His materialism may not be earthly wealth, (although gm's don't reject the idea), but to get into Allah's heaven and preferably cuddle up with some virgins. Since Allah did not promise anyone, save dead jihadis, a berth in Paradise, the best way to increase the chances are to obey Allah's and Mohammad's words, and practice purity.
Those who stay at home and don't fight in jihad are castigated in the Quran. It is made clear that Allah favors combatants over couch potatoes.
Which direction is Paradise, the fighter asked Mohammad, to which Mohammad said, 'it is to die in the battle'. The soldier said 'thats it'? He threw down the dates he was eating and went into battle where he was killed.
Gross materialism...'They slay and they are slain', the object of which is guaranteed access to Paradise and the fab 72.
So this is very personal with each and every muslim...'Everything' is not for Allah...
Most of it is self serving and selfish...

It might be interesting if someone like Wafa Sultan, Ali Sina or Phyllis Chesler, with psychological/ psychiatric expertise, had a squiz at this "Method for Building the Personality of a Terrorist Mujahid".
In other words: "How to Train a Hit-Man", or, "The School for Serial Killers".
It would be interesting to examine the many cases of 'Sudden Jihad Syndrome' that have been discussed on this site, in the light of the contents of this manual.
It seems to me that with this, any illusion that there is any real difference between Islam and 'The Mob' or the Triads or the Yakuza or the Thuggees, disappears.
A jihadist is what kafir call a criminal, a robber, a rapist and a murderer - and, in light of the instruction to "organise credit card scams" - a fraudster and conman. In light of the injunction "to slaughter hostages in a way that will terrify" a jihadist must also logically be assumed to be the type of person that kafir refer to as a serial killer, psychopath or sociopath.
Kafir society tries not to produce such people; when they do pop up within its own ranks it relentlessly hunts them down, punishes them, and removes them from society by execution or imprisonment, to prevent them from doing further harm.
*Islam* on the other hand actively sets out to *produce* such specimens, the quintessence of human evil, in quantity, and then sends them out as hitmen/ assassins against the kafir (while also giving them a free hand in the domestic sphere, to mistreat and kill their own wives, sisters, daughters, cousins, nieces, in the name of 'honour' and 'purity'). Instead of viewing them as a disgrace and a liability it celebrates them as an asset, as its heroes, as the Ideal Man - vide Samir Kuntar.
Question: how many Muslims are now going to be caught doing what - if the perp were from another socio-religious group - we would simply call common-or-garden serial killing? How many 'random' murders of non-Muslims by Muslims have already happened, and not been recognised?
Murder a Kafir and be sure of going to Paradise = Human Sacrifice Cult.
