LGF has news of a tribute to the late Hamas leader Sheikh Yassin at Northeastern Illinois University. It is, as you can see, scheduled to take place later today.
Sheikh Yassin was a genocidal jihad terrorist. He exhorted his followers to murder innocent civilians, and they not only did so, but gloried in their bloody deeds and made heroes of the murderers who perpetrated them.
Hamas, of course, is on the State Department's list of terrorist groups. Does that not matter at all to the administration of Northeastern Illinois University? Are they so afraid of appearing "racist" that they will allow this glorification of a genocidal killer to go on as planned? What's next at Northeastern Illinois University? Stalin Days? Hitler Week?

They rub it in our faces. They rub our noses into it. These vermin from Islamic crap holes, who come to the West to take advantage of our successes and freedoms, who infest our universities with their disgusting politics and "grievances". Universities seem to be the hallowed halls of stupidity these days. I just can't imagine what sort of self-loathing socialist wanker idiots run them. It's enough to make me want to keep my own kids from going to university.

Hamas has openly, pubilcally declared itself an enemy of the United States; the Hamas Charter explicitly aims at the obliteration of Israel. The tactics of Jihad are known to anyone who with a television, eyes, and hears. The Jiihad against American is already on.
Any organization that declares sympathies with Hamas must be shut down by Homeland Security. And we have every reason for believing that the well financed MSAs across the United States communicate, coordinate, and have member who largely hold the same political, religious views.
What will it take? Another 9/11?
I again demand that my government protect its citizens. We have a right to civil protections against those who would murder and subjugate us.
Where are you re-elected President Bush? Where are you Homeland Security?

At some point, the pendulum will swing back, and with a vengence. Not soon enough for my likening and not likely for most JW/DW bloggers, but I think Bush's apparent electoral victory may be the beginning.
Even with all of Michael Moore's propaganda and Osama's not so thinly veiled threat, a clean majority of American voters are willing to stay the course for another four years and that speaks volumes.

There's the rub!
It is fully permitted to criticise and expose these violent ideologies and their enforcers because they are SECULAR.
But YASSIN is perceived as a man of religion and this provides the talisman that forbids criticism of his genocidal actions (amongst the LLL).
God knows what would have ensued if Nazism and Salinism had been perceived as religions!
