Excuse me. Although Muslims believe in Jesus as a prophet of Islam; what does a Muslim have to do with a Christian holiday? They don't believe that Jesus was God's son. They don't believe that Jesus truly died; therefore they don't believe in his resurrection. Why would a Muslim be believing a Christmas message?

Of course I assume this means that Channel 4 will be having a Christian Evangelist giving a Ramadan speech right? Ooh-whee... I can see the Muslim riots on that one already.

Never, ever, compare Darth Vader to a musbot in a veil. Lord Vader was somewhat compassionate. He could have killed Luke when he had the chance. But he didn't. He loved his son. Channel 4 in UK is run by a bunch of left-wing weirdos and they pull a stunt like this almost every Christmas. Because there is a tradition that the Queen gives a speech at 3 o'clock on Christmas Day they are forever trying to come up with “alternatives”. I think a few years ago they had a Christmas address from a transvestite (Queens speech –get it?).

Anywhere else in the World Channel 4 executives would be sticking up posters on derelict buildings or in labour camps. But Britain is a civilised country so we give them a television channel to play with.

In other words, he was doing his job. A capital offense in this day and age, it seems, when the person one is dealing with is a member of a poor, oppressed, despised and downtrodden minority...

When was the last time you saw a Buddhist, a Sikh, an Orthodox Jew, a Hindu, etc., whinging on the local news about how discriminated against he or she is? Or come to think of it, when was the last time you saw thousands of any of these people rioting in the streets because their religion was insulted? How many fundamentalist Christians rioted over The DaVinci Code?

Issues of MUSLIM religious and MUSLIM "racial identity" (whatever the hell that means, as Islam is not a race)and MUSLIM freedom of expression have dominated the news agenda ad nauseum, or to those who don't know Latin, to the point of one wanting to puke, because that is precisely what the political Islamists wanted. They get the attention because they are the loudest, the meanest, and the scariest. They are dangling the well-meaning left-liberal media like puppets.

Feel free to forward this message to Channel 4. I'm not a British citizen (although could become one quite easily, having been born there!) so there's not much
