Hello Muxlim at a stretch I can accept non Muslims paying jizya if they've gone out of their way to migrate to an historically Islam dominated society. I can tell you how to defeat Islam without vaporizing the middle east: REJECTION and RIDICULE - on a MASSIVE scale! It is probably very true that many people born into, or newly-converted to Islam are mostly unaware of just what the Quran and haddiths have to say about Allah and MOOOO-Hammed. Since Islamic prayers are to be recited - like a parrot - in Arabic, most don't know what they are reciting. The key here is that with the internet, information is only a click away. You offer some creative options EyesOpen, I am trying out a different approach but I agree that there are winds of change that the Qur'an is not in a position to answer... 1. In the opening of the 3rd and 6th Surahs it states that there will come a time when the World will be brought together. In the 6th Surah, particularly, it states that this will be the "Day of Judgement". Are we not in these times? What are the implications there of? 2. You seem to be having some trouble understanding what the researcher is talking about. The research is not about what musis do either as individuals or groups. It is about what islam teaches and commands as compared to other religions. It really is not that subtle a distinction. Do try to keep up with the rest of the class and tomorrow leave your strawman at home. Thats a good boy....
