A Palestinian Muslim sent out an announcement selling this genocidal t-shirt, which with its "clean" language conjures up images of ethnic cleansing and the Qur'anic designation of unbelievers as "unclean" (9:28) and the "most vile of created beings" (98:6):
As you all know that there have been alot (mashallah) of rallies all over the world ALHAMDULILLAH for Gaza. Many people also have been doing whatever they can to help those who are in Gaza suffering from hunger, the cold, and other basic things. I hope to do my part with this inshallah!!!!! As some of you know I design shirts and thing and sell them for personal use but the following are shrits are for sale for Gaza. Meaning that alllllllll the money collected from these sales will be donated to Islamic Relief so that they can buy what is need to help those in Gaza (i.e. medical supplies, food, clothes etc.). I know some of the prices may be a little high due to the fact that getting them printed and sent to you will cost a little more just because of the timing but inshallah kair! Short sleeve $20 Long sleeve $30 All shrits are available in both black and white (other colors available upon request inshallah)

Nose no ever accused me of being a civilized man. I served my country and my government for over 25 years. I have been in the Middle East in several countries(around six Muslim contries to be exact). But one thing I never tried to do was to influence someone againest his or her will to change their beliefs.

Just a note to those who make claims such as, the koran forbids murderring Jewish people, most of the people here, or at least a good portion of them have copies of the koran, so if you make a statement supposedly quoting the koran then also cite where in the koran it states that.
I have seen a lot of that also from people who want to pretend that they have read the Bible and they make up things that are not written or totally ignore context.
I think two doctrines stand in the way of reforming Mahometanism to make it civilized, one is the doctrine of abrogation, and the other is pretending that the meaning of the koran could not be understood in any other language than arabic.

Jesus in Luke 19 tells a parable of a man who disrespects a king, and has the king slaying that wicked servant. This parable would resonate much more with the people of that day, the king at that time was a man called herod who was so jealous and suspicious that the romans mocked him by saying it was safer to be herods hog than herods son, since herod eschewed pork yet murderred some of his sons who he suspected of rebellion.

1)In Leviticus 25:44-46, the Lord tells the Israelites it's OK to own slaves, provided they are strangers or heathens.
Read all of chapter 25. Israelites can own Israelites as slaves as well non-Israelites can own Israelites as slaves. Slavery is just nearest English term describing an ancient Middle Eastern practice whereby one's debt can be paid off in labor.
2) In Samuel 15:2-3, the Lord orders Saul to kill all the Amalekite men, women and infants.
This wasn't for no reason. The Amelekites had attacked Israel at least twice before. The first time being when the Israelites were fleeing Egypt and the Amelekites had no mercy on them.
4) In Numbers 31, the Lord tells Moses to kill all the Midianites, sparing only the virgins.
The virgins were spared because they weren't the cause of the problems. The Midianites practiced fertility rites involving cult prostitutes that God held responsible for spreading venerial diseases and corruption.
5) In Deuteronomy 13:6-16, the Lord instructs Israel to kill anyone who worships a different god or who worships the Lord differently.
It doesn't say anything about killing people who don't believe in God. That chapter deals with apostacy within the Israelite community only. That's very clear if you read it. That being said, the Bible proscribes the death penalty for just about everything for the reason that God wants to avoid moral relatavism. However God also orders the Israelites to have courts of law which were to be merciful. The fact of the matter is people were rarely executed by the religious courts.

Just as I hit "Post" I take a peek at the comments by Fancy (which are getting sicker and sicker) and I believe my instincts were correct about all I had just written. I think what would be prudent is that this thread be turned over to the FBI and let them research to figure out the IP numbers of Nose and this "Fancy" (who I still think are one and the same) and have them/him investigated. If there is a "Homeland Security" let them do their job. And, one more thing; "Fancy" your kind are always defeated in the end.

Don`t you know "fancy". Jesus came to this earth to die. It`s prophesied hundreds of years before in the Old Testament that He would sacrifice His life for mankind. Nobody,least of all, the Jews were responsible. If anybody, it was the Romans who crucified Him. Like it or not, it`s true and there is much evidence if you are willing to find it, witnesses to what happened at that time in history.
Jesus has been appearing to many Muslims around the world and especially in the Middle East at this time to let them know the Truth. Many have become Christians but have to leave their homes and settle in non-Islamic countries because of death threats.
There are a couple of publications ( CHRISTIAN )you might wish to explore: Release International and Christian Solidarity Worldwide to learn about persecution of Christians around the world,
mostly because of Islam.
Remember, JESUS came because He was and is our ultimate sacrifice and way back to God.

I completely concur with your above comment, Carole! From a spiritual point of view, Jesus died for the sins of the whole world, and Christ's death was/is part of God's plan, so there is no one to blame or to curse.
And from a practical point of view, it is never fair to hold other's responsible for taking someone else's life. If say a Muslim man kills another man (or woman), whether he kills a Muslim or non-Muslim some two-thousand years ago, then should ALL Muslims be held responsible for his death? Hardly!

I cannot explain why someone felt disbelief, I can only express what I know and believe to be true, and I believe and have faith in Jesus' own words when He said that He is the way, the truth, and the life -- and I also believe when He said that He and His Father are One -- signifying that He is God in the flesh. This is my personal belief.
If a person does not "feel" that they believe in Jesus, then that is their choice, but that was not my choice. In other words, I am not a good person to ask that question of, only someone who has felt that way could answer that.

Christians don't convert to Islam. Convicted criminals and the mentally ill convert to Islam. 6 million Africans convert to Christianity every year. This is slightly OT, but I wonder if anyone has done a comparative study of Islamic literature vs Western literature to see to what degree these literary devices are actually employed in each. I think we know that Western literature is far more expressive because of its usage of many such creative devices, but it would be interesting to see a breakdown in terms of each of the categories. For example, I would not expect to see much parody in Islamic writings.

After thinking your comment over, I realized that I cannot recall a single Fox News Special televising such a conversion -- where a Christian has joined up with Islam -- and to where it made front page news, unlike the Fox News program I mentioned to you last night, "Escape From Hamas".
In fact, I would even go so far as to say that this "percentage" that you've mentioned is either false information coming from you, or it is false information coming from an outside source that you haven't bothered to verify.
I can tell you as a Christian myself, that I would NEVER convert Islam knowing what I know about Jesus Christ. Never. This thread has gotten completely out of control (latest count: 377 comments), with comments all over the place, but, hell, let's ride with it until the comments close. Fancy and nose have provided great comic relief during a day of otherwise grim stories from the ME.
I saw the Fox story, too. There are a couple of things about this that I thought significant.
1. That Fox would even air such a story at a time like this, at a time of massive, world-wide pro-Palestinian frenzy, shows it has its editorial head screwed on straight. It's practically alone among the MSM channels that is taking a pro-Israel stance. Robert should institute a new category for anti-Dhimmi-of-the-Year award for news media. Fox would win hands down. (Along these lines, I see where Glenn Beck is making his long overdue move from the Communist News Network to Fox. Yeah, Glenn!) Chossing a recipient of the Dhimmi-of-the-Year award for news media would be tough, though - there are so many dandidates.
2. The Palestinian guy who converted to Christianity is pretty brave, and I hope he and his church in San Diego have taken steps to protect themselves. I would love to know the details of how he came to receive such high-profile treatment at a time such as this. Not questioning his sincerity, or the value of his public "testimony" but nothing happens without a reason. Putting together a story such as this requires a lot of time, effort and money, and, again, it speaks highly of Fox that they would go to this effort.

You are grasping at straws to make your point about the Quran being the literal word of Allah and the final word on any topic. That is certainly no barrier between the Atlantic and Mediterranean that you show, and it certainly is a separation that can be transgressed. Fresh and brackish waters DO ultimately comingle and merge, as any REAL physicist or marine scientist knows. Nose, my dear friend (and a true Christian is a friend and brother, whether your Book tells you to embrace him as one, or it doesn't), you offer feeble proofs, and are so credulous in your notion of belief as to be silly.

yes they merge into each other but "They do not transgress" as stated in teh kuran because the two seas preserve their own temperature, salinity, and density.

That, Master Nose, is like saying that Polar and Tropical skies do not transress the boundaries set for them, as they preserve their own temperature, humidity, and density. And our atmosphere is, likewise, composed of oceans of air--polar, temperate, and tropical--with currents that wend among, or set apart, these air masses. You are, however, overlooking one salient detail, a continuous flow--at its surface, then sinking, then coursing the depths, then upwelling, then resuming its surface flow--that interconnects the oceans of the world, called the Great Ocean Conveyor.
As I said, putting forth "scientific" proofs of the Quran's veracity (its truth and reliability) is like desperately grasping at straws when we are caught in a whirlpool; arguments like these fall flat. The Quran--never mind that you think it timeless--is given in First Millenium Arabic, to a pre-scientific people, in a way best understood by the people of that day, and makes no real scientific propositions, just appeals to common conceptions of that time and place. You derive these "proofs" by reading into the text your own concepts and perceptions, that is credulous and--to my mind--silly.

the Great Ocean Conveyor. yes the kuran is not against this. but you can't deny that there is a barrier between seas , and i am not saying that there is a barrier between brakish water and fresh water , the real discussion was about seas , as stated in the kuran , and there is a barrier between seas prooven scientifically by marine geology and you cannot deny science.

yes that is because our deaths are martyrs(if allah wants) and martyrs do enter paradise, that is why we like to be martyrs.
BUT we are not with killing muslims in mass numbers , yes and we will defend ourselves by all means posibble ,if it means jihad then we will do jihad , a muslim is a brother of a muslim and we do not let each brother down.

A Christian martyr is a witness to his faith, even at the sacrifice of his life, for everlasting life is found in service to Truth. He is not one who "slays and is slain" for his faith. Moreover, the only Quranic equivalent to The Golden Rule, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" is the exhortation to repay evil with like evil (like in kind, but not like in degree, for Muslims seek to pay back an injury in greater measure than that which they receive); to kill or to drive out others from places from where Muslims were killed or driven out. That is a debt in human blood that can never be satisfied.
There is no Islamic "Sermon on The Mount"; no equivalent to a True Prophet's call to "Love your enemies; do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you." Amen and amen.

niether in the bible so you can't prefer your religion on ours , and calling yourself as civilized and not barbarian is a clear way to show that you(christians generally) are not applying each rule stated in the bible ,, which means that you are not really christians you are christians just in names ,, but we on the other hand we keep the rules of the kuran applied and we do not let go of any exception ,, that what makes us barbarians for those who take this life as eternal and do not know the real purpose of this life
