Question to my senator, on 9/11/2008, to which, have not received any answer, till today:
What measures are taken to ensure that the enemy does not immigrate to United States?

Respected Senator Murray,

On the seventh anniversary of the horrific attack on United States on 9/11/2001, it is prudent to re-visit the tragedy, not only to mourn the loss of young and dynamic Americans but also to look at the real cuase and intent. As you know, 9/11 was a covert attack on United States by 19 Muslims, 15 from Saudi Arabia, others from Jordan and Egypt. Egypt, which enjoys an annual "aid" of two billion of US tax-payers hard-earned money, has produced international Islamic terrorists:- Yasser Arafat.- Mohammed Atta.- Aiman Al-Zawahiri.What has United States Congress/Senate done to ensure that US aid is not used to terrorize Americans? As you know, Egypt is a muslim country, the home of a terror organization "Muslim Brotherhood". What measures are taken to ensure US aid does not go to "Muslim Brotherhood"? In fact, why does US give any aid to Egypt? If the answer is "because Egypt recognized Israel", one can understand a "one-time relief/aid". But still, why the endless "Jizya"? What has US Congress/Senate/State Dept done to ensure Egypt does not produce another Mohammad Atta?United States is at war since 1998 (not since 2001, but 1998, when Bin Laden declared war on United States http://www.pbs.org/newshour/terrorism/international/fatwa_1998.html in which "The ruling to kill the Americans and their allies -- civilians and military -- is an individual duty for every Muslim who can do it in any country in which it is possible to do it, in order to liberate the al-Aqsa Mosque and the holy mosque [Mecca] from their grip, and in order for their armies to move out of all the lands of Islam"). What measures are taken to ensure that the enemy does not immigrate to United States? Remember, if allowed to immigrate, the enemy does not have to invade United States. In other words, the enemy can invade United States through immigration. What measures are in place to prevent the enemy from invading United States through immigration? You are well aware that "Jihad" is a religions-duty of every Muslim. "Jihad" commands Muslims to fight "unbelievers" (those who do not believe in Allah) wherever they are found" http://www.prophetofdoom.net/Islamic_Quotes.IslamDid you know that , while Islam claims to be a "Religion", it also gives Muslims (the followers of Islam) the freedom to lie, cheat, rape, murder and loot "unbelievers"? coming from India, from which Pakistan was carved out, I have felt the brunt of Islamic land-grab. Did you know that any land on which an Islamic school, mosque, madrassa or cemetery stands, is considered "Islamic land for ever"? Did you know that any and every "unbeliever" (one who does not believe in Allah) is to be converted / conquered or killed? Hard to believe? This is the exact treatment prescribed for anybody who does not believe in "Allah". Let Muslims not deceive you by claiming that Islam is against killing of innocents. Well, it is partly true. Islam considers all Muslims innocents. By that definition, you, me, senator Cantwell and even Congressman Jim McDermott are "guilty" of having rejected Allah, hence "not innocent", if you see the subtle deception. Sorry for the long letter but on this sad day when America was attacked, let us not refrain from seeing the reality, which is quite grim, thanks to the "Religion of Peace". Finally, may I suggest keeping informed about "Jihad" by rferring to www.jihadwatch.org.

Do this enough times, and maybe the "moderate" Muslims will be cut from the herd and allowed to stay, so long as they don't rape, rob, assault, hatch plans to overthrow the governmnet, or kill.

Note that the AP story makes no mention of the fact that Masood's half-brother is the head of Lashkar-e-Toiba, a group so violent and dangerous that even the government of Pakistan has banned it.

I checked on the same story in The Boston Globe. Not a mention of Masood's half-brother being head of one of the most dangerous terrorist groups in Pakistan. But there is in The Globe article quite a long mention of Masood's family -- his wife, his eight children -- who will now, apparently, be separated (tearfully, of course) from him, because, you see, he will be in Pakistan, and they, of course, have no intention of joining him but intend to stay right here, in America, in Massachusetts, with the likely results for all of us that we by now -- but not the writer or editors at The Globe or our politicians or Masood's lawyer, no doubt so very proud of himself for obeying "the best traditions of the bar" by defending people like this (and the fee he pockets may not be bad either) -- understand so much better than we once did.

i think its time that we revisited the area of sharia law -- Crusader version. this man needs something cut off him before he'd gets deported.

don't think that i'm hateful because of that. i'm being multicultural. it's a law he's all too familar with...

We wouldn't even have to try and convict if we didn't let them in to begin with.
And what about the "loving family"? If this man committed immigration fraud how is it that his own family had nothing to do with it?

I spent ten years hearing appeals some of which involved fraudulant obtaining of drivers' licenses. How often, in the case of illegal immigration as a base violation, did I hear of the family hardship, is beyond my memory.
This man being deported has raised a family in the US; but I would say this family, of his seed, is also here 'illicitly'.
What a Dad, huh? Just like George Obama, he'll return to his Pakistan, and we'll raise and nourish and educate his kids for him.
How unfortunate that, as an appeals judge, I can't separate, in my mind, the crimes of the father with his children.
But, we must review what is prevailing fairness with a future threat.
That family will maintain resentments not for the parent that caused them problems, but for America.
Chances are one of the kids will run for office some day.....and then....
