Filmed at a top U.K. mosque: "Loyalty is only to the Muslim, not to the kaffir [disbeliever]"

More on this story. "Preachers of separatism at work inside Britain's mosques," by Sara Hassan for the Telegraph, August 31:

In a large balcony above the beautiful main hall at Regent's Park Mosque in London - widely considered the most important mosque in Britain - I am filming undercover as the woman preacher gives her talk. [...]
Adulterers, she says, are to be stoned to death - and as for homosexuals, and women who "make themselves like a man, a woman like a man ... the punishment is kill, kill them, throw them from the highest place".
These punishments, the preacher says, are to be implemented in a future Islamic state. "This is not to tell you to start killing people," she continues. "There must be a Muslim leader, when the Muslim army becomes stronger, when Islam has grown enough."
A young female student from the group interrupts her: the punishment should also be to stone the homosexuals to death, once they have been thrown from a high place.
These are teachings I never expected to hear inside Regent's Park Mosque, which is supposedly committed to interfaith dialogue and moderation, and was set up more than 60 years ago, to represent British Muslims to the Government. And many of those listening were teenage British girls or, even more disturbingly, young children.
My investigation for Channel 4's Dispatches came after last year's Undercover Mosque, which investigated claims that teachings of intolerance and fundamentalism were spreading through Britain's mosques from the Saudi Arabian religious establishment - which is closely linked to the Saudi Arabian government. In response, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia denied it was spreading intolerance, while Regent's Park Mosque, which featured in the film, urged all mosques to be "vigilant" and monitor what was taught on their premises. [...]
The mosque is meant to promote moderation and integration. But although the circle does preach against terrorism and does not incite Muslims to break British laws, it teaches Muslims to "keep away" and segregate themselves from disbelievers: "Islam is keeping away from disbelief and from the disbelievers, the people who disbelieve."
Friendship with non-Muslims is discouraged because "loyalty is only to the Muslim, not to the kaffir [disbeliever]".
A woman who was friendly with a non-Muslim woman was heavily criticised: "It's part of Islam, of the correct belief, that you love those who love Allah and that you hate those who hate Allah."
One preacher even says Muslims shouldn't live in Britain at all: "It is not befitting for Muslims that he should reside in the land of evil, the land of the kuffaar, the land of the disbelievers."
Another, Um Saleem, says Muslims should not take British citizenship as their loyalty is to Allah.
"Some conditions can take you into disbelief, to take the British citizenship, whether you like it or not, for these people, you are selling your religion, it's a very serious thing, it is not allowed to give allegiance to other than Allah."

Article of faith:

Their teachings shocked me. This was not the Islam that I and many other Muslims in the UK were taught as youngsters, nor is it a version that most Muslims follow.

It's always the Tiny Minority of Extremists, which keeps cropping up in so many places, in spite of being so very tiny.

One preacher said of Christians praying in a church: "What are these people doing in there, these things are so vile, what they say with their tongues is so vile and disgusting, it's an abomination." As for the concept of interfaith live-and-let-live: "This is false. It does not work. This concept is a lie, it is fake, and it is a farce." [...]
Um Saleem later told me that her comments that Muslims could not take British citizenship were "erroneous" and indeed apologised for them. As for comments that Muslims cannot live in a non-Muslim country, she agreed that the language used was "inappropriate". She continued: "Whilst it is recommended for a Muslim to migrate to a Muslim country, it is not obligatory."
She added: "We are not blind followers of any government or any 'clerics'. We do criticise other religions, just as other religions criticise Islam…we encourage integration into society."
However, she stood by some of her other claims, stating that the rulings that women could not travel alone, and could not work if it conflicted with religious requirements, were "totally justified by Islamic texts".
"You may regard these juristic and textual rulings as 'extreme restrictions'," she said. "But we see them as our way of life and a liberation of the soul."
Dr Al Dubayan said they would be removed pending an investigation, but I found the same fundamentalist preachers' works still openly displayed and sold there. DVDs preaching that disbelievers are "evil, wicked, mischievous people ... they do the most evil, filthy things"; that men are in charge of women and should control them.
One speaker says of the Jews: "Their time will come, like every other evil person's time will come." Another speech, this time by Sheikh Khalid Yasin, who learned Arabic in Saudi Arabia, praised the deterrent effect of sharia law: "Then people can see, people without hands, people can see in public heads rolling down the street, people got [sic] their hands and feet from opposite sides chopped off and they see them crucified…they see people put up against the pole and see them get lashed in public they see it, and because they see it, it acts as a deterrent for them because they say I don't want that to happen to me."
Sheikh Yasin responded to me that his comments should be considered in context. He said he did not support or promote Saudi Arabian government policy or religious rhetoric, and said capital punishments were carried out by many states and governments. "The lecture was aimed at reforming the Muslim people, the Muslim society and the Muslim world … to be adjudicated by the Sovereign Islamic State" when one exists.

Read it all.

The mosque leader, Dr Al Dubayan, "didn't know" such teachings were going on inside his mosque and he and will certainly put a stop to it. He also "didn't know" the bookstore was still selling Wahabbi literature it's an "independent business" afterall, and how could he have known what it was selling? And all the financial backing from Saudi Arabia certainly has nothing to do with fundamental Islam being pushed.

A young female student from the group interrupts her: the punishment should also be to stone the homosexuals to death, once they have been thrown from a high place.

Yep, that's Islam talking. 'Kill me once, and kill me twice, and kill me once again', then get me stoned'. That's backwards, your supposed to get me stoned first.
Can't you people get anything right?

An admirable idea. I think they need to hear it.
I wonder what they will do when they find this out?

They need to read JW/DW so that they can read these type articles. And I hope they read the comments because they are entitled to, and have a right to, my opinion. I would not dream of keeping it from them...

Toward the end of the article, the reporter writes:

I share the imam's outrage at the way a peaceful monotheistic religion - so close to Christianity and Judaism in its essential beliefs - has been hijacked. To hear a call for the killing of someone because of his or her sexuality or for changing their faith in what is meant to be a place of contemplation is truly shocking.

How depressing, after all she went through...

Never gonna happen!

I wouldn't worry if this gal were doing her braying in a tiny storefront mosque. We've seen this crap before. After all, we've got guys like Fred Phelps and his little band of so-called Christian haters in the United States.

The difference is that she's "preaching" in one of the highest-prestige mosques in the UK. It'd be like the disgusting Mr. Phelps giving the homily at St. Patrick's in New York, or sermonizing at one of the televangelist megachurches in the United States. I'd hope we'd be throwing rotten tomatoes both inside and outside the church at such a jerk. I do know that everytime Mr. Phelps and his tiny posse of morons shows up, there's at least a counterprotest showing disgust and contempt for their beliefs.

Apparently, though, UK Muslims sit and nod and smile seraphically during khutbas of poisonous, murderous hatred. Kill them, throw them off a cliff, then stone them? Is there any limit to the bloodlust? How much terror and pain and suffering makes Allah and the ummah satisfied?

One thing that never ceases to amaze and incense me is how many people think it's this kind of Muslim or that kind or Muslim. It's the Sunni's. It's the Shiite's. It's the Saudi's. It's the Wahhabbi's. It's this mosque. It's that mosque.

For crying out loud people! You're on the frigging internet! All you have to do is what I did: go to Google. Type in the word "Islam" and start reading.

Muslims make no secret of what they believe. It's all over the internet and you do NOT have to read anti-Islam sites to find it. Just read the pro sites. Pay particular attention to the "About Us" pages, and if you find sites that have Q&A pages read it.

Read what Muslims say to each other. In ENGLISH. ON the internet. For the whole world to read.

Go frigging read it. Cripes.

We're doomed. Seven years after 9/11 and people still won't pay attention to what is right in front of their face if they would just look at it.

This mosque should be shut down...demolished even. It's a blemish, an eyesore ruining and contaminating a beautiful royal park.
If the police and CPS do not act accordingly, then they should be sued for dereliction of duty and for endangering the people's welfare.

To hear a call for the killing of someone because of his or her sexuality or for changing their faith in what is meant to be a place of contemplation is truly shocking.

Perhaps if this reporter bumps into Winston Churchill, John Quincy Adams or Jean Parisol de la Valette after leaving this mortal coil, it is a fair bet that they might well enlighten her as regards Islam. Obviously their quotes show that they certainly didn't believe Islam was a religion of peace, unlike what this deluded ass and so many millions of her fellow deluded in the West thinks:

“The religion of Islam above all others was founded upon the sword … Moreover it provides incentives to slaughter, and in three continents has produced fighting breeds of men – filled with a wild and merciless fanaticism.” – Winston Churchill

"In the seventh century of the Christian era, a wandering Arab of the lineage of Hagar [i.e., Muhammad], the Egyptian, combining the powers of transcendent genius, with the preternatural energy of a fanatic, and the fraudulent spirit of an impostor, proclaimed himself as a messenger from Heaven, and spread desolation and delusion over an extensive portion of the earth. Adopting from the sublime conception of the Mosaic law, the doctrine of one omnipotent God; he connected indissolubly with it, the audacious falsehood, that he was himself his prophet and apostle. Adopting from the new Revelation of Jesus, the faith and hope of immortal life, and of future retribution, he humbled it to the dust by adapting all the rewards and sanctions of his religion to the gratification of the sexual passion. He poisoned the sources of human felicity at the fountain, by degrading the condition of the female sex, and the allowance of polygamy; and he declared undistinguishing and exterminating war, as a part of his religion, against all the rest of mankind. THE ESSENCE OF HIS DOCTRINE WAS VIOLENCE AND LUST: TO EXALT THE BRUTAL OVER THE SPIRITUAL PART OF HUMAN NATURE (Adams's capital letters)… Between these two religions, thus contrasted in their characters, a war of twelve hundred years has already raged. The war is yet flagrant… While the merciless and dissolute dogmas of the false prophet shall furnish motives to human action, there can never be peace upon earth, and goodwill towards men.” - John Quincy Adams

"The precept of the Koran is, perpetual war against all who deny, that Mahomet is the prophet of God. The vanquished may purchase their lives, by the payment of tribute; the victorious may be appeased by a false and delusive promise of peace; and the faithful follower of the prophet, may submit to the imperious necessities of defeat: but the command to propagate the Moslem creed by the sword is always obligatory, when it can be made effective. The commands of the prophet may be performed alike, by fraud, or by force." - John Quincy Adams

"A formidable army composed of audacious barbarians is descending on this island. These persons, my brothers, are the enemies of Jesus Christ. Today it is a question of the defense of our faith -- as to whether the Gospels are to be superseded by the Koran. God on this occasion demands of us our lives, already vowed to his service. Happy will be those who first consummate this sacrifice." De la Valette 1565

So how is it that people realised the danger posed by Islam 100, 200 and 400 years ago, but don't seem to get it now? The answer - political correctness and the delusion it has brought to us over the last 40 or 50 years. We first saw stupid PC in action in 1958, and our civilization will live to regret it.

Another reason: the threat of nuclear war. The US and the USSR were in a global competition. Both fought for the loyalty of the Arabs. FDR started it more than sixty years ago, during WWII.
The balance of power game took precedence. Only after it became clear that the Soviet Union was in decline did political correctness become ascendant.

The other thing that got me was the classic 'we smile at some people though our hearts hate them' moment.

Just look at it. It's revolting. The level of deception involved is enough to make one vomit.

"Regent's Park Mosque has a major interfaith department, which arranges visits from the Government, the civil service, representatives of other religions and thousands of British school children a year.

"I watched as an interfaith group was brought in to meet the mosque's women's circle for a civilised exchange.

"But when the interfaith group wasn't there, the preacher attacked other faiths, and the very concept of interfaith dialogue.

"One preacher said of Christians praying in a church: "What are these people doing in there, these things are so vile, what they say with their tongues is so vile and disgusting, it's an abomination."

"As for the concept of interfaith live-and-let-live: "This is false. It does not work. This concept is a lie, it is fake, and it is a farce."'

I absolutely detest that two-facedness. I detest, detest, detest it. I'd rather the honest hostility of the jihadist hammering on the gates yelling 'allahu akhbar', than the false and unctuous hospitality of the 'smiler with the knife under the cloak'.

And pace Sara Hassan's protestations, I have a horrid feeling that this sort of two-facedness is probably the norm, rather than the exception, among mosques and Muslim colonies right across the lands of the Kafir.

The Moors were driven from Spain, weren't they?
If Muslims shouldn't live in the land of the infidel then the infidel should drive them out. We'd be doing them a favor. There's no need to expect the Saudis or anyone else to come and get them. Our last gift to them will be that flight across the ocean to a land where they can live as true Muslims. They'd appreciate that, wouldn't they?

Posted by: PMK [TypeKey Profile Page] at August 31, 2008 8:44 AM

Um Saleem later told me that her comments that Muslims could not take British citizenship were "erroneous" and indeed apologised for them."
-- from the article above

Of course they were erroneous.

The best way to spread Islam, to force the Infidels to regard it as a "natural" part of the landscape, even ludicrously inserted into the national histories, by deliberate backdating and preposterous claims that are repeated endlessly, and Muslims behave as if they would be wounded, they would be saddened, if we didn't recognize their claims, and so one ends up with people doing violence to history and to the truth, as when Jacques Chirac absurdly claimed that Europe owed as much "to Islam as to Christianity." It helps the Muslim cause that so few in the West appear to know anything about their own national histories, or about that of anywhere else, for that matter, which renders them unable to rebut even the most ludicrous Muslim claims.

And part of Jihad -- the "struggle" to remove all obstacles to the spread, and then the dominance, of Islam -- is in the democracies of the West to be achieved by receiving citizenship, the better to work within "the system" to undo it. Think of those Muslim students now busily attending American law schools, for example, who upon graduation will be involved in defending the growing number of Muslims accused of support for, or participation in, acts inimical to the well-being of our legal and political institutions, that is people being trained to use, or rather, exploit the rights that are guaranteed by the American Constitution in order ultimately to make the United States more accommodating to the demands of Muslims, and less resolute in its defense of the very things -- those legal and political institutions -- that are flatly contradicted by the spirit and letter of the Shari'a, and of Islam.

No, it makes sense, while remaining loyal to the Umma and to Islam, to take Western citizenship, and exploit it for all it's worth.

"I share the imam's outrage at the way a peaceful monotheistic religion - so close to Christianity and Judaism in its essential beliefs - has been hijacked.

Lady, Mohammed hijacked Chrisitianity in the 7th century to create a vicious, totally warped version of it called Islam--a pirate cult designed to serve his personal lusts for sex, loot, and power. His plagiarism of Biblical stories is the only reason there are any marginal similarities at all. The sex, loot, and power stuff is what he added--remember, Mohammed gets 20% of the loot, including dibs on the infidel women (now sadly "widowed" and needing "consolation," because their men have been slaughtered for Allah). The Koran says so. Where did the Koran come from? Mr. loot and plunder himself--Mohammed, of course!

"To hear a call for the killing of someone because of his or her sexuality or for changing their faith in what is meant to be a place of contemplation is truly shocking."

Lady, that's what Mohammed the pirate said to do. Instead of trying to better "get with the program," or find ways to excuse Islam, you should do us all a favor and just leave the cult.

Of course, if you do that, your former cult-mates will hunt you down and kill you, as you are now apparently aware. But at least in the meantime you will be liberated from cognitive dissonance.

While you are waiting your turn to be snuffed, you can direct the energy currently welling up from your newfound "outrage" toward exposing the vileness of Islam to the unwitting target UK society that is now in its crosshairs. Your article is tending in the right direction, at least. Go the rest of the way. Leave the cult. Start using your head, for once. And enjoy that intellectual freedom while you can, because you won't have your head for long. That's the promise of Mohammed's Koran. That's the rule of the pirate Mohammed.

"And pace Sara Hassan's protestations, I have a horrid feeling that this sort of two-facedness is probably the norm, rather than the exception"

dumbledoresamy, has it occurred to you that Sara Hassan's protestations themselves are one face of a two-facedness, more clever than the "fundamentalists" she is exposing? Think about it: what Sara Hassan would be doing is reinforcing the view that there are "good Muslims" out there like herself, and she even makes a point of telling the reader that "most Muslims" are good and that the "fundamentalists" are therefore a small minority. So readers who may be hungering for some ugly truth about Islam but are at the same time afraid of the idea that most or all Muslims are hostile, can read Sara Hassan, have their need to see some honest accounting satisfied, and at the same time also have their need to be reassured that most Muslims are not hostile satisfied. Meanwhile, if in fact most Muslims are hostile to us, but Sara Hassan doesn't want the readers to know this or to start thinking this, she has done her job very cleverly.

Consider first at a few chilling statistics. Europeans are failing to reproduce. Just to keep the population steady, you need 2.1 live births per woman.

However, in 2005, the European average was 1.38. In Ireland it was 1.9, France 1.89, Germany 1.35 and Italy 1.23. Britain scored in the middle of this range with 1.6, but that was because - like France - we have a large Muslim population with a high birth rate. Indeed, Muslims are outbreeding non-Muslims throughout Europe.

"Just look at the development within Europe," said a triumphant Norwegian imam a few months ago, "where the number of Muslims is expanding like mosquitoes. Every Western woman in the EU is producing an average of 1.4 children. Every Muslim woman in the same countries is producing 3.5 children. Our way of thinking will prove more powerful than yours."

Libya's Colonel Gaddafi once exemplified this policy. He said: "There are signs that Allah will grant Islam victory in Europe - without swords, without guns, without conquests. The 50 million Muslims of Europe will turn it into a Muslim continent within a few decades."

The evidence is clear. We know where this is headed. We have forced our descendents to choose between Hitler, and an Islamic state. There will be no multicultural state where Islam is apart of the interfaith heterogeneity.

No more mosques.

A wannabe mosque (a former Christian church) was burnt down in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England, a short while ago.

It could have been one of the following:-

An Act of God
An accident
Arson by an anti-islamist
An insurance job by persons acting for muslims, so that the old building (now razed to the ground like thousands of churches in Europe during islam's 'golden age') can now be replaced by a spanking new purpose-built mosque.

No doubt the police and insurance company will investigate thorougly.

One thing i dont understand with you....Why do you lie so loud about Bosnia about that the Serbs were the victims and the bosnians the aggresors...you know it isnt true...you retarted bastard....And why do you live in America and are so fannatically holding with Russia....

I, unlike most Americans, understand that there can not be any long term peaceful coexistence between Islamic societies and non-Islamic societies within a state or region. I believe it is simple enough to look at population demographics within the Islamic world to prove that point easily enough. Case in point from this article

I see the Serbian conflict in terms of immigration, ethnic conflict, and civil war, which will inevitably engulf most of western Europe within my lifetime. This and Kosovo are a microcosm of our future. The Serbs understand these concepts better than most western Europeans, and Americans, because they have taken the brunt of Islamic imperialism for centuries. They understand that there can not be multiculturalism with Islam as part of the societal heterogenia. Pretty simple really the Serbs were fighting the same fight the rest of the west will be engulfed in soon enough. Kosovo was a bad precedent in terms of breakaway regions, and will serve to legitimize further Islamic micro states from breaking away in western Europe in the future.

"Their teachings shocked me. This was not the Islam that I and many other Muslims in the UK were taught as youngsters, nor is it a version that most Muslims follow."

Oh, bull!

How is it that so many of these so-called 'moderate Muslims (real Muslims we're told) have never read the entire Qur'an?

Could she, would she, point out which specific Qur'anic passages have been hijacked by 'extremists? And how 'bout them extremists, Sara? Just what are they being extreme about, exactly?

C'mon, does anyone really believe she never noticed Qur'an 5:33 or 5:38 as she was growing up Muslim in the UK? Or that she never asked her parents, a cleric, her friends, about the twentieth-century relevance of the punitive amputation of a fellow human being's hands or feet?

If she was shocked by what was being taught at oh, so moderate Regent's Park Mosque, did she then spend years and years attending other, perhaps less 'moderate' mosques without ever noticing what was being taught (à la Barack Obama and the good Reverend Wright)?

Has she conducted a worldwide survey of Muslim beliefs? What 'Islam' does she think an Afghan kid is taught? The Irshad Manji version?

Until influential Westerners (politicians, journalists, etc.) begin challenging 'moderate' Muslims to prove that theirs is the 'real Islam' and that 'extremists' are not 'true' Muslims they will continue to express their bogus shock at what their complete way of life really does teach.

I do not trust Sara Hassan as much as I trust any other Moslem. If she really disagree with the preachers, she would be leaving Islam like bat out of hell.

She is up to something which is no-good.

Of course the Regents street mosque is denying it all, the usual Taqqiya or using the "out of context ploy".

But the outraged author of the documentary, Sara Hassan, is not much better

I share the imam's outrage at the way a peaceful monotheistic religion - so close to Christianity and Judaism in its essential beliefs - has been hijacked. To hear a call for the killing of someone because of his or her sexuality or for changing their faith in what is meant to be a place of contemplation is truly shocking.

Has she bothered to read the founding texts of Islam. Violence against the Kafir, homosexuals, and misogyny, is the running text of all canonical texts of Islam.

Of course she has read the Koran etc. But what she is trying to do is to pretend that all the horror that is Islam, is not Islam. This is the most dangerous form of Taqqiya. An honest admission that there is a problem among Muslims, and yet pretend that it has nothing to do with Islam, that Islam itself is pure.

You are right. If we get screwed, then we have no right to blame Muslims. They have made it abundantly clear, for 1400 years, what their intentions are, how they intend to achieve them, and that includes lies, deception and treachery.

The fault lies not with Muslims but with us.

It always heartens me when I come across the name of Jean Parisol de la Valette. It is men like him we need now.

I hope you've read "The Siege", by Ernle Bradford. Riveting stuff.

Posted by Stendec : Mohammed gets 20%

So Mohammed should be nicknamed as Mr 20% - that is 10% above what the husband of Benazir Bhutto was allegedly charging.

"These are teachings I never expected to hear inside Regent's Park Mosque, which is supposedly committed to interfaith dialogue and moderation."

Is ths really such a surprise Sara Hassan? Do you think you won't find similar teachings in "moderate" Turkey, Dubai or Malaysia? You will find them everywhere - and, you will also find them in your Qur'an.

I think you, Sara Hassan, are the odd one out. Islam is commiteed to these things - which makes you wilfully ignorant or, perhaps, you are practicing taqqiya?

Do even you people here - who know what's going on - realise how bad it has got?

It is literally, to me, a justified reason to put this mosque out of business.

Where are those defenders of freedom who are willing to fight for our values?

Benjamin, you might not yourself realize how bad it has got. This isn't just a reason to put *this* mosque out of business -- but ALL mosques in ALL of our countries.

The British are indeed, the frogs in the pot - I pitty the Brits for it is too late for them to jump out.
