I simply said that Boko Haram didn't take hostages until the government had taken hostages. That's SIMPLY A FACT. It's also an INTERESTING, TELLING FACT. Why did I mention that FACT? Because I'm curious if the Nigerian goverment could use the hostage situation to its advantage in this conflict. Could the Nigerian government change this hostage dynamic?
