There's nothing 'ultra' about them. They are observant jews, very nice, very friendly, and they convert no one and force their religion upon no one who is not a jew, and have no theology, as judaism has no theology about converting others or such a need
Unlike Islam.

Whom are called 'militants' when they slaughter women, children, babies, innocents, anyone, everyone, for the sake of 'Jihad'

The chabad are merely religious and no threat to anyone.... anywhere, period.

It should matter here on Jihadwatch, if not in the mass news media. The meaning of 'ultra orthodox' and such words.

Yes, I noticed that sudden appearance of the deliberately intensifying "ultra-orthodox" -- a verbal hint at the notion that these Lubavitchers are those dangerous things -- "fundamentalists" or "fanatics" -- when they are nothing of the kind. Indeed, there seems to have been a transfer of epithets, a kind of sinister hypallage -- for those words "fundamentalist" and "fanatic" (hinted at in "ultra-orthodox"), should in a well-ordered univese be applied the Muslims (those now so often in reports identified as the "militants" or "the extremists" while the words "Muslim" and "Islamic" and "Islam" are so carefully withheld), not to the mild and unworldly people who run such things as that Chabad House.

I concur completely with the verbal analysis provided above.

They have taught me a lot!

I am praying very, very hard for the rabbi and his wife. I am very much afraid that they have been murdered by the jihadist assassins, and my heart breaks for their little boy who was rescued by the cook.

Storming and rampaging in a hospital for women and children is an unhuman and cowardly tactics terrorists were employing in Budenovsk back in 1995. Jihadists stormed into small town killing everyone in sight and took the hospital hostage, propping pregnant women against windows so that special forces could not shoot.
The reacent attack is very similar to that one. Luckily women and children hostages were rescued by substituting them with adult men. Otherwise this would turn out a far greater disaster. All of the jihadists managed to escape justice that time except Basaev who was tracked down and killed some years later. Jihadists in Budenovsk proved that such an attack could be carried out with success. The international community whined much about those "Freedom Fighters" being pushed to commit such an act but tell me are there other people than muslims who can be "pushed" to harm innocents so willingly and with a purpose?

Gordon Brown is reluctant to comment on the Paki Brits who participated in this operation on the Jihadi side. Given the way Mohammedan activity is reported in the British MSM, I suppose we could describe the 2 Paki Brits who participated (can't tell yet whether they're dead or not) as British terrorists. There! Congratulations, New Labour, for your latest export from the Ummah Kaliphate. UK exporting Jihadis to India (via Pakistan).

On this story, the operation is still going on - at the time of this writing, commandos are now in the 3rd floor (they landed earlier on the terrace and worked their way down the 5th, 4th and now the 3rd floor of the building. It's like watching reality TV.

You cannot read a news article without encountering some commentary, which undoubtably exposes the reporter's bias and deceit. They have no credibility in my eyes. The business of journalism rests on objectivity and honesty. If they do not have credibility, their product is trash.
