Yeah there are constitutional hurdles to deporting them all back to their respective hell holes. The big moment will be when there's the next very large scale attack, much bigger than 9/11. Will the next day show the president intoning such a cowardly ignorance as Dubya's "religion of peace" buckling of the knees? Will the next prez flinch and tremble and run down to the nearest mosque and prostrate himself to Allah? CBW, dirty nuke, even an EMP bomb, they're all imminently doable.
