Young Muslim immigrant killers deported from Denmark, leftists mourn

From the Norwegian Kafir's superb Fjordman blog:

One of the men, Hizir Kilic, was born in Denmark, while his cousin Ferhat Kilic came to the country when he was three. The two men were minors at the time of the crime, and had therefore not yet become Danish citizens, since anyone born to immigrant parents in Denmark must be at least 18 before requesting to become a national. Two young criminals have been sentenced to deportation to Turkey, after killing an Italian tourist in Copenhagen in 2003. Two teenagers were sentenced to deportation by the Supreme Court on Tuesday, for murdering an Italian tourist in Copenhagen's Nørrebro quarter in 2003. The cousins Hizir and Ferhat Kilic were 16 and 17 years old when they assaulted and stabbed a young Italian traveller, Antonio Currà, and left him to die on the street.

The court sentenced them to 10 and 8 years in prison for the murder, and to be deported to the country of their
birth
, Turkey, even though they had lived almost all their lives in Denmark.

'The deportation is ten times worse than the prison sentence,' Hizir Kilic told the court last week. 'I won't be able to go to Turkey and survive.' The cousins' defense attorneys tried in vain to convince the court's seven judges, that the boys' young age and strong roots in Denmark should exempt them from new laws, which allow courts to have criminal immigrants deported.

And here is a translation of some Danish leftist reactions, courtesy Faith Freedom:

By Christina Rosendahl, film director:

"Dear Hizir and Ferhat,

You guys did a dirty trick. You stabbed a young Italian man, someone almost like yourselves. He was a living human being. Now he is dead. You have to go to jail and you guys have deserved that, of course. But I want to apologize to the both of you on behalf of Denmark. Sorry about the arrogant and narrow-minded vindictiveness that you meet in the Danish streets. Sorry about all those Danes who think it is all right to send you guys out of the country although you have been given a gigantic prison sentence.

Although you have lived here all your life and even are born here, went to school, made friends and have been petty criminals and even smoked pot (as they claim on the radio), there seems to be different rules for you than for other criminals.

Sorry about all those Danes who gladly are being interviewed on TV or on the radio who want to 'honor' us all with their home-spun philosophy: »We really cannot accept people killing each other in the streets « or »it is their own fault, we want them out of the country «. Thank god I'm not the only one who feel sick about the Danish rhetorics of fear. You guys are going to prison and you have deserved that. How I had hoped that the Danish community would take responsibility and give you lots of help: Psychiatric help, psychological help, help at school, more financial help and helping you guys knowing how to kill time in stead of killing people; help getting an education, getting work and a family eventually. And more hope for the future as well as self-esteem. Sorry about those Danes who live in a different century. I hope the best for you. Even though you did do a dirty trick!"

Murder is a "dirty trick". That just made my day.

Which film company is Rosendahl associated with? An email campaign would be just the thing.

Now what is being said here? That prison in Denmark is preferrable to being deported, ostensibly to freedom and not jail in Turkey, or will they be jailed in Turkey for a murder committed in Denmark?

"...although you have been given a gigantic prison sentence."

Huh - they were sentanced to 8 and 10 years for murder. BTW - this sounds like a bleeding heart Canadian murder sentence.

I come from Danish ancestry on my father's side and carry a Danish surname. All of my life, until recently, I wanted to visit Denmark. It seemed one of the most beautiful countries in the world, with a high quality of life. Like so many European countries, it now seems bent on a path of self-destruction despite its many assets. Like Alex 2211, it is incredible that a brutal murder is a "dirty trick," with a obscenely short sentence for young murderers who took a life and will be young and strong enough to commit more horrible crimes after their sentences are completed. My prediction about their fates consists of several disturbing possibilities. One is that the ruling is appealed and they will be able to stay in Denmark and receive all kinds of perks in a comfortable jail cell, or they will be returned to Turkey and join a jihadist group and kill more innocent people or they will be deported and shortly find their way back to Denmark where they will be sheltered by the Islamic community. With any of these possibilties, the people of Denmark lose, and they will continue to lose until their way of life is destroyed by lots of people within their society doing "dirty tricks."

Don't drop your mud, people. The literal translation of what they said is "a dirty trick"... but there could have been something lost in translation. Like translating the word "honor" from Arabic into English doesn't bring with it the notion that one should murder their own daughter/sister if she has a late period.

Mr. Spencer, you've done another commendable job of convincing us to hate leftists even more, but I think that you will admit that since you only cited a single "mourning leftist", a more correct title would have been Young Muslim immigrant killers deported from Denmark, A leftist mourns

Of course, if they'd killed a Jew, then they could blame the whole thing as a Zionist plot. And they could go to Turkey and be treated like princes.

'The deportation is ten times worse than the prison sentence,' Hizir Kilic told the court last week. 'I won't be able to go to Turkey and survive.'"

What is it Muslims in the West fear more than anything? They fear having to live in the Muslim world, even as they do nothing to stop, and a good deal to promote, the islamization of the Infidel lands they live in and prefer. On another thread, one "British Muslim" allows as how he "likes the U.K." (a lukewarm endorsement, but under the Islamic circumstances will have to do), and that the "Muslim states are all wrecks." What does he make of this? Does he for one minute consider that perhaps the "Muslim states are all wrecks" because of Islam itself? Could that possibly be considered?

No, not by a real Believer. Simply cannot be.

"I won't be able to go to Turkey and survive."

Huh? Hasn't this disgusting murderer heard that Turkey is coming to Denmark, and around the time of his parole, via the entrance of Turkey into the EU?

Funny how these Mooslim types love their culture so, until they are forced to live in it. Hasn't Danish schooling taught them the benefits of DIVERSITY?

C'mon Hugh, we all know the reason why Muslim countries are so dysfunctional -- it's because of Israel and Zionism.

Posted by: waterdragon52 [TypeKey Profile Page] at March 31, 2005 3:11 PM

Re-instate the death sentence.

Deportation is not, as some assume, the deprivation of privileged existence that they have in the West. After all, for the Belmarsh detainees, it was certainly not cushy to lose freedom while in jail in the West as opposed to freedom in their home countries.

They do not care for indefinite imprisonment, as it is trivial compared to the infinity of paradise that beckons, if they carry on the jihad.

What terrifies the islamist, is that they will not be able to continue the jihad in dar ul harb. No more opportunity to conduct jihad - Dawa even in jail. No jihad by way of hurting the kaffir economy. Jailing such people is very expensive, and then the costs of millions of pounds in never ending legal appeals, is all jihad. These people have thrown our whole system into confusion - see the confusion and division in Britain over the Belmarsh detainees- Magna Carta, Bill of Rights, all have been called into question, as the govt tries to find a way out. All good Jihad.

The islamists care nought for our legal and judicial systems. They intend to hang us by our own constitutional rope. But what frightens convicted muslims the most is deportation. The same goes for muslims in general, as they rail against the iniquitous West, an invitation to find their abode in dar ul islam, shuts themn up quick.

maryrose:

You are probably right in the outcomes of this case. These killers will be out in less then 8 years. In fact, I would be surprised of they are not parolled after completion of half their sentence ie about 4 years. And they are not likely to be deported. The Danish LLL will see to that.

Meanwhile the family of the murdered young Italian are devastated for life.

Criminals of all sorts have an easy life in Europe, and the West in general, and this suits muslims just fine. Muslims form a significant proportion of the prison population as a fraction of the populution

Fie on Denmark, and fie on the media for even listening to the young thug's "But I can't survive in Turkey" (boo hoo hoo; fiddles playing "Traumerei"). Those punks shouldn't have been deported; they should've been strung up as an example to others--and it should've been left to their parents and sibs to clean the s**t out of their pants in preparation for burial and all the rest (in China, after all, our bold ally in the war against terror--they make the family of an executed felon pay for the bullet).

Yes, DP111, you remembered something that our humanitarians have forgotten for a long time--a crime isn't just the criminal and some faceless entity called "the people" or "the state". My heart's out to that Italian kid's family.

And, if Turkey will throw the young punks in prison and treat 'em rough, then my fez is off to Turkey on at least this one.

I'm not so sure that Turkey will put these morons in jail. If I remember correctly Turkey will - for example - not extradict Turkish nationals who have committed a crime in a foreign country because that would be unlawful. Don't ask me why that is - I guess they consider their legal system superior to anything else in the world. I'd call that rather nationalistic but that's Turks for you. I haven't got time for them whatsoever.

The Stockholm Syndrome marches on...

Why is that these homicidal lunatics never manage to kill the type of people who write these demented letters of apology to convicted killers?

At least then we wouldn't have to hear the simpering stupidities of those who either (subconsciously?) hate young Italian guys, or are in such a depraved state that they have nothing but contempt for the value of any innocent life.

From the tenor of the writing, I suspect the latter. (A thrill-kill groupie.)

Probably a juvenile girl- from the syntax- nursing delusions of solidarity with her neighbor murderers, and so cushioned all life-long from any serious discomfort that the slaughter of a stranger is un-empathizable. As meaningless as a vanishing blip in a video game. (Is there a Danish one called "Dirty Trick" by any chance?)

How many marriage proposals will these scum get from starry-eyed, culturally-suicidal Danish girls before they are deported to Turkey?

I'd rather see them deported to the hometown of the poor guy they murdered. Naked, with signs around their necks, in Italian, describing their crime. (Or are the Italians as EU-limp as the Danes?)

They can start posting this 'warning' in all Islamic Lands:

"GO TO EUROPE- KILL EUROPEANS- GET DEPORTED HOME!"

That'll show 'em!

kj, your criticism is valid "A leftist mourns", but as a social liberal, and one whom many would call leftist (although there is a lot of Goldwater conservativism in my bones). I am totally non plussed and chagrined by the leftist penchant
for "multiculturalism". As Robert reports in his book Onward Muslim Soldiers, Pym Fortuyn, a "leftist" (also open homosexual) legislator in the Netherlands was stabbed to death by a raging maniac from the Marxist left, who called him a Hitler because of his cautions and comments about Islam, as a threat to the west and civilization.

I have seen documentaries produced by Deutsche Welle, and on one of them Fortuyn was lumped into the same bag as le Pen..and that NAZI Haider in Austria. Despite the fact that he was a Marxist and a homosexual he is called a right wing racist in Europe.

And on this continent and this forum, us social liberals are lumped in the same bag with Marxists and the likes of Mark Levine.

On target, Denmarks days are numbered, within two generations the original population of Denmark will be replaced by Muslims, and the call of the Muezzin will echo five times a day from corner to corner.

Netherlands, Germany, France, England are not far behind, and the reconquest of Spain by Muslims is well underway.

I have ll grandchildren and I shudder for their future, between the rapine of our economy and constitution by a dhimmi, greedy, short sighted "right wing government" and the idiocy of the left it seems that the non Muslim world is hell bent on suicide.

It´s not as bad in Denmark as some here say, Holland, Sweden, Germany, France had for years had more liberal immigration laws than we have and have more problems. The postulate that we will have moslem majority in 2 generations is far of the mark.

But that being said we have to huge a minority of them and especially Copenhagen the capitol will have a very high number of moslems in 2 generations. However noone really knows how many there are, once they get naturalized they stop showing up in statistics as immigrants.

One sceptic of islam spend last summer manually counting islamic sounding names and ended up with about 280000-300000 as an estimate , the fertility rate of second generation immigrants is set as 2.1, where as first generation have much higher. this in a country with 5.4 mio.
Official estimates goes to like 2-3 % this one is about a bit over 5 % Holland have 1 mio out of 8 as official number!

But given the fact that very few immigrants try to get in now, and those that do are often turned away and the rule that those who are not 24 years old or have collective connection to Denmark for a longer period cannot marry a foreigner ( this rule is complicated and hit widely ) and get her or him to the country. This rule is much debated and critizised even by EU human right commisary Alvaro Gilles whatever.

A majority of immigrant moslem population is hardly gonna be the case ever. but we have problems with immigrant 2G gangs, and a criminal behaviour totally unseen and more violently than we are used to, and need to adopt out criminal to deal with this issue which is gonna be a lot worse a few years from now.

So it´s time to do something still and this the Danes will vote for, and this the government will do, actually that is one of the keys as to why a rightwing government won.

You will see more restrictions of immigrations in the future as well as reformation of the lenght of our sentences.

If you wanna follow the Danish development try this blog - only one in english, though we have many in the native language:

They should release the two Turks after they finish their "gigantic" prison sentences - to go and live in Christina Rosendahl's neighborhood --right next door, in fact. Maybe they will show Ms. Rosendahl some more "dirty tricks".

Posted by: Suzan [TypeKey Profile Page] at March 31, 2005 8:27 PM

Actually quite a struggle is going on here, naturally we still have lots of multiculturalists including political parties that argues that immigration is good, it provides us with new in flow of creativity lalala and solves the problem of aging population ( this is fiercely upheld spite unemployment still is factual about 8 % ), and find the current governments policies as way to strict, conflicting with international laws. But as it look now they are secluded from the government seat for the decade.
The Danish people may be tolerant but they are not fools.

European sentencing for murder makes me think crime does pay. I can hear my mental calculator already: "Hmmm, eight years but no more Mr. X?"

Posted by: Beagle [TypeKey Profile Page] at April 1, 2005 4:07 AM

dear friend Beagle:
First of all you know for sure that you can`t trust the European sentences are just to put you for 8 years in a cage for beeing a murder,no when the time is passed you have no chance to get back you feet in the society cause all you need to do to pass your daily life (social security Nr.rent a flat, get a job, etc.you should have never been recorded by the goverment and in this way they isolate you from the society and the problems begin,
so i think it would be much better to choose your Mr.X very carfully and plan your attack as well as you can just like a chess player, for the prise that you pay should be acceptable, and this must be good recorded in your caliculation.
Any way i`ll prefer to collect all my Mr.X together and go for a massive attack and still stay outside cause of a well done job and enjoy my cigar on some beach bars in Europe:-))you`re agree, don`t you?

As an update there has just been a new case with the result that 3 immigrants were jailed and after that will be kicked out of the country 1 immigrant was found to be mentally ill and will end in a closed asylum for treatment. a 7 th person was a native Dane and he got a sentence of 5 years.

Now the crime was drug dealing of 23 kilogram cocaine, 30 kilo amfetamin og 12 kilo heroin.

The top man got 14 years besides getting kicked out of the country!

Then the rest of those expelled got 8, and 4½ years.

Two immigrants but obviously having Danish citizenship got 9 years. Citizenship = safe from beng expelled.

But note how the top man got 14 years, not that dealing drugs is not a bad crime, but ruthlessly slaughtering an Italian tourist is also!

Actually an armed robbery on a bank could give you a higher sentence, even if you harm noone, than those two kids got.

A legal system is a strange thing sometimes.

But I guess that it´s all to some extent based on the presumption that murder is less likely to be turned into a bad habit than bank robberies and drugdealing is.

But we are facing new times now, some are collectors of stamps, others of repeated violent offences.
