Which do you think the UN is more likely to do? Defend the rights of those who leave Islam, or make blaspheming Muhammad an international crime? Note also the insistence that the Ahmadis, who reject violent jihad, are heretics, and the denial that the Islamic religious schools in Pakistan (madaris) are preaching terrorism. BIRMINGHAM, Aug 2: Opposition Leader in National Assembly Maulana Fazlur Rehman on Monday demanded that the United Nations should declare the defamation of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) an international crime.Addressing a large gathering here, Maulana Fazl said the UN needed to adopt a blasphemy law to protect the honour of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and respected figures of other religions and faiths.
He denounced the anti-Islamic attitude by the West and spurned as baseless charges of involvement of Muslims in terrorist acts.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman said Muslims were being victimized in the name of terrorism despite that fact they themselves were a target of violence.
He said terrorist acts in Muslim countries was an intrigue to defame the Ummah and to destabilize targeted states.
He said Ummah should dedicate a special fund to curb the anti-Islamic forces, especially the activities of the Qadiyanis/Ahmadis.
Maulana Fazl said Europe should not consider Muslims an enemy but study Islamic teachings.
He said to fight terrorism with terrorism was leading the world to destruction.
He said a great number of Qadiyanis were converting to Islam.
He said attempts to repeal or amend the blasphemy law and Hudood Ordinance in the Muslim countries were under duress by western countries.
Fazl said to differentiate between Jihad and terrorism was need of the hour.
"Those who declare Islam as a religion of terrorism are the real fanatics and extremists", he said.
He said Muslims were ready to render every sacrifice to protect the honour and sanctity of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the belief of finality of his prophethood.
The ratio of conversion to Islam had raised very much after 9/11 incidents, he said, adding that negative reports against Islam, Muslims and Islamic states were published by the western media after Qadiyanis and Ahmadis restored to malicious propaganda in this regard.
"Muslim countries should raise their voices in the UN for the protection of the honour and sanctity of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the belief of Khatme Nubuwwat", he said.
Maulana Khawaja Khan Muhammad who presided over the conference said Muslim countries should impose a ban on anti-Islamic activities of the Qadiyanis and Ahmadis.
Chancellor of Binnori Town Madrassa, Dr. Abdur Razzaq Iskandar said allegations that religious seminaries (deeni madaris) were involved in terrorism were absolutely false.
He said the madaris imparted Islam's message of peace and harmony and never indulged in terrorism....
He said the UN should adopt a resolution to stop the Qadiyanis from impersonating themselves as Muslims and defaming Islam and Muslims.
A tiny minority of extremists?
Scholars and participants from all European countries including Great Britain, Germany, Norway, Belgium, Denmark, as well as Pakistan, India, Bangladesh attended the conference. More than 20,000 people participated in the conference.

I think there'd be a greater chance of the UN approving this totally moronic resolution of making it a crime to "blaspheme" that "prophet" creature versus protecting those who leave Islam. Afterall, the UN knows who its master is - all those bastions of human rights and freedom, those wonderful Islamic paradises such as Sudan, Syria, Egypt, etc.
The Islamics are getting nervous. Too much information is out there. Too much truth. Modern technology, like the Internet, is a terrible threat to Islam. Like a crucifix to a vampire. So they're trying to curtail freedom of speech, freedom of information. They don't want people to know what Islam is really about. Maybe too many of their currently ignorant & oblivious followers will start to think, and question, and ... doubt! And then leave. Don't want that happening. Got to keep the numbers up, and the best way to do that, other than outbreeding everyone else, and murdering everyone else, is to keep everyone ignorant of the truth.
And they don't want the non-Muslims to know the truth either. They want us to keep swallowing the "Islam is Peace" horse manure. Makes us more malleable, weak and easy to infiltrate and destroy.
If the UN even considers this, it's time to withdraw from such a vile group. Let it be a social back-slapping club for Islamic murderers. But let them fund it themselves.

I noticed CAIR waded into the Iraq bombings of Churches by their Brother's following the Peaceful teachings of Muhammed.
CAIR has posted the usual tripe about Islam having nothing to do with the murders and making a point that the perpetrators are unknown and
not to blame any group until it's proven.
Ya,right,several months ago two Mosques were vandalized,one was hit with raw eggs by kids on summer break,and the other was a awning damaged by fire. To date nobody has been arrested but CAIR and Muslim Leaders demand they be treated as "Hate-Crimes" by Racists or Islamophobes.
CAIR actually endorsed the claim that Christian fundementalists were responsible for the fire damage.
So lets not blame the Iraq murders on Muslims until there is proof because it breeds hate and intolerance,right CAIR,Islam doesn't approve of killing the innocent so it must be one of those other evil religions.

The U.N. is controlled by the Islamists. The rest of the world should raise a cry to shout "No" before this become a part of international law. Islam is ever patient; thus we must be ever vigilant.

If the UN were really doing what it's founding principles said it was to do, every time Mohammed's name was mentioned, they would require that it be followed with the description: "the psychopathic pedophile that founded the Satanic dark-age death cult known as Islam."

Mohammed tried to change the Jewish Bible making himself the Messiah, he changed the place in the Bible where Abraham was to dedicate Isaac as a sacrifice to the Lord, which is Mt Moriah (calvary), to Ishmael being offered on the black stone of the Ka'aba, when the Jews laughed him to scorn he invented a way to break the treaties he had with them, then in an attempt to blot out the shame of this 'rejection' he had 700 Jews beheaded and shared out their wealth and families amongst his 40 theives.
Ever since he did this his followers have also taken both the Christian and the Jewish Bible and altered the understanding in them, Mohammed is supposed to be the Holy Spirit to the Muslims because they have called him the 'The Counsellor' this is proof that Mohammed is not only an unprincipled liar but that has called God a Liar, this means he will suffer the dreadful judgement of God The Holy Spirit exists to convince men that that the Bible is the WORD of God those who alter it call him a liar.
