What really angers me the most in this whole Islam situation are the words "because they might upset Muslims".
I'm getting sick fed up if hearing this. All the bl**dy time I see this in every newspaper, that we in the UK and the West have to tiptoe around Islam as not to offend.
When people talk that the UK and Western governments are appeasing Islam, many state it's hogwash, however, how can it be when our own freedom of speech(the publishing of novels) is restricted because Muslims do not agree with it?
I am continually offended by women walking around dressed from head to toe with just a slit to see out of. I am also offended that Halal meat is becoming more accepted in the UK. I'm also offended that Islam is generally allowed to flourish and grow, an intolerant faith, amongst many tolerant ones and non religious peoples of the West. Yet who's there to speak up for the 55million+ indigenous Brits, who, the majority, are very possibly frustrated by Islam and it's continued appeasement, by our government and media?
If we do not allow books to be published in the UK about the wickedness that is Islam, then people will not know about it. By removing books on Islam or not allowing them to be published, would be no different to not telling our own children the history of Hitler and the 2nd World War as not to offend Neo Nazis.

This is absurd. We bend over backwards for Islam, a nation that is trying to Islamise our country because it disagrees with our way of life, although they all greatly benefit from it and choose to live here. Despicable.

The seed of this modern insurrection begins with a demand for deferential treatment of Islam, including insistence on religious accommodations, judicial separateness, and general cultural and educational non-integration. In addition, imagined affronts to Islam are claimed and redress demanded. Islam, through sharia and tradition, denies equal rights to women, disallows religious freedom and repudiates a host of other values we hold dear. Muslim-Muslim relations are completely separate from Muslim-kafir relations, where deceit is common. Islam is incompatible with our values and sensibilities of freedom and secularism.

No matter the temperament of individual Muslims, the Islamic community as a whole drives the process of Islamization in every country where Islam thrives. There is no room to list the violent acts of Muslims against non-Muslims in the name of Islam. The US, UK, etc under any form of Islamic control is the antithesis of western values and free thinking traditions and will suffocate future intellectual, cultural and artistic growth.

We are worth it. Islam is not. Stop the accommodation. Spread the word every way you can.

Yes, Muslims get offended very easily and this weakness can be exploited. Their apologists attempt to paint their violent religion as peaceful, however the evidence both of their sacred texts and history shows this is bunk.

The cultural inertia in the West will eventually break, however I've noticed that lots of folks here just bitch about Muslims but don't act. It's time to act in a civil manner to expose the lack of civility amongst Muslims. This chiefly can be done through video evidence of Muslims acting out their over inflated sense of entitlement. Video cameras are small folks. Get some video of these guys when they harass women, protest uncivilly, or even have some conversations where you secretly video tape them. Get that video on the Internet in order to virally spread the message that Muslims are indeed inherently violent due to the worldview which is created by Islamic teachings. I recall one young muslim chastising me for my tough questions by saying "You think too much." It was an awesome moment that I regret not catching on video tape. Remember that your part in the video can be edited out so you can retain some anonymity.

For the braver, it is also possible to expose Islamic supremacist views and entitlement through street theater. Create a mini polemical play which slams Islam and video tape the response.Do it in a public place for safety. Plan an escape route with confederates who can block the pursuit of the violent or the police. Have confederates (people pretending to just be bystanders who help) videotape the whole event. This is fair game in the culture war which the UK is facing. As a Christian, if enemies of my religion were slagging it with street theater I would of course challenge them, but in a civil and reasoned manner. This is generally not what happens with Muslims because their religion is not one of service (christianity) but of one of supremacy (Islam). If the actors are in masks and the confederates discrete, this should be easy to pull off. I suspect it would be easy to get one of these Muslims guys to start shouting murderous statements about beheading. Get the video on Youtube and expose these Islamic thugs for what they are!

Expose the bastards and let them howl! The more they howl, the sooner the cultural inertia will break. Never use violence since this is what some in the Islamic community want in order to promote their narrative that they are the real victims.

I have tried to be part of SIOE UK, but they are too busy with petitions and marches which are doing no good whatsoever. They seem to miss the point that if 2 million people marched through London to stop the War in Iraq, not forgetting all over the World, then why on Earth is our government going to listen to a petition of 10k or so signature on the Removal of Sharia from the UK?

I am going to have to start my own organisation up in the UK to actively start the complete removal of Islam from the UK i.e. knocking down of Mosques, no wearing of Islamic dress regardless, no Halal Meat shops, no selling of alcohol by Muslim in mini-markets, no special preferences for Muslims come their Religious Festivals, no appeasing to Islam when they get angry about books being written and if they demonstrate about it then they and their entire families are put on a ship to Pakistan, Somalia, Bangladesh or any Islamic Country regardless of whether being born in the UK or not.
It's time that they started integrating into Western Society and even better renouncing Islam, because we all know that it is incapable of living in a free, democratic, secular society unless that is the ruling religion, law and political system is Islam. Simply put, if Islam is allowed to grow, unfettered, then there will be no Democracy, Liberty or any Freedom in the West and it will be like the middle ages again, when people suffered immensely under Christianity before the reformation.

"Us" is this on-line community with guidance from those who know the guts of Islam (quran, sira, hadith, sharia – folks like Robert Spencer, Bill Warner, etc) and those posters with ideas on implementing change. In addition to my own reading, this community helps me to better understand local, national and world events re Islam. I can then prepare informed pieces to send to elected officials, newspapers, companies, share with newbies and like-minded people and make my personal stand FOR our Constitution and Against Islam/Sharia.

I am an unapologetic conservative American who would rather be riding a horse or be with my family. However, the future of my country is at stake and I won't be one to not make every effort to turn this around.

There was a thread awhile back about responding to a physical attack. You must make the decision ahead of time that you will respond to protect yourself and others and with what degree of force you will respond. As a political being, I have made that decision as well; I will not stand by and let Islam have my country. I hope all societies across the globe reject and isolate Islam as a political system. It is inhumane and a crime against humanity.

Challenge some local news program to examine Islam, its core and its history. By all means take any action that may push or drag your fellow citizens in a better direction.

civildefendus, you are spot on in all that you say, but people like me and Mark who come from the UK have to think first before we do anything in our politically correct country. However, the feelings of Mark and me are beginning to boil and the British people are sick to death of the islamic invasion and the fact that muslims can come to our country, feed off our social services, blow us up, disrupt our journeys through airport security on our annual holidays - it's not much less than a strip search even though muslim women going through Amsterdam are not required to remove jackets or head-sh. They contribute little or nothing to our society except to do everything they can to turn us into the first islamic state in Europe, although from what I read it seems that the Netherlands are having a tough time with their left-wing governments who do everything to appease the muslims. Although people on this board do not feel the BNP path is the right one, I for one believe we have no alternative in the UK because they are working very, very hard to address these problems which the indigenous people of the UK are furious about as we are forced to keep our opinions to ourselves, or else, and the muslims have a free run. I am so very angry about it all and feel helpless, but the more we band together across the Western hemisphere, we can move mountains, but it will take time and probably a massive attack from these scum, such as another 9/11 or more, before the West will wake up. Appeasing muslims will NEVER work because their agenda is to take over and destroy us all who they consider to be infidels. To Mark I say pass on the word.

It is generally accepted by the BBC today on their 'Sunday' programme on Radio 4 that the arsonists were Muslim. In fact they interviewed a Muslim spokesman who said that some Muslims are offended with any criticism of their religion which they hold dear. He also spouted that Aisha, child wife of Mohammed was actually 14. In his book The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam, Robert Spencer says that Aisha was 6 when married and 9 when the marriage was consummated. Armed with this fact I have sent an email to sunday.radio4@bbc.co.uk stating this and also the fact that Muslims are clearly trying to stop criticism and debate of Islamic issues as well as freedom of speech by taking action against anyone who raises their head above the parapet and that the BBC should be aware of this and endeavour to challenge lies when Muslims deliberately try to misrepresent facts to make their religion more palatable to non-believers.

You seem to hold to this strange, romanticised notion of the British 'stiff upper lip' and, in fairness, the notion is one based, in part, upon the single-mindedness of a certain type of character. Mostly an English type of character, by the way. The type of character who played cricket in sight of the enemy's cannon at the siege of Ladysmith: Certainly bloody minded and, possibly, insane.

The officer class were always of this ilk; often inspirational in their sense of purpose. Yet our 'Base, common and popular' enlisted men, our 'Tommy Atkins', were never of that mould.

Our lords and knights sat atop their mounts and led us at Agincourt, but it was the rough-as-nails Welsh archers who cut down the French charges. Our nobles shouted their orders and went into the fray but, for every one of them, there were a good few English ragamuffins who went in alonside them and, to the dismay of the French, ignoring all chivalric convention, had no problem dragging their knights to the ground in order to give them a good hacking to death or an opportunistic poniard shoved up between their neck plate and helm.

This kind of Brit is no 'stiff upper lip' character. This kind of Brit is one vicious little bastard; This is why poor 'Tommy Atkins' was better liked when he was off to soldier: Because he was less trouble when he was off to war, as opposed to sitting around at home with nothing to do and noone to kill for King/Queen, country or loot.

We have a military full of these characters. I know a good few army lads who are a nightmare when they're bored and it's the army that keeps their energies focused on doing something that keeps them out of bother on civvy street.

Having said that, which 'class' of society do you think these lads come from? They come from the same cities, towns and streets that every 'common' Brit grew up in and they're of the same character and background.

So, if we were to look at things from a 'class' perspective, we have our ruling classes and government in their ivory towers, completely detached from the reality of living and working in our towns and cities, striving to earn a crust to feed our families and keep ourselves with a roof over our heads.

When I say detached, I mean detached. The only interest they have in us, is in keeping a lid on the pressure pot of anger that is threatening to boil over in certain areas of our society because of their woeful governance.

No 'Muslim' or 'Muslims' are dictating our lives to us. They may be doing a whole lot of whining to our government and making gains in the face of their craven appeasement in the name of multiculturalism, but don't believe for one minute that the almost sixty million non-muslims in this country gave them leave to act in such a manner or, indeed, are one bit happy about it.

If there is to be another 'Battle of Britain', then it's hardly started, never mind lost or won. If our government ever lose control over the situation they have created and our communities feel sufficently threatened to turn their heads from the task of simply making a daily wage and surviving, in order to defend their way of life at a street level, you're going to see things get really ugly, really quickly.

So, next time you want to paint a picture of us as a population of weak-kneed, spineless cowards who will do anything not to upset the established order as our government would wish it, try to remember that there could come a time when we stop listening to them and take the decisions from their hands because they've lost their grip.

It would also be helpful if you could see things from the wider perspective of an entire society, rather than the narrow view you take of a singular path dictated by the policies of what is, more obviously every day, a failed government.

If anybody, be they Labours' Trots, Muslims or bloody leprechauns, make it so that I have to turn my attention away from the daily life where I work to sustain myself and my children, in order to defend that way of life, then they'd better pray hard to whatever god they hold dear that I'm feeling merciful should they find themselves looking into my eyes in the final run because, if it ever comes to pass that the decision becomes one between my life and kids, or some nutter who thinks they can change 'my' established order, I'm going to turn them into chutney..... Toot Sweet.... Without hesitation.

Bee and Wishbone have answered your post exceptionally well. From Bee's discussing of the Political correctness climate here to Wishbone's defining of Britain's 'stiff upper lip' they have both replied sufficiently that I need not repeat what they've said.
However
There are many people in the UK who don't know the truth about Islam because of the Left Wing propaganda machine that blankets anything on Islam. The truth is never told to the people. The governments lie, continually calling Islam a religion of peace and Islamic Terrorists as 'Anti Islam Radicals'. People believe this but many are now seeing the true face of what Islam is and trust me, when more learn there will be full on war here where the British people, suppressed by their Governments will enact their revenge.
In 2001 the police numbers in the UK were put at around 127k. There are now posibly around 140/150k of them in the UK. Now compare that to the 50+million Indigenous in England alone. Remember also that the Army is made up of squaddies whose parents will no doubt be many of the protesters against Islam, meaning that the likelihood of the armed forces backing the people and not the government is very high.
All the UK needs is a flashpoint and some exceptional organising so as the people of the UK can take back their country from the control of Europe and continued Islamisation of it.
The British Lion may very well be in the cage and looking like a poor site at the moment, but all that needs to be done is for the cage to be opened and the lion set free. Then you will see the ferocity and life spring back into him as he enacts his anger on those who caged him.

The more people in the UK read sites such as JihadWatch the more they will see the truth that the Government is purposefully witholding from them in order to continue business relations with Saudi Arabia. Our problem is stemming from Saudi and we need to sever that link as soo as possible.
You just don't seem to realise that here in the UK, no papers or their comments sections will allow anything 'anti Islamic'. The police have purposefully covered up most attacks in the UK from Muslims to Indigenous Whites and blacks and other minorities. I say Muslim and not Asian, because I know of know violent Hindus, Sikhs, or Oriental Asians trying to take over the UK. It's wrong to define Muslims collectively as Asians.

The truth is beginning to be known now. The government cannot hide it from us especially on one side our young are dying, fighting pointless wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, when they don't want us there and on the other are doing their best to appease not just Islam but the Islamists as well.

No doubt you've read the above replies by Bee and Wishbone. At the moment in the UK, our government and local councils are appeasing the Muslims. There are also other movements here as well like SIOE who are more interested in sending petitions to Downing street to remove Sharia Law which are about as useful as a chocoloate fireguard. Two million people marched in London to stop the War in Iraq and these twits as SIOE believe that a petition with the odd hundred signatures is going to make the government remove Sharia Law they've just given to Islam?

Let's face it, the only time that the government does listen is either when the people go on a mass strike or else there's continued civil unrest. unfortunately, time has told us that violence is really the only way forward to making change in the UK. Sit back and look at this for example:

1. Black on Black knife crime has meant our civil liberties are being lost because the Police are now searching all youths for weapons, even though the killings are being done by Blacks.

2. Violence in schools and weapons has now brought about caging children in like animals with metal detectors and security to stop and search children.

3. The terrorist actions by Muslims in the UK has brought about a larger armed police presence in airports, ports and railway stations. Not only that but it has changed our way of flying in the goods we can take on board.

I'm not advocating violence, but you have to think that if it's working for Muslims in the UK to bring about Islam then I think the British people, Europeans and Americans need to fight fire with fire.

The people in the UK are angry, exceptionally angry at not being listened to. It is not that they are weak, far from it. We are tolerant people and always have been and we did not expect our own governments to sell us out. Remember that they control the police and the armed forces and whatever they see as a threat to them they'll take action. In fact, this post by me andthe speaking of violence will no doubt come to the attention of the Police in the UK and I will now be watched as a future Terrorist - ironic isn't it? I want to defend my country, like my ancestors did in the past as well. Could you imagine what would have happened in the 2nd World War if people had spoken like me and then been arrested by Chamberlain's police force because their comments and beliefs were Anti Nazi? There is no difference now. We are under invasion at the moment. Jihad is happening throughout the UK. It is not violent at the moment, but it is happening as the religious struggle is just what's happening with more and more mosques being built, halal meat being enforced, rights for Muslim prisoners etc etc.

I am a conservative Scot and proud to be British and I will not stand by idly while our country is being attacked from Islam. However I will say that unless I see people in the UK actively taken action and doing something about this then I will pack up and take my family to Oz, Canada or America. For the Islamisation of the UK to stop we have to unite ALL the people to do something about it and not just a select few here and there. This is a National Struggle not a small City or Town struggle. People have to get involved in all walks of life or else Islam, by default will simply grow and by the turn of the century, the world population will be 50% Muslim and the UK will be 50% if not more Muslim too.

If you decide to come to Canada, the East Coast is still relatively free of islamic people....so far. Steer clear of Toronto and areas adjacent to it.

Thanks for that, however, I'm sure you will understand that Britain is my home and by leaving to come to Canada(as a last resort I might add) I would be deserting my homeland and all the lives that my ancestors laid down so that Britain could lead the way in liberty, freedoms and democracies would have been in vain.
I know that, very possibly, the only way that the people of the UK can retake control of their country again is through civil unrest and affirmative action, which leads me at a dilemma in that if I am involved in action against the police where a demonstration does go wrong, or worse still, a peaceful protest ends up with myself being hauled up for "Incitement to Religious Hatred" for speaking the truth on Islam, then any chance of leaving the UK will be an impossibility as I'll have a criminal record and not allowed acceptance into Canada, the USA or Oz, even though the UK lets in anyone, including murderers, rapists and paedophiles to live and continue their wicked ways on British Citizens.

I really don't think I can turn my back on my country/s. I'm a Celt with a warrior heart and I know that what the people in the UK really need is a leader who will by example bring back the UK for the British people, give power back to it and not Brussels and of course end Islamisation and Islamic Terror amongst many other things. Our government and local councils care only for the minorities who make up around 8% of our country and don't care what the majority think and worse still, anyone who complains about this publicly, is now arrested under the terrorism act, brought in by this despicable government. In a nutshell, through legislation, the NuLabour government has created a shield around it, completely untouchable with the police as their henchmen to keep the populous down.

And last but not least, if I leave the UK to come to Canada, how long before Canada, America and Oz become Islamised too? People will say never, but if you'd asked a Brit 20 years ago, they'd have said never too. It's a simple situation what has happened in the UK will happen in USA, Canada and other countries in that the Governments will institute laws, change the amendments of those countries and use the police as their battering rams to force people into complete control and submission.

There are people standing up throughout Europe not just at Islamisation but anger at destruction of their sovereignty with the creation of the Super European State.
What the UK needs is someone to lead from the front and to make changes by uniting the people. No offence to the English posters(as I class myself as British) but had William Wallace succeeded in uniting the Clans in the 13th Century, then the English would have been powerless to stop the Scots from taking control. I say this not as an attack on the English, wuite the contrary but something that needs to be done in the whole of the UK and Europe and the people must all become united together against Islam.
If one country in Europe can fight back and stop Islam then the rest will follow. It's going to be hard because we have everything stacked against us. The government is against us. The Police are against us. Our own people are against us(the looney Left Liberal Brigade) and the armed forces of course are at the command of their governments too. Any attempt by the people to rise up will be met with brutal force by the police and the armed/special forces.
We are locked in a cage and we're trying to get out but we're continually beaten down especially with new legislation from Brussels, ever more apparent.

There is a lot of thinking needing to be done in order to remove Islam completely from the West. That is the only hope we have of removing the threat of Islamic Terror and Islamisation. If we allow Islam to continue to grow then say goodbye to everything you love and hold dear.

Thank you for the article, I've copied and pasted it and it's exceptionally interesting. This is what really anger me. People can easily read this and many people know if this but they do nothing about it. They don't seem to realise that it's going to take a concerted, joint effort by all peoples in Europe to stop this from happening as I said above, allowing Islam to grow, simply speeds up the inevitable. No doubt you've read the book : Slavery, Terrorism and Islam: The Historical Roots and Contemporary Threat by Dr. Peter Hammond, but below is exceptionally interesting, in fact on a par with what you've posted:

I could be arrested for my very words here and shows even more just how our freedoms of speech are being eroded daily. I'm an American that knows the score in England and Western Europe and it makes me sick. I'm praising god right now after reading alott of your posts of true anger and non-submission to the insanity of islam. Hang tuff and put pressure on the leftest goverment and down with multiculturalism! The sooner the majority fights the less cost there will be; because with islam, who praises and worships marters, there will be costs! The sooner the WAR is ingaged, not the phoney war on terrorism, the real WAR AGAINST the real enemy, islam.
