Why is Europe so bent on playing the dhimmi? Maybe to become a world power again -- paradoxically enough. From UPI's Beth R. Alexander (thanks to Ruth King): the EU's Middle East policy is supporting Palestinian terrorism as part of Europe's hidden war against the USA.
WASHINGTON, Aug. 8 (UPI) -- When Ilka Schroeder, a former member of the European Parliament, spoke of the EU's Middle East policy as an "anti-Semitic war it is helping to finance against Israel" and said Palestinians were being used as "cannon fodder for Europe's hidden war against the U.S.," her words went unheeded. Now OLAF, the European Union's anti-fraud office, after probing the issue, is sending investigators to Israel to interview Palestinians in Israeli prisons to ascertain whether European funds to the Palestinian Authority are used to support terrorism.
This development, reported in the Aug. 5 London Telegraph, comes after the Berlin-born Schroeder, 26, spent the major part of her five-year term in Brussels challenging the way the Palestinian Authority spends EU funds while the EU continued to send millions of dollars of taxpayers' money to the PA. Some of this money, she claims -- based on Israeli government reports from the spring of 2002 -- is channeled to a black budget and used to support terrorist activities against Israel.
European Commissioner for External Affairs Christopher Patten dismissed the charges at the time as "Israeli propaganda."
The European Commission declares on its website that EU aid to the PA is conditional upon "full responsibility placed on the (PA) Finance Ministry for managing the Palestinian Authority payroll."
"People tell me I'm altruistic because I'm not Jewish," Schroeder told United Press International. "I do not like the word 'altruistic.' The issue of anti-Semitism is really important. To stop this cruel development, these inhuman ideologies, that's why I do it," she said in a phone interview from Berlin.
Schroeder summarized her thesis in a Dec. 22 address to the Center for German Studies at Ben Gurion University in Beer-Sheva, Israel.
"The Europeans supported the Palestinian Authority with the aim of becoming its main sponsor," she said, "and through this, challenge the U.S. and present themselves as the future global power. Therefore, the al-Aksa intifada should be understood as a proxy war between Europe and the United States."
Read it all.

Think MS Schroeder is going to discover a lot of nasty things not to mention a complete waste of Taxpayers' money.

So whom will we have to deal with first, Eurabia or China? I can hope reforms in China keep them too occupied to bother us for another 20 years...

Whats astonishing to me is that muslims are the biggest racists on earth. If you are a non-muslim you dont have the same rights as muslims do in muslim countries. In Saudi Arabia its against the law to open a church or teach any other religion. Non-muslims are not even allowed into certain parts of Saudi Arabia.
In fact the muslim agenda is to rid the whole middle east of any non-muslims. We know from koranic history that Jews and Christians lived in those parts and did so BEFORE islam. Now those people have been kicked out or killed and may no longer go back, even if their ancestors were born there simple because they are not muslims.
However the EU does not see this as being racist, but Jews who want to inhabit their own country which they have been doing since the earliest recorded history are called racists.
One thing is for sure, those EU countries will pay for their support of these evil people. Those muslims will destroy them from within and before long they will be begging for the US to help them after the muslims shut down their churches and impose sharia law in their countries.

How perfectly spot on Ms Schroeder is in her perspicacity; how tragic that she no longer sits in the Euro Parlt!
In cold, 19th and 20th Century geostrategic terms, the EU views the Middle East and North Africa as its primary, "natural" spheres of influence.
If it's unable to attain its desires via diplomacy (as most probable), it sees a conflict between the Arabs and the USA as its best means to dominate these regions: once the two combatants've battered and bled one another, America - ground down by bitter attrition in the casbahs of the urban jungles of the areas' cities, towns and villages (like Vietnam) - will sicken of the struggle and finally decamp, leaving the Arab countries in ruins.
Then the EU can enter the weakened Arab nations as a "benefactor" and "partner" (even with the minimal forces it fields today) AND NEVER LEAVE.
Meanwhile, the Arab states seek to subvert Europe. So it's something of a race - which comes first: the dhimmification of Europe or the EU manipulating the mutual mauling of the Arab Mideast/North Africa and the USA?
Of course, none of this EU calculus includes the use by America of its nuclear weapons, which - if employed judiciously, in time - would fully circumvent ALL of their plans, leaving the Arabs totally shattered, the US largely unscathed and the Euros BADLY out on a limb!

This story was posted several days ago on israpundit and illustrates what this remarkable youg woman is up against. Once again Chris Patten, shows his true colours and seems to be deliberately covering up the corruption in the EU PLO relationship.
No doubt a disciple of the late Anthony Eden, who during the war was said to have encouraged gis staff to file evidence of concentration camp atrocities in the Foreign office dustbins.
This os of course totally in line with Bat ye'ors accounts of Eurabian policies since the mid 70s.
Will the french investigation of Suha Arafat shed some light on this?
In the U.States Patten would have been indicted lon ago.

There's been a general dhimmification of Europe's elites already (even MORE than in America or here in Australia) - in politics, the bureacracies, the media, academia, the arts, entertainment, NGOs, etc, already - all in tune with the thrusts of the Euro-Arab Dialog, inter alia.
This is one of the PRIME tools by which the Arabs propose to make Europe lots more like themselves - not "modernizing Islam", but "Islamizing modernity"!

No amount of evidencfe will ever convince Europe that the Palestininas have misused the money that they've sent them. Simply because they don't want to be convinced, they don't even care. Everybody knows that the PA is corrupt, that the Al Aqsa martyr's brigade is Arafat's own Fatah party, and that Arafat is financig terror etc. Everybody knows that the Palestininans are so desperatelly poor because their leaders are so corrupt. These are things everybody knows. But Europe doesn't care, Europe doesn't want to care, Europe doesn't want to be convinced. Europe knows fully well where that money goes, and is EXACTLEY why they are sending it. Nothing changed in nature of the European Anti-Semitism, only the language changed, and the way it is acted upon. Europe doesn't even care about the ordibary Palestinians, they don't care if they live in poverty because of their corrupt leaders, Europe is more than happy doing business with them as long as it is hurting Israel. Every time i see pictures of the latest suiccide bombing, i always think: brought to you by the European taxpayer.
