A woman has committed suicide when Turkish police was on her tracks to arrest her, local NTV informed. The 20-year-old woman has attempted to detonate the bomb belted around herself, but after failing to do it, shot herself with a gun. The incident occurred in the South Eastern province of Siirt when the unidentified woman was suspected to have set to commit a terrorist act on a local bus station.Posted at September 8, 2004 9:55 AM
