Do Muslims have a natural right to enter the Netherlands? In light of the fact that many want to subvert the state, doesn't the state have a right to limit such immigration? From Expatica, with thanks to Jeffrey Imm:
AMSTERDAM — The Netherlands could have a new Pim Fortuyn on its hands, as outcast MP Geert Wilders called Tuesday for a five-year ban on people from Turkey and Morocco immigrating to the Netherlands.Wilders is also calling for an immediate ban on all non-western immigrants who want to join their families in the Netherlands.
He claims that problems with integration in the Netherlands are so "immense and acute" that action must be taken now. "All attention must be focused on the immigrants who already live here," Wilders said.
The "right-wing conservative" said immigrants who have Dutch passports should be deported and deprived of their Dutch citizenship if they are not prepared to learn Dutch.
The same applies to those who commit crimes or disturb public order. Wilders also said Islamic imams who incite hatred or violence should be deported and deprived of Dutch citizenship, newspaper Algemeen Dagblad reported.
The MP is an independent in the Lower House of Parliament, Tweede Kamer, after turning his back recently on the Liberal VVD when the party tried to curtail his right-wing statements.
His comments about immigration call to mind anti-immigrant politician Pim Fortuyn who claimed the Netherlands was full and demanded that Dutch borders to be closed to new immigrants. He was shot and killed by animal rights activist Volkert van der Graaf on 6 May 2002.
Van der Graaf claimed he killed Fortuyn to protect the weaker groups in society.
Actually Van der Graaf said quite explicitly that he murdered Fortuyn for the country's Muslims.

His name sounds Dutch, so they can dismiss him again as a racist and Fascist. When the Somalian-born Ayaan Hirsi Ali says the same kind of things, they dismiss her as a "token Black" toy of the liberal "right-wing" party. They said the same about Joao Varela who worked with Fortuyn. (Obviously it is not racist to assume that Black European politicians cannot have a mind of their own.)
...still waiting for the day when the European mainstream press admits that someone who criticises Islam, man or woman, Black or white, with Muslim of non-Muslim background, could possibly be a sane adult person who knows what he or she is talking about....

The following exchange is taken from the Cronica de Alfonso, a history of Spain dating from the 9th century. The exchange is between the apostate bishop Oppas, and Pelayo, who began the war of Reconquest against Islam:
OPPAS: I believe that you understand how the entire army of Spain cannot resist the force of the Muslims. How then can you resist on this mountain? Listen to my advice: abandon your efforts and you will enjoy many benefits alongside the Muslims".

Pelayo, thank for the dialogue, here in Spain we have Zapatero a mixture between Don Julian and Witiza the last visigotic kings that allow the entry of muslims in Spain, but very soon Don Pelayo come back here.

These anti-immigration MPs have all the subtlety of a pile-driver. You can't come out and say "No more freakin' Muzzies around here!!". You have to use a little taqiyya: "Our economy cannot accommodate any more immigrants - there are no jobs to support them or their families. To let them in the country would be to subject them to hopeless poverty and the ills that accompany that - crime, hostility, poor health, blah blah blah. The conditions they would encounter would only be worse than the conditions they are leaving, and no good person would want that. After all, we have to look after THEIR best interests. They should immigrate to a wealthy country, like...Saudi Arabia."

They guy who shot Pim Fortuyn later said that he was trying to protect muslims from the "racist" policies of Pim Fortuyn. It was not just over animal rights.

Funny thing about Western Leftists on either side of the Atlantic: they cry rivers of tears over a dull-witted axe murderer on a Texas Death Row; are oh-so solicitous over the rights of some fire-eating imam who wants to assassinate everyone from the Jewish deli owner to the president of the country of his birth; and scream about eating meat or putting down a vicious dog; but they see the murder of half of their next generation as "a woman's right to choose".
Leftism is Western civilization's death wish.

Geert Wilders had to leave the WD LIberal Party when he came out against the admission of Turkey to the EU. He remains in the Dutch Pariament, and in taking a clear stance not against immigration, but against Muslim immigration, he will outpoll all de hooghe mogende heeren, those high-and-mighty lords of the political landscape, who thought they could keep him out and down. But down and out he is not. It would not surprise if he were to become the future leader of the Netherlands.
This should be understood. Those who oppose the islamization of the Netherlands do not need to be Christians, or Jews, or Hindus, or anything else. They need not be conservative, nor liberal. They only need to have an awareness of what Islam, as a belief-system, would mean for the civilization that was created in the Netherlands, and in turn, helped to create the Netherlands. Not for one minute could Spinoza, Grotius, Rembrandt, Vermeer have been produced by an Islamic society; not for one minute would their productions be permitted in a truly Islamic society of the future. Whatever Europeans think of Iraq, however they deplore Bush or what they think of as Christian Fundamentalism, they have to get a clear sense of what it is they are in danger of losing through islamization. And that is -- everything.

Not only should The Netherlands limit immigration from non-European countries, but all of Europe should too. If we need more people, then it should not be beyond the realms of possibility that we do our own procreating! Or have we forgotten how that works?
Turkey should not be allowed into the EU under any circumstances: Our Judeo-Christian heritage, the heritage which has given us so much, will be destroyed. Europe will be in the throes of committing slow suicide!
Islam and liberty do not mix. They never have; and they never will!
