Will the slitting of the throats of sheep at Eid al-Fitr, which one can see on the streets in certain quarters of France, now also be permitted? The throat-slitting ritual is part of a "religious" celebration; the sheep would be killed anyway, in the slaughterhouse; what conceivable harm could it do?

And if Hamtramck allows the call to prayer between 6 a.m. (but not earlier) and 10 p.m. (but not later), what will this do to the sleep patterns, and peace of mind, of all the non-Muslms who, presumably, still live in Hamtramck?
If it turns out to be a major imposition on them, will not one of those celebrated "balancing tests" conclude that the free exercise of religion does not include any and all acts (think of that peyote-smoking case), and that the call to prayer, over loudspeakers yet, is too much.

One hopes the case will not be dropped, that the best lawyers in the land will take on, pro bono, and on every occasion, the Saudi-funded Muslim groups around the country pressing for every advantage, every aggressive push in all the areas of American life. Whatever other cases those charitable-minded lawyers may wish to take, those attempting to limit the aggressive march of Islam should take precedence. For these are not really pro bono matters at all, but matters of civilizational life and death, as yet imperfectly understood.

This is a true shame....An example of Islam getting preferential treatment. The citizens of that city should take this to the highest court and fight. just another disgrace.

I agree totally with Hugh's remarks. Has anyone read responses from the American legal community as to their reactions on the subject of Canada's concessions to sharia laws for Muslims? Are there Jihadwatch readers who are also lawyers? Do you have concerns about sharia being introduced as a competing set of laws in the US? The annoying call to prayer would probably prove a minor change if the US went the way of Canada and allowed sharia to prevail for the Muslim-American community. Lawyers or not, I would appreciate others' thoughts on this subect.

Jihan it's funny you said this because I said the same thing about an hour ago to a co-worker and fellow anti-jihadist....Church bells should ring at the exact time the Muslim calls for prayer in an attempt to drown out the sound, otherwise I have a feeling that some Michigan Militia types may begin to get involved.

The city council members have to be out of their minds on this one. The ACLU should be all over this, but I'll be surprised if they do a damn thing.

This clearly amounts to public promotion of a particular religion...it clearly violates separation of church and state. Heard the residents were thinking of challenging.

I don't understand this ruling. What would prevent an individual from going out to their driveway, jumping into their car, rolling down the windows and cranking out rap music (or worse, Celine Dion) for 2 minutes 5 times a day to call his homies over for a game of dominoes or watch ESPN or something ? Why can't they just set their alarms to remind them ? I don't get it.

This is part of their process and agenda to become "Dominant" as CAIR's Omar Ahmad once stated. This is why idiots like the members of this town's city council need to wake up.

For once, I hope the ACLU steps in, but you know, the ACLU gave the Council on American Islamic Relations a "flame award" last year. So I'm not holding my breath. I think some comments are walking a fine line between being religious bigots and people uncomfortable with Islams presence in the USA. To crank out church bells at the same time as call to prayer is just being a bigot, in my opinion and solves nothing. On the contrary, it just raises tensions. If the people in that community don't mind it, why should you ? However, I would go along with silencing church bells and call to prayer (along with silencing Celine Dion) just for a quiet life. If there is one person in that community that objects to the call to prayer, then shut it off. We should not be pandering to the whims of religious groups no matter who they are.

The "advantage" Muslims have in this case, is that the conduct is considered "private," therefore no government involvement, therefore no violation of the Establishment Clause which is used as a club against expressions of Christianity of Judaism in the public spheres of government buildings and education. The homeowners have to rely on legal arguments based on property rights. Property rights are generally considered the realm of conservative legal theorists. The theory is that as a homeowner I have a right not to be subjected to a nuisance created by my neighbor. For instance, people who object to pig farms are objected to the rank odor that drifts across property boundaries. Under classical English and American common law the neighbors can sue to stop this nuisance. The same theory would be used here. The sound is a traveling nuisance. The sound is even more offensive than, say, a ordinary annoying sound because it carries a religious message. Not only is the mosque interfering with the quiet use of my home by blasting a noise inside the borders of my home 5 times a day, but, it is a religious message in a foreign language.

The dominating effect of this activity is clear. The call to prayer came from societies in which there was only 1 official religion and no one had the right to object to listening to the calls. it is not appropriate here.

Make no mistake about it, the "call to prayer" radius is like a dog marking its territory. No one inside the range of the "call to prayer" will have any peace.

One elderly Christian woman testified that her home was located inside a circle of seven mosques. She would have to deal with calls to prayer from seven directions. The "calls to prayer" are so intrusive that the likely effect is to drive Christians out of the neighborhood. Christians move out, Muslims move in. Neighborhood segregation increases. More and more territory becomes de facto Muslim.

This is a true outrage. We need an anti-Dhimmitude legal society, that is true.

Why America Has Already Lost the War

That Thursday I already realized that America had lost the war. I came to the US for four days for a meeting that was to have been held in Manhattan on Tuesday evening, September 11.

It was impossible to get away from the reports of the massacre in downtown Manhattan. The news was everywhere.
The storekeeper's radio was on. President Bush was speaking to the American people: "I declare tomorrow to be a day of prayer," said the President. "I ask every American, during lunch time tomorrow to pray for all the injured, their families, and the American nation. Go to church, to the synagogue, to the mosque and pray," ended the President.

"Did I hear right?"

I ask the storekeeper, “Did he say mosque?”

She nodded.

“At this very moment you've just lost the war," I say to the astonished storekeeper, and start looking for what I need on the shelves.

When the black boxes of the hijacked airplanes are recovered, we will hear the pilots screaming "Allah Akbar" in the last moments before the crash.

They slaughtered the Americans in the name of Allah, and now the President calls on them to pray to him.

The Moslems see with jealousy how the culture based on Christian mercy succeeds in gaining control over the world. Let everyone come and benefit from the cornucopia open to all, the American-Christian culture says; to everyone we proffer the other cheek, and even the whole body. Come and take your part in the wealth, come and enter the gates of the World Trade Center. We aren't conquering you with the sword, but with gold.

"Why are they bringing their wars here?" a soot-covered broker shouted into a CNN reporter's microphone. He didn't understand that he himself was engaged in conquering, not territories, but the opposing culture, straight from there - from the Twin Towers.

But every Moslem child understands it clearly. What the political commentators and senators in the US fail to realize is crystal clear to the other half of the world. America is not at war with a single individual - Bin Laden - but with every child that will be born tomorrow in Cairo, Amman, Beirut, Gaza and, if he is a Moslem, even in New Jersey.

America will never admit that it is involved in a war of cultures, in fact in a religious war. Such an admission implies that American values are fundamentally at question. But the fact is that they are not as universal as Americans would like to believe. The happiness they pursue in the name of all humanity may be happiness for a specific group based on Christianity, but it means hell for another group that is just as large.

But it appears that this other half is now beginning to attempt to actualize its own aspirations for happiness (via rivers of blood). America will never admit it, and consequently will be unable to fight back, because they have failed to identify the enemy. They seek the terrorists just as Sharon is pursuing individual terrorists. They are pursuing the wasps instead of destroying the nest, because they are afraid of the nest. They are afraid of a real confrontation between their values and those of Islam.

They want a coalition with moderate Arab countries. The situation is so ludicrous that even Arafat is being wooed - Arafat, who invented hijacking; Arafat, the father of 20th-century terrorism.

They will in fact catch the wasps. Bin Laden doesn't stand a chance. He won't be able to escape the power of the US. And then what? Today every Arab child wants to be a Shahid, a martyr for Islam. Bin Laden will enter the pantheon of the Shahids, but another million are waiting their turn and they are impatient. America is waging a physical war against a metaphysical enemy.

In the coming months, we will see a lot of military planes take off and land. We will see destroyers and missiles and millions of tons of TNT exploding in the Iraqi desert and in Afghanistani caves. They will kill thousands of innocent people and in the end America will lose -- because it failed to identify the true enemy.

This campaign is called Infinite Justice - but this justice has no aim, and will therefore actually lack justice. If only America had the clairvoyance and the moral fortitude to face up to reality, America could win easily, without a coalition, without deploying armies and without senseless killings.

America is too busy deceiving itself. Not only the politicians, but everyone in the population. An interesting phenomenon I noticed was the self-imposed censorship of the American media. I sat and watched as the drama unfolded live on television. In the first hour, there were live broadcasts from Ramallah and Shechem, in which the "Palestinian" masses could be seen rejoicing over the massacre in Manhattan. I was pleased to see the pictures broadcast for all to see. Suddenly the reports ceased as if they had never happened. I don't believe that the American administration contacted the media networks and told them not to screen them. It happened naturally: don't show the American people a reality that conflicts with its fundamental values. "We shall preserve the American way of life and win" was the message.

Instead of the joyous footage from Ramallah, there began to appear an endless stream of interviews with American professors having Arab names and speaking with Arabic accents. The message was this: Here is a Moslem professor called Ahmed - but he is also an American. "I vehemently condemn this attack," one said, "and the majority of Arabs are not like these despicable terrorists. But," he continued in a knowledgeable manner, "when you aid the Israeli occupation of Palestine, you cause more Arabs to be on the side of the terrorists, rather than on my side".

The day after the attack, a wealthy American acquaintance approached me and asked for my comments on the situation. He then surprised me by making this offer: "I'll pay for a full-page ad in the New York Times - and I want you to compose it."

so I composed the following quick draft:

IT'S A CULTURAL / RELIGIOUS WAR

We can kill a million Bin Ladens, but they will continue to celebrate.

I can't believe all 4 non-Islmammer councilmembers support this. I suspect they figure it's a no-win situation and just lack the will to oppose it--let the "offended" group sue and let the courts sort it out.

As my sincere interest in the growth of Islam in America intensified, I began to discuss, dialogue, and then debate Muslim leaders throughout the world from an Arab Christian’s view of Islam. So far, I have had the privilege of participating in over 20 debates and discussions on every continent plus T.V. and radio. Islam Revealed was released in 1988 and is now in its 8th printing. The following is my analysis of Islamic invasion of America, the agenda of Islamists and visible methods to take over America by the year 2020! Will Americans continue to sleep through this invasion as they did when we were attacked on 9/11?

1. Terminate America’s freedom of speech by replacing it with hate crime bills state-wide and nation-wide.

2. Wage a war of words using black leaders like Louis Farrakhan, Rev. Jesse Jackson and other visible religious personalities to promote Islam as the original African-American’s religion while Christianity is for the whites! Strange enough, no one tells the African-Americans that it was the Arab Muslims who captured them and sold them as slaves, neither the fact that in Arabic the word for black and slave is the same, “Abed.”

3. Engage the American public in dialogues, discussions, debates in colleges, universities, public libraries, radio, TV, churches and mosques on the virtues of Islam. Proclaim how it is historically another religion like Judaism and Christianity with the same monotheistic faith.

4. Nominate Muslim sympathizers to political office for favorable legislation to Islam and support potential sympathizers by block voting.

5. Take control of as much of Hollywood, the press, TV, radio and the internet by buying the corporations or a controlling stock.

6. Yield to the fear of imminent shut-off of the lifeblood of America – the black gold. America’s economy depends on oil, (1000 products are derived from oil), so does its personal and industrial transportation and manufacturing -41% comes from the Middle East.

7. Yell, “foul, out-of-context, personal interpretation, hate crime, Zionist, un- American, inaccurate interpretation of the Quran” anytime Islam is criticized or the Quran is analyzed in the public arena.

8. Encourage Muslims to penetrate the White House, specifically with Islamists who can articulate a marvelous and peaceful picture of Islam. Acquire government positions, get membership in local school boards. Train Muslims as medical doctors to dominate the medical field, research and pharmaceutical companies. Take over the computer industry. Establish Middle Eastern restaurants throughout the U.S. to connect planners of Islamization in a discreet way. Ever notice how numerous Muslim doctors in America are, when their countries need them more desperately than America?

9. Accelerate Islamic demographic growth via:
a. Massive immigration (100,000 annually since 1961)
b. No birth control whatsoever – every baby of Muslim parents is automatically a Muslim and cannot choose another religion later.
c. Muslim men must marry American women and Islamize them (10,000 annually). Then divorce them and remarry every five years – since one cannot have the Muslim legal permission to marry four at one time. This is a legal solution in America.
d. Convert angry, alienated black inmates and turn them into militants (so far 2000 released inmates have joined Al Qaida world-wide). Only a few have been captured in Afghanistan and on American soil. So far – sleeping cells!

10. Reading, writing, arithmetic and research through the American educational system, mosques and student centers (now 1500) should be sprinkled with dislike of Jews, evangelical Christians and democracy. There are 300 exclusively Muslim schools with loyalty to the Quran, not the U.S. Constitution.

11. Provide very sizeable monetary Muslim grants to colleges and universities in America to establish “Centers for Islamic studies” with Muslim directors to promote Islam in higher education institutions.

12. Let the entire world know through propaganda, speeches, seminars, local and national media that terrorists have hijacked Islam, not the truth, which is Islam hijacked the terrorists. Furthermore in January of 2002, Saudi Arabia’s Embassy in Washington mailed 4500 packets of the Quran, videos, promoting Islam to America’s high schools--free. They would never allow us to reciprocate.

13. Appeal to the historically compassionate and sensitive Americans for sympathy and tolerance towards the Muslims in America who are portrayed as mainly immigrants from oppressed countries.

14. Nullify America’s sense of security by manipulating the intelligence community with misinformation. Periodically terrorize Americans of impending attacks on bridges, tunnels, water supplies, airports, apartment buildings and malls. (We have experienced this too often since 9-11.)

15. Form riots and demonstrations in the prison system demanding Islamic Sharia as the way of life, not American’s justice system.

16. Open numerous charities throughout the U.S. but use the funds to support Islamic terrorism with American dollars.

17. Raise interest in Islam on America’s campuses by insisting that freshman take at least one course on Islam. Be sure that the writer is a bonafide American, Christian, scholarly and able to cover up the violence in the Quran and express the peaceful, spiritual and religious aspect only.

18. Unify the numerous Muslim lobbies in Washington, mosques, Islamic student centers, educational organizations, magazines and papers by internet and an annual convention to coordinate plans, propagate the faith and engender news in the media of their visibility.

19. Send intimidating messages and messengers to the outspoken individuals who are critical of Islam and seek to eliminate them by hook or crook.

20. Applaud Muslims as loyal citizens of the US by spotlighting their voting record as the highest percentage of all minority and ethic groups in America.

The same people here posting perverse, hate-filled words about Islam are sick. You remind me of grotesque pictures of people writhing in a deep pit, wild-eyed, clawing and frothing at the mouths completely consumed and poisoned by illogical prejudices. The anti-Islam websites posted here are so saturated with hatred its shameful. Your own hatred eats away at your quality of life, and does nothing to harm the Muslims and their supporters.

All the while you gang up on Islam and Muslims, it continues to flourish in the world, and you know it. Fellow Americans are embracing Islam by the 1000s every year. You can not stop this nor the eventual 'call to prayer' that will be heard throughout the nation in the coming decade or two. This will not occur by force if your're thinking this way. First, who is "they"? A few Muslims or every single Muslim American? I am a Muslim and do know many, who are the most humble, patient persons, who would help out anyone in a moments notice. All we care about is working, paying their bills, raising their kids and practicing Islam. They honestly don't care if you reject Islam, they live it for their own souls and because they love serving God. Perhaps this is the difference between you and them? If you are interested in learning, they would answer your inquiries or direct you to knowledgeable sources. Hysterical people ready to trash Islam are just as dangerous as the few fanatics in Islam. I wonder if you know any Muslims personally?
Second, what about Paris? The latest news is the gov. just banned the females from wearing the modest scarf because the gov. thinks it has no religious value. This is an imperative pious dress, not some optional thing to show off. I don't blame them for rallying against the decision.

Not a precedent because prayer calls are already allowed in other Michigan cities. This is disturbing. Muslims should pray as often as they like, but, instead of disturbing everyone else five times a day, they should take personal responsiblity to not intrude on the lives of others by using their time pieces. That is the neighborly thing to do.

Lorri A. - You have mentioned Islamic dress in Paris and in surrounding areas. Non-Muslims living in those areas find it necessary to adopt Muslim dress to ward off attacks by Muslims that call them whores and men that make advances on them. This behavior toward non-Muslim women is outrageous.

Why should French women that are not Muslim be compelled to wear the veil? The problem is that Muslims have moved to area that already has established norms of behavior and dress. Certainly Muslims can dress however they want, but clearly they have no right to impose their values on others.

Do you think that a Western woman moving to a Muslim country would be allowed to flaunt the established norms of Islam just because she is not Muslim. I think not.

Immigrants that come here do not have the right to expect special privileges that are in conflict with established cultural mores.

Good day. My name is D.C. Watson. I reside in Ohio. I've been following this story with a great deal of interest, as I spend a portion of my time monitoring the activity of Muslims living in the United States. Over the last few years, there has become a pattern developing within the Islamic community to challenge certain sections of the American Constitution in a focused effort for them to obtain a foothold in our neighborhoods. I write about this in a few Ohio news publications.

With all due respect, I would just like to ask you to please be very careful as to what you and the rest of your City Council members allow for these people. I am no bigot. I am, however, very concerned with the agenda of some of the members of the Islamic community with regard to many issues. The main issue is their goal of achieving Islamic dominance on our own soil. Not all Muslims are bad people. With that being said, they're not all members of a "religion of peace" either. I'm not sure if you've ever heard of the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) or not. They are based in Washington, D.C. and purport to be a Muslim Civil Rights group.

However, they've had three of their officers or former officers indicted on terror related charges. Two of whom, have already been convicted. I will leave you with two quotes from this organization's members, Omar Ahmad, and Ibrahim Hooper. As well as a story regarding their actions. This clearly demonstrates everyone's need to be vigilant in our actions, as the survival of our very own culture depends on it.

A Bad Day for CAIR

September 10th, 2003 will forever be remembered as a grim day for the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR). On that day, the eve of the second anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, CAIR faced up to its own terrorist connections. It ran away from testifying before an influential Senate panel that heard a barrage of incriminating evidence about the group and its connections. It saw one of its former officials plead guilty to terrorist-related crimes in Federal Court. And, it was stood up by two Department of Justice officials at an immigration symposium in Florida. CAIR should find it hard to recover from this string of defeats.

Last Wednesday, The Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Terrorism, Technology and Homeland Security held the second in a series of hearings aimed at examining Saudi Arabia’s role in exporting Islamic extremism abroad. The hearing, titled “Two Years After 9/11: Connecting the Dots,” was focused on the prevalence of the radical Wahhabi Islamic sect among Muslim political groups in the U.S. CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad and Chairman Omar Ahmed were invited to testify at the hearing, but both declined to attend.

In their absence – and in front of their empty witness chair - the committee heard compelling evidence that Saudi Arabia financially and ideologically supports a network of American organizations that act as the defenders, financiers, and front groups of international terrorists. CAIR has been a major player in this network since its creation in 1994, with a particularly soft spot for the suicide-bombing death squads of Hamas.Senators turned out in force to connect the dots between CAIR and the deviant Islamic extremism that led to the vicious attacks of 9/11. In his opening statement, Chairman Jon Kyl said, “a small group of organizations based in the U.S. with Saudi backing and support, is well advanced in its four- decade effort to control Islam in America -from mosques, universities and community centers to our prisons and even within our military.

Moderate Muslims who love America and want to be part of our great country are being forced out of those institutions.” Senator Chuck Schumer, a New York Democrat who has been steadfast in his efforts to uncover the nexus of Hamas front groups in the U.S., was ruthless in his portrayal of CAIR as part of an international terror network. In his opening remarks, Senator Schumer stated that prominent members of CAIR—referring specifically to Nihad Awad and Omar Ahmed—have “intimate links with Hamas.” Later, he remarked that “we know [CAIR] has ties to terrorism.”Even Senator Richard Durbin, who has made common cause with some of America’s Wahhabi-backed groups, came down hard on CAIR. In his final comments he conceded that CAIR is “unusual in its extreme rhetoric and its associations with groups that are suspect,” and requested that the committee seek the testimony of mainstream Muslim groups in its place in the future.

CAIR’s affinity for terrorist causes is well documented in the press. At a 1994 meeting at Barry University, Nihad Awad stated succinctly, “I am a supporter of the Hamas movement.” Communications Director Ibrahim Hooper has defended Saudi Arabia’s financial aid to families of Palestinian suicide bombers. In recent months, three CAIR officials were indicted on terrorism-related charges.As luck would have it, just hours before the hearing, news services reported that former CAIR official Bassem K. Khafagi had pleaded guilty to charges of visa and bank fraud in federal court in Detroit. The charges were brought against Khafagi for his role with the Islamic Assembly of North America, a group that has advocated violence against the United States and is believed to have funneled money to organizations with terrorist connections. At the time of his arrest, Khafagi was Community Affairs director with CAIR. Khafagi is one of several IANA officials indicted on terrorism-related charges after Federal agents raided the group’s Ypsilanti, Michigan offices in February. Another arrested IANA official, Saudi-born Sami al-Hussayen ran a series of IANA websites that propagated the teachings of radical Islamist clerics closely linked with Osama bin Laden. He also ran the University of Idaho Muslim Students Association.

Al-Hussayen is awaiting a deportation order after refusing to testify in his own defense. The Chairman of IANA has stated that half of the Assembly’s funds come from Saudi Arabia, while the other half come from private donors who are primarily Saudi. IANA conferences in the early 1990’s featured lectures from Ali al-Timimi, an Islamic preacher recently identified as “co-conspirator number one” in the indictment of 11 Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist recruits in a Northern Virginia Jihad network. One of the 11 Virginia Jihadists, Randall Todd Royer, formerly served as a Communications Specialist and Civil Rights Coordinator at CAIR. While Senators on Capitol Hill were assiduously connecting the dots to prevent future terrorist attacks, CAIR-Florida was teaming up with the American Civil Liberties Union to sponsor a town hall meeting on immigration issues in South Florida. The September 10th event was billed as an opportunity for residents to discuss “how America and Florida has [sic] changed since September 11, 2001 - our constitutional rights, inter-group relations, and the treatment of our immigrant communities, etc.” The event was slated to feature a U.S. Attorney, an FBI representative, and the Assistant Commissioner of the Florida Department of law Enforcement. None of the officials showed up.

By absenting themselves from the meeting, the officials foiled another attempt by CAIR to oppose the Bush administration’s War on Terror. CAIR has made a cottage industry out of blaming individual incidents, either real or perceived, of anti-Muslim violence and discrimination on the Bush administration’s anti-terror policies, especially the USA Patriot Act. CAIR’s uses statistical manipulation and “civil rights” arguments, not to protect innocent Muslims but to exonerate its own “intimate links with terrorism” to use the words of Senator Schumer.Meetings like the South Florida immigration symposium are an integral part of the Wahhabi groups’ strategy of gaining political access to the U.S. government.

Since well before 9/11, CAIR and other organizations have alleged to speak on behalf of America’s peaceful, moderate Muslims, while simultaneously lending support and funds to terrorist causes. Certain members of the Bush administration, anxious to frame the War on terror in the context of political correctness, have then pandered to the Wahhabi organizations, providing them with phony legitimacy at the expense of the Muslim community at large. Since September 11th, prominent Wahhabi-backed leaders have been granted meetings with President Bush, Secretary of State Colin Powell, and FBI Director Robert Mueller. These meetings are then used to further the notion that Wahhabi-funded organizations like CAIR are fit to represent America’s estimated 6 million Muslims.

This strategy has permittedthe Wahhabi Lobby, as the collection of pressure groups are called, to become the de facto pool of consultants for government agencies willing to compromise vigilance for ethno-sensitivity in the War on Terror. The true agendas of groups like CAIR are obscured or forgotten in the process, and Wahhabis are given a blank check to oppose anti-terror policies that threaten to expose their connection to the terrorist support network in the U.S.Combating the Wahhabi agents of influence in the U.S. will require a comprehensive assessment of the political objectives, operational strategies and sources of funding of each group and their individual leaders. A basic and important step must be to resist the Wahhabi Lobby’s attempts to influence U.S. policy.
The new absence of Justice Department officials from a CAIR symposium is a welcome sign that government agencies are becoming aware of the Council’s close links with extremists. Meanwhile, we must continue to support the government’s efforts to apprehend those who serve terrorist causes from within our borders. The guilty plea of CAIR official Bassem K. Khafagi is one of many signs that the U.S. is winning the War against terrorists at home as well as abroad.

Hear it loud and clear: I don't hate Muslims, but I do hate Islam. And the reason I hate Islam is because Islam very clearly, and very incontrovertably, hates ME. Your Quran and your hadiths say it loud and clear. Pick up a Quran and there's something hateful written about "unbelievers" on nearly every page.

Denounce your hateful, prejudicial beliefs against us "infidels" and you won't have to worry about anyone hating you. Rewrite your bloody Quran and toss out your nasty, hateful hadiths.

There isn't any place for a belief system like Islam in the world anymore. It's religious apartheid and like all other apartheid systems, will eventually fail. Equality is catching and no one -- absolutely NO ONE-- wants to be a subservient dhimmi anymore. Get used to it.

Who but muslims will be willing to live in the neighborhood? This is ethnic cleansing.

I lived in the environment where MUSLIMS broadcast their prayers using 4 (four)low quality, gigantic speakers directed in 4 directions for almost 20 years. It is really a torture since they are very loud and will wake everyone up in the morning/nite. People will never have quiet time. Babies will have a hard time to sleep. If you are sick, you can't rest at all. You can't watch TV, have conversation.... We must not let this happen in USA. We respect others to have worship. But they should not TORTURE other people.

To MUSLIM people: I am just amazed why you people need to broadcast your prayer using a loud speaker ? Will your god not be able to hear you if you pray nicely in your private home or mosque? OR you need to Wake Up your god by using a loudspeaker when you pray ? Be CONSIDERATE !!! You guys are disgusting !!! America offers many freedoms to all the residents, but don't use these freedoms to TORTURE others.

If everything is based on VOTE, how about if all Americans VOTE to boot these MUSLIMS out of USA ?
