"Suspicious device" detonated at Port of Miami; tests indicated explosive C4

A second security scare in as many days. "Bomb Squad Detonates Suspicious Material at Port of Miami," from Fox News:

MIAMI — A suspicious device was found Monday at the Port of Miami, and later detonated, according to officials.
A bomb squad was on the scene; officers were seen donning explosive suits before the detonation occurred.
A spokesman for the Miami-Dade Police said the bomb squad located some sort of instrument that tested positive for C-4 — a type of plastic explosive, reported local FOX affiliate WSVN-TV.

WSVN is also reporting that flight restrictions have been placed over Port of Miami.

Update: Fox News reports the package appeared to contain sprinkler parts. Interestingly, however, it did test positive six times for C4. Six false positives would indicate a problem with the test; otherwise, we're left to wonder how much C4 was there, and where it is now.
