Will Europe survive its dhimmi judges? Mamour Fall update. From the BBC, with thanks to Sharon:
An Italian court has ruled that the deportation of a Senegalese imam who expressed his admiration for Osama Bin Laden was unlawful.Mamour Fall was deported a year ago after predicting Italian soldiers would be targets weeks before an Iraq attack.
But a regional court in Lazio ruled the imam was wrongly expelled as such statements were merely personal views.
Italy's interior minister says the government still feel Mr Mamour poses a significant security threat.
He said he did not intend to change, "even a comma in my report... about the danger of the so-called imam of Carmagnola," Reuters news agency reports.

Good point.
And who're the venerable judges accountable to? Not to popular opinion certainly, but to their erudite, left-inspired interpretations o fhte constitution, which btw, is supposed to embody the "living spirit of the country's people".
Time granting judges liife-tenures was acknowledged as a practice whose time has passed. Or amending the consitutional laws been made a wee bit easier.
