Pakistani Christians call for Strike

In response to Muslim attacks on believers, destruction of churches, from WND:

Christian schools throughout Pakistan will go on strike Nov. 17 to protest the attacks on Christians in Sangla Hill, Punjab, this past weekend.

Christian Solidarity Worldwide, or CSW) says Hindu, Sikh and Muslim leaders have joined church leaders in condemning the outbreak of violence, and the All Pakistan Minorities Alliance, or APMA, has declared seven days of mourning. Church leaders are calling on the Pakistani authorities to bring the main instigators of the violence to justice.

CSW says: "In Pakistan's worst outbreak of anti-Christian violence since gunmen attacked a church on Christmas Day 2002, a mob destroyed the Roman Catholic, Salvation Army and United Presbyterian churches in Basti Asyia, Sangla Hill village, accusing a Christian man of desecrating the Quran."

The mob, estimated to number between 1,000 and 2,000, struck at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, destroying the three churches as well as a convent, St. Anthony's School, a girls' hostel and a Catholic priest's home.

They burned Bibles, Christian literature, crosses and other Christian materials, and set fire to Christian homes. According to APMA, which sent a team to the area, "within minutes, the Christian residential area was blazing. Christian residents fled to save their lives."

CSW says that according to eyewitnesses, the attack appeared to have been premeditated, as the mob was brought into the village in buses...

The England Cricket Team are to play a match 30 miles from this story.

I have written the relevant Sport & Cricket authoriies here in England & to Princess Tony demanding that the Team withdraw in solidarity with the Christians under siege there.

So far the only answer I have gleened states the financial problems arising from such a move, & of course that it would "undermine" the great bridge building & charity work the Team is undertaking there.

Mmm. I can just see OSB & all Jihadi's changing their minds about things & re-evaluating their actions because of the superb skill & sportsmanship of the England Team.

Maybe the Cricket Team could wear black armbands or some such.

One to two thousand on buses? If we timed it right, we could have taken out the lot with a couple of cluster bombs. Well, let me think about this. 65 people per bus, 10 buses being 650, call it about 45 buses total. In that case, call in a B-52 air strike. That'll wake 'em up. Can you imagine? All those evil little buggers concentrated in one small spot? What a lost opportunity! We go months and months waiting...hoping for something like this to come together. Damn!

Guess the big earthquake and all those deaths, didn't give those people enough to do. Instead of rebuilding and repairing, what do these muslims do? Destroy more stuff. Its becomming understandable why these folk traditionally lived in tents and caves. Tents can be moved around and it's hard to wreck a cave, although I'm sure its been done. It seems that among its other charming attributes, Islam is a wrecking crew. Jesus was sometimes refered to as a Carpenter, a 'Master Builder'. Nature destroys to rebuild. Muslims destroy and keep it that way.
Upbuilding is the way of the Carpenter. The Carpenter follows natures example. An old building may be destroyed so a new one can be built. Love builds up...said Paul of the bible.
It too follows the natural expression and example of the 'Carpenter'. Islam has no nails, and no hammers, little or no love, and it is sadly void of saws. But it has a wealth of crow bars and sledge hammers to wreck things with.
There is not one 'Carpenter' among them. No Master Builders, only destroyers, who dont work for the 'Carpenter'. They work for Allah, the master downbuilder...the 'Chief Wrecker' in charge of Islam, the ball on the end of the chain. But in exchange Allah has provided for them. Tents, caves, mud rock hovels, and lots of falafel. And they can keep living in them cheap, if they do the wreckers work of wrecking everything else. They have been bulldozing ancient buildings in Mecca, because they must wreck whatever Allah tells them to wreck. Buddhist Statues, Christan churches, Hindu Temples, McDonnalds Burgers...anything and everything. Soon all that will be left are tents, caves, lots of falafel and jillions of Qurans. Thats Allahs ultimate plan...to reduce everything to ground level and put muslims in charge.
I think I like the 'Carpenters' plan better...

"Allah tells them(muslims) to wreck budha's statues, christian churchs, hindu temples, bomb , kill innocent people and children, behead young school going christian girls, and shout 'Allouakbaar'! The fun part is they put the blame on the treatment of muslims in other countries(sic).or defilement of koran! With what face do the Pak.People beg for donations to the earth quake victims in Pak? When christian (WESTERN) and hindu countries(INDIA) help millions of dollor worth of food items, tents, medicines, these people ,digesting everything ,still burn and loot churches in pakistan and treat like dogs, the pakisthani chritians. Recently they bombed a New delhi (india)market palce and killed 60 hindus. Its high time the US and Canadian governments give refugee status to these chritians of pakistan origion and import them instead of these heartless ,gratitudeless people from muslim countries . The more number they are in any western country ,the more trouble. Sooner we realise.it is good for the survival of the sane world. See the plight of France now!

If we can agree that multi-kulti is a broken concept, then the corollary is that it is not only broken in the west, but everywhere, including Pakistan.

Why are you expecting them to function where the west (with all it's subsidies, socialworkers and handwringing/waving) has failed? ;)

Besides that, why would anyone want to live where they aren't wanted, and where they cannot connect socially with those around them? These people are much better off moving to where they can belong.

Many Chrisian denominations have been so willingly led by the nose down the path of anti-Israel resolutions, each more morally unacceptable, more cruel and stupid than the next, by the likes of Naim Ateek (and among those careful climbers in various church bureacracies, there seem to be a disproportionate number -- compared to the flocks they pretend to tend -- of people consumed with anti-Israel attitudes (if you are thinking what I am thinking about them, you are absolutely right), and just as fervently, therefore, always are careful apologists for, or at best "avoiders of" the subject of Islam. Mustn't worry about Islam, or draw attention to Islamic misbehavior -- why, it might start making people more sympathetic to, or at least less unsympathetic to, Israel in its attempt to survive -- and we can't have that, can we?

Keep a list. See which denominations do anything about the murder of Christians, the destruction of churches, in Indonesia (especially the Moluccas), and in Pakistan, and in the Sudan, just for a start. Keep a record of what they put on the record, what resolutions they pass, what moral postures they assume.

For that matter, since they think nothing of involving themselves, and pronouncing upon, the Lesser Jihad against Israel (carefully redefined as a matter, once the "Palestinian" people have been prestidigitated into existence), as a conflict "between two tiny peoples blah blah," which is reallly a war by Muslims (and "Arab islamochristians" who accept, and internalize, the Muslim world-view, and will even try to avoid drawing any attention to Muslim persectuion of their fellow Arab Christians all over the "West Bank," and especially in Bethlehem and Nazareth, two towns which have a certain significance in Christianity, then why should not those denominations also take an interest in other conflicts to which Christians are tangential, such as the harassment, persecution, and murder of Hindus and Sikhs in Pakistan, in Bangladesh (where the Sikhs are few), in Kashmir, and even within India itself. Or are Hindus, in the view of these busybody Christian groups so quick to pronounce on Israel's fate, unwilling to come to the defense of the Hindus? And while they are at it, what have they said, ever, about the Muslim murders of Buddhist villagers in Thailand?

Watch, wait, observe precisely what the Episcopalians, and the Presbyterians, and the Lutherans -- well, not really them, just the boys who have carefully inserted themselves, and risen high in the church headquarters, in the various committees, those boys with the studiously philo-islamic and ill-disguised antisemitic impulses. "Oh, but we're not, not at all, it isn't 'anti-semitic' to criticize Israeli actions and treatment of the 'Palestinians.'" Oh yes it is. At this point, given all that is known or should be known by all educated people, it most certainly is.

Let's see what they say about what's been happening in Indonesia, Pakistan, Thailand, Pakistan, Bangladesh.

Keep track.

I'm non-religious with a vaguely-defined belief in creator-creation, so I don't want my remarks misinterpreted as theological advocacy. But it is the Evangelicals who support Israel and who actually publicize the persecution of Christians in the Muslim world.

The liberal, mainline Protestant denominations have bought and thoroughly imbibed the anti-Israel elixar. They remain mum on the atrocities in Indonesia, Pakistan, etc.

Just one more visible manifestation of the Left-Right divide and its relevance in deciphering and resolving the problems of the world.

SCV; Arc-light!

Rafia; "..give refugee status..."

Bring'em over, issue them arms, put'em up on the defenses, and tell'em to keep their eyes open, payback time is coming.

Seriously, 1000 years of fine-tuning the dhimmi system pretty much guarantees that nothing's ever going to change. The dumb-asses will go into explosive-rage mode on a regular basis, Christians and Jews will be slowly ground into the dirt while clueless apologists bleat about the wonderful example of Andalusia, and life, if you can call it that, will continue to suck.

The West should do a concerted airlift like Isreal did with the Ethiopian Jews, clean out all the Islamic sh!tholes of non-muslim people, credit them towards immigration quotas so that other undesirable cretins can't get in, and redirect whatever jizya was going to the aforementioned sh!tholes to fund the expenses of relocating the refugees and helping them settle in their new homelands.

Instead of a bunch of surly, uncivilized, ungrateful, subversive bastards, we would all acquire some truly grateful new members of our communities. Additionally, if they survived the dulling, degrading, stunting life of a dhimmi through toughness, stubbornness, and fortitude, just think about what kind of kick-ass productive members of society they would be in a safe and supportive land where they could focus on thriving instead of just surviving.

YES! YES! YES!

My view, long held, is that we need to have a separation from the islamic world. As a start one needs to take them at their own words and agree wholeheartedly that there is indeed a dar ul islam and a dar ul harb, and for the good of humanity, infidels and muslims alike, it is better to live apart in respective dars.

It is a sad fact that muslim presence anywhere leads to discomfort of other already established communities. Soon the established community will leave or forced out by Jihad by mob violence, and yet another region becomes dar ul islam.

Muslim nations, left to their own devices, unable to export their excess population, an ever deteriorating infrastructure, increasing poverty and diminishing military power, will have no alternative but to reform islam. And even if they do not, they will not be a menace to the safety and security of the rest of the world, for the simple reason that they will not have access to harvest infidel lives.

Harsh as this is, it is the most humane way to progress. What frightens me is that we are moving towards a new world war that is quite unlike previous world wars. This world war will be a civil war ie a global civil war - the very worst type imaginable. Else we are looking forward to a Three Conjecture scenario leading to deaths on an unprecedented scale.

Separation leaves hope for the future for everybody. Islam will collapse quite quickly in historic terms if it is unable to expand (that is after all its main reason), and thus release the 1 billion souls in its enslavement, i.e., it is a humanitarian gesture to free muslims from slavery.

Politically impossible at the moment? - Yes. Yet precedents are there in recent history, where exchanges of populations were considered the only way to secure a reasonably peaceful outcome for all.

Re: Infidels

The real Infidels are muslims. Jesus Christ warned us about false prophets. Mohammed was a false prophet, and oh what a false prophet. Not only was this "prophet" a warrior but he had no concept of mercy to the defeated, i.e., he violated the code of an honourable warrior. He murdered those who had surrendered, robbed, pillaged and distributed captured women to his lusty companions.

If ever a prophet could be readily identified as false, it must be mohammed.

What kind of "strike" are they calling for? Perhaps this is code... and maybe we should take heed!

I disagree Cornelius, evidently you are not familiar with what is called Dominion theology, it doesn't go by that name in public, but it pervades the The Council for National Policy, including the likes of the American Enterprise Institute. And any manifestation of pro Israel is merely pragmatic and conditional.

It is best manifest in Orthodox (Calvinistic) Presbyterianism.

And the pro Israel policies of those who support Zionism are are actually underscored by antisemitism. Feeling the Hate of the National Religious Broadcasters an excerpt

The strange alliance in this case is premised upon the Dominionist belief that Israel must rule the biblical land in order for Christ to return, though when he does, all Jews who do not convert to Christianity supposedly will be incinerated as the believers are lifted into heaven; all this is courteously left unmentioned at the breakfast. The featured speakers include Avraham Hirschsohn, who is the new Israeli minister of tourism, and Michael Medved, a cultural conservative and a nationally syndicated radio talk-show host. Medved is also one of the most prominent Jewish defenders of Mel Gibson’s biopic The Passion of the Christ.......I speak as well with an Israeli woman, who introduces herself as Marina. She has long blonde hair and is wearing knee-high leather boots. Marina, who emigrated to Israel from Holland and lives on a cooperative mango farm near the Sea of Galilee, says she is “embarrassed” to be at the convention. “These people are anti-Semitic,” she says, speaking softly as conventioneers move past the large Israeli display space...... I ask her why the tourism ministry is here in the first place. “Money,” she says. “It is all about money. No one else visits Israel.”

OT but interesting? I still have a bunch of "Goldwater Miller 64" bumper stickers in mint condition. Gee, thats 41 years ago... Anyway does anyone know an armorer in the USAF that would be interested in sticking one on a 500 pound dumb bomb headed for Afganistan? Just a variation of a theme presented via the Slim Pickens character in the movie 'Dr. Strangelove'.
I think Barry would have liked this idea.

PS: Does anyone know if VP candidate Miller is still alive?

Brovo t-ham for his thoughtful suggestion of the western countries airlifting these native christians ,still living in these horrible muslim countries ,clinging dangerously to their original faith. These persecuted christians suffer silently in muslim dominated lands of pakistan, the gopts of Egypt,Eastern orthdox christians of syria, jordan, the arab christians of entire middle east, the minority christians of indonesia, malaysia, and the native christians of Turkey. They get little help or protection from their western co-religionists. Their churches are demolished, their daughters raped, charged falsly for blasophamy. These attrocities are seldom reported in the main western media such as the BBC,CNN,and other main media giants,as they are already in the pockets of these oil rich sadists. In the west, these muslims enjoy all the religious freedom, amase huge wealth ,build mosques, and added to it,they demand special rights of introduction of islamic law to them. But if anybody point out about the treatment of christians in theirmuslim countries, immediatly, they will sue you for harasment and our judges will agree with them.!
As sugesseted by t-ham, Air lift all these poor ,but hard working christians from the hell holes, and I promise they will work for you faithfully, without any harm to your country or your people. Instead of importing these savages and suffering like france,Germany
