Honor killings among Muslims will continue because they will never voluntarily assimilate as they believe that the ways of the West are dirty and dishonorable.

Obviously Peltek believes women to be inferior chattel and that males have the inherent right to dispose of them as they see fit. No Western court decision nor incarceration can change this attitude which will remain and contnue as long as these views are promulgated schools and mosques and within the family.

Family culture is very difficult to change without the cooperation of family members. Perhaps over time we will see slow changes, but many women and girls will hurt and killed before this occurs.

Scottsville is very close to me, Rochester is where I live. Taking both of the current stories [plus the Buffalo terrorist connections] I do worry somewhat.

I wonder why he never comments about heinous muslim atrocities like this. Probably because he finds them perfectly acceptable as long as the murderer doesn't get caught.

Honor killings are really very simple. They are anodynes for the wounded pride of egotistical males. Females are cursed from birth in Islamic societies, figuratively and literally. Innocent, female victims of male aggression are marked for death and their male attackers are vindicated. What insanity! This has to be the most aberrant and revulsive culture on earth.
