They are afraid of the truth because it looks so ugly to those not brainwashed into the doctrine of Islam.

But unfortunately the West still holds certain things dear. A commitment to freedom of speech and the search for truth being a couple of these things.

Isn't it funny that the (jewish) lawyer Moszkowicz has these groups believing there is even the slightest posibility they can win this? Art. 7 of the constitution - case closed, movie shown.

Well, perhaps these muslims groups are learning. You sue people, you don't execute them, just like the Prophet Van Gogh (pbuh) was sued a dozen times by jews.

Every time we see the word "muslim" in the news it seems to be followed by "are offended", "demand", "victims of racism" etc...why not make a list of what does NOT offend muslims....

1. Beheadings
2. beating women (or diciplining as they like to call it)
3. mutilating little girls
4. blowing themselves up (along with innocent bystanders)
5. stoning
6. kidnapping
7. mutilating and playing with body parts of the dead

I could go on with the gore list but we all get the point...and the point is WHO CARES WHAT OFFENDS THEM. Judging from the list of things that do not offend them, if we are offending them we are doing the right thing.

AMSTERDAM — Several Muslims in the Netherlands are seeking a court injunction to prevent MP Ayaan Hirsi Ali making a sequel to the short film "Submission".

Lawyer Robert Moszkowicz said Tuesday that the group he represents also want Hirsi Ali banned from making hurtful remarks about Muslims and Islam.

Moszkowicz noted Hirsi Ali recently described Islam as "deadly dangerous" without making a distinction between fundamentalist Islam and Islam in general.

It is expected the case will be heard by a court in The Hague, but it is unclear when this will take place.

Submission — which claims the Koran legitimises domestic violence against women in Muslim communities is believed to be the motive for the assassination of the director, Theo van Gogh, in November. A 26-year-old Dutch-Moroccan man has been arrested for the killing.

Somali-born Hirsi Ali has been in hiding with armed protection since Van Gogh's murder. She wrote the script for the film, which featured women in see-though veils with texts from the Koran daubed on their bodies.

Both Hirsi Ali and Van Gogh received death threats after the film was screened on Dutch television at the end of August.

Last week, Hirsi Ali announced she planned to make a follow up to the English-language film.

Like so many of his non-Jewish Dutch countrymen, Moszkowicz, and many Jews around the world, are blinkered by their small "l" liberal mindset and fail to understand that tolerance requires tolerance on both sides of the equation.

The Liberal Dutch VVD (Hirsi Ali's party, Wilders ex-party) has been the most right wing country for years, the marginalized historian Janmaat (pbuh) excluded.

The parties former leader Frits Bolkestein (Bilderberg '04) has been the biggest critic of mass integration - not to mention the "last man standing" in the European Comission on Turkeys membership, then delivering a "Turks at the Gates" speach. Comparing the EU's "Vielvolkerunion" to the dying days of the Austrio-Hungarian Empire.

See, Liberal does not necessarily mean "Dhimmi" IMO.

I must say I am appalled by America's "liberals" too - M. Moore, with his "shame on you Netherlands" comment for supporting the invasion and pacification of Iraq, using our drug policy to discredit the Netherlands in Fahrensheit 911 - or Kerry, who with a babies chuckle says he is not the "most liberal" senator.

Now they turned the country over to the Evangelical Right who seem to have the Presidents balls in their bibles.

I think the best hope at this time for the Dutch people is to secretly organize the Boers returned to the Netherlands. God help us. What a step to take. But if nothing comes of the festering sore that is Islam, the problem will get progressively worse, and then, who knows, perhaps the whole nation will sicken and die.

Look at what the Albanians and Bosnians did to Macedonia. They moved in as refugees, and within months were trying to form their own republic by taking away parts of Macedonia. They rampaged and murdered across the land. The only FYROM residents willing to go outside for food were people so old they didn't care if they died, and Moslems with guns. The wonderfully equiped Macedonian army, beautifully decked out in Nato gear with lovely tanks and sparkling weapons were only upset when so-called mercenaries took the action the Macedonians should have. And when the Moslems used stolen explosives to kill an APC full of Macedonian soldiers, the response was to shell an empty field. It takes will not equipment to win wars. What will do the Dutch have?

If Moslems stop a film from being shown today, will they try to break away part of the Netherlands for their own republic? Will the Dutch respond by shelling a field in Belgium? Will anyone dare go outside? Will the Dutch hold peace rallies and healing circles?

Circle the Boers around the ghettos and let them do their insensitive thing. What a sick situation is the Netherlands today. What a terrible thing it is to have to turn to the Boers to save liberalism aned progress in the world. And yet the liberals and progressives have made it a proper response. God help us.

Will Muslims never learn,the more they "DEMAND"
non-Muslims to adjust their lives to avoid offending or hurting the feelings of Muslims in general,the more the Dutch will want to slam the door shut to future Islamists that want Holland to be an Islamic State where Sharia-law will approve the Van Gogh type murders for blasphemy.

After they have murdered Theo Van Gogh,and by doing so they have deeply offended and wounded the dutch people,the muslims in Holland have the nerve to demand a stop on part 2 of the documentary,or to demand anything at all....
Grant them this one and the next time they will demand something ,it will be your lives,your freedom,your culture,your traditions,your national language,your WHOLE COUNTRY.
If the dutch cave in on this one,they are finished...

If they are so thin-skinned in the Muslim community that they want to ban a work of critical art (even before it has been written or filmed!), then they should never have moved to a country known for its rough and tumble sense of satire, free thought, dadistic theater, 'decriminalized' hookers, enjoyment of clever insults and acerbic repartee, humor magazines, cafe society debate, and a skin weathered by the salt of every sea until it was tough enough to withstand 5 years of terrorizing occupation by the occultist forces of the maniac Hitler. And to have prevailed.

Speaking of things to offend the followers of Is-lam (sub-mission), I'd like to suggest to the publishers of the popular instructional series, IDG Books, a work they'd never dare print:
