What are you looking at, dhimmi? "Don’t stare at Muslims says advice to schools," by Jason Allardyce and Abul Taher for the Sunday Times:
Pupils and teachers have been told by an official body not to stare at Muslims for fear of causing offence.
A document intended to educate against religious intolerance and sectarianism urges teachers to “make pupils aware of the various forms of Islamophobia, ie stares, verbal abuse, physical abuse”.
But Learning Teaching Scotland (LTS), which issued the advice to schools north of the border, has been criticised by politicians and Muslim leaders for going “over the top”.
The document states: “Some Muslims may choose to wear clothing or display their faith in a way that makes them visible. For example, women may be wearing a headscarf, and men might be wearing a skullcap. Staring or looking is a form of discrimination as it makes the other person feel uncomfortable, or as though they are not normal.”
You can't make this stuff up.
Osama Saeed, a spokesman for the Muslim Association of Britain, accused officials of going too far. “There are far more serious elements of Islamophobia. People look at all sorts of things — that can just be a glance. A glance and a stare are two different things — glances happen naturally when all sorts of things catch your eye whereas a stare is probably gawking at something.
“Personally I have not encountered much of a problem with people staring. I don’t know how you legislate for that.”
It does beg a legal definition of "staring." Three seconds? Five seconds? Was anyone carrying a stopwatch?
Murdo Fraser, deputy leader of the Scottish Conservatives, said: “In a multicultural society like ours there are people with all different forms of dress and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect children in particular to look at those who are differently dressed from them. To describe this as a form of discrimination seems to go completely over the top.”

Non muslims feel extremely uncomfortable in the presence of people wearing niqabs, especially at airports and the like. That would make wearing a niqab discrimination against non muslims then, would it?

To avoid being bitten by a muslim, remember some basic hints. And parents, remind your children!
Be a tree! Stand still. Cross your hands in front of your chest. Don't run or yell.
Don't stare right at a muslim who comes up to you. Watch him out of the corner of your eye.
If a muslim chases you, stop. Don't scream.(CAIR might sue you) just walk away slowly backwards.
If a muslim chases you on your bike, stop, get off your bike, and put your bike between you and the muslim.
Be careful going up to muslims you don't know. Not all muslims are friendly.
If you have permission to speak to someone else's muslim, don't run up to him or grab him. Walk up slowly and quietly and let the muslim sniff your hand first. Then pet the muslim gently under the chin.
Don't treat a strange muslim like your own--your own muslim may permit you to do things that frighten or anger a muslim who doesn't know you.
Don't play rough with any muslim.
If a muslim growls at you, or if it moves away, don't chase after him.
Don't frighten or startle a muslim especially when it's sleeping.
Don't try to take a toy or food away from a muslim..
Don't try to pet a muslim through a fence, car window, or cage.
Don't try to punish a muslim. Never hit at one.

(a) Potentially dangerous and vicious Muslims have become a serious and widespread threat to the safety and welfare of citizens of this state. In recent years, they have assaulted without provocation and seriously injured numerous individuals, particularly Infidels, and have killed numerous members of their own family. Many of these attacks have occurred in public places.
(b) The number and-severity of these attacks are attributable to the failure of Infidels to identify, track, and properly deport vicious and potentially dangerous Muslims.
(c) The necessity for the regulation and control of vicious and potentially dangerous Muslims is a statewide problem, requiring statewide regulation, and existing laws are inadequate to deal with the threat to public health and safety posed by vicious and potentially dangerous Muslims.

Generally, those in a superior caste or social status do not like to have those of a lower caste or class look directly at them. The under class is expected to avert their eyes when addressing or interacting with a member of the dominant group. Not doing so can be seen as rebellion against the established order. Smiling directly at a superior can be seen as mocking and and a simple gaze can be misconstrued as threatening.
And no one likes to look into the eyes of someone they have been raised to consider less worthy than themselves in case they see something that undermines that part of their reality.

This is beyond asinine! As if muslims don't already make enough arrogant demands for accomodation of their unique and superior religion and culture, the PC sycophants have now become clairvoyants and cater to muslim sensitivities in advance of official demands. How absolutely hospitable of them! I wonder if all minorities get the same special attention and consideration, or if the natives are even noticed other than when that most heinous of all crimes is committed---islamophobia.
It is very sad and disturbing to realize that "islamophobia" has become part of the official lexicon of the school system, and children are given specific, detailed instructions on how to interact with their muslim classmates. I cannot think of a better way to isolate and alienate muslim pupils than to focus on their strange clothing and habits and tell the other children that they must be nice, polite, and noncommittal even if the muslims look and act strange. That's like telling them that some of their classmates are aliens from outer space but they must pretend that there is nothing unusual about them.
There are many inimical and divisive elements of multiculturalism, but this situation is a perfect example of the irrationality of moral relativism. Multiculturalists posit that all cultures and races are of equal value and therefore, all people are equal, the same. Simultaneously, they contend that a person's worth and identity are inexorably tied to his "tribe" or ethnic group, which is worthy of our utmost respect and reverence, although their respect for us is optional. Multiculturalism is purportedly the panacea for racism, yet it is the essence of racism and separatism. The social engineers claim that all people are the same, while lauding the distinctions between ethnic and cultural groups that engender the vitality and mosaic of diversity. They never mention the disparities that engender conflict and discord.
I suppose that if a child is brainwashed from birth until adulthood to believe the most obvious falsehood, most will believe it. Look at muslims to appreciate the power of brainwashing and indoctrination. I was not a victim of indoctrination, at least not today's insidious moral relativism, which I can readily dismiss as pure bullshit. But our deplorable government schools are indoctrinating today's kids in multiculturalism and I don't know if they will emerge from these deplorable institutions with the ability to make value judgements.
Western Civilization is far superior to islam and all other primitive cultures and anyone who honestly believes otherwise is not in his right mind. Western people owe nothing to the primitives of the third world, and we are under no obligation to allow them to invade our countries, raid our treasuries, and disrupt our lives and societies.
I challenge anyone to name one way that islam and muslims have "enriched" European or American societies, just one positive, constructive, benefical contribution. There are none, and we all know it. But "officials", like in this school, seem to be either captivated or cowed by them and "demand" that we not only tolerate muslims, but treat them with kid gloves as if they were better than we, more deserving of respect and appeasement. Why? If this continues, islamophobia will escalate until it reaches an untenable crescendo.

Was it last year in the UK that someone got into trouble for revving his car in "an aggressive way" while a couple of muslims walked nearby? (Not sure).
It does seem as if the left are doing almost as much kowtowing as muslims are demanding.
