While I think banning the burka is a good step, it cannot be the only step taken.

For many muslim women, wearing the burka is a neccesity. Without it, their husbands will not let them leave the house.

If they're going to ban the burka, they will have to make sure that muslim women are not locked up inside by sending social workers and such to check up on them and their family from time to time, and perhaps give their husband a stern warning if they sense anything fishy going on.

What if the broadcasts of Al-Jazeera and Al-Arabiyya and Al-Manar, with their pictures of Infidel decaptitations and similar blood-and-gore family viewing, were constantly fooled with by those who had superior technology and knowhow, so that all sorts of unseemly images, the kind of thing Muslim menfolk would not wish their women to see, would suddently appear on the screen in the midst, say, of some program about how the American soldiers in Iraq are "worse than the Nazis" and "almost as bad as the Israelis." Might be a way to cut down on family viewing of Al-Jazeera in the Western world. And anyone living in the Western world who receives his information, and worldview, from Al-Jazeera, is -- given what that and similar networks present -- very likely a security threat, that is a threat to the Infidel nation-state in which that viewer may have settled, but purely in the most narrrowly geographic of senses; in all other ways, that person may never have left the Muslim Middle East.

That would be such a shame, wouldn't it? With their own private Islamic enclaves, furnished with all of life's necessities; mosques, shops, schools, etc., they are in a virtual fifth dimension. No need to ever leave except to collect jizya (welfare, medicare, food stamps). Jihad TV is on 24/7; life is as good as it can get before the return of the Caliphate. And such interference is quite common on cable and satellite tv. I have experienced some strange crossed signals myself on occasion. While I was innocently watching a decadent, satanic Hollywood movie, images of naked couples suddenly appeared out of nowhere and just took over my television set!

If this happened to the viewers of al-Jazerra, they would probably just send the women to the back of the house and enjoy the show. Porn is not my cup of tea, but it beats jihad 101, lessons on decapitation, martyrdom miniseries, anti-American propaganda, and revisionist history for muslim zombies.

- these flemish cities weren't the first to instaur such a ban. another city already did the same. the burka-wearing clowns later were suspected to be members of a terrorist association
- regarding resistance in ww2. resistance in belgium mainly concentrated on logistics, and saving jew and allied pilots. indeed, not many armed actions, but we can wonder if those armed actions were very useful, regarding the reprisals...

Uh, I've been to Belgium, oh, I dunno, maybe 30 times or so. My ex-father-in-law has an estate in Limont-Anthisnes, in the Ardennes to the southwest of Liege, in Wallonie.

It was always interesting talking to the locals. They built many private shirines in the forest commemorating the American soliders who saved them. The inscriptions on them often even mention the US Army units who went down on this or that property. These same old timers also denounced their governments, then and now.

Attack me all you want, but the results are in on the Europeans. With the EAD they have consigned themselves to the status of a fait accompli nascent Islamic Republic.

t is a fool's errand to look to Europe for an ally in the War on Islam, cuz all you're gonna find there is a whole lotta quit. Been that way ever since WWI.

Europe will show no fight until such time that the Moslem leadership finally begins taking leadership positions within the EU member states.

There are many fine individual Europeans, but overall, the continent never recovered from WWI. That's whey they don't even bother to breed anymore. Lost interest.
