The funny,most laughable part, is that the American taxpayer is "footing the bill" for the imposition of de facto shariah in America; and at the same time, mired down in the STUPIDEST war ever fought against islam, where they can't even identify the enemy who wants to kill them!

After reading the whole article, I can't imagine why anyone would want to use a basin or a foot wash facility AFTER a Muslim gets done with it! However, someone else, non-Muslim, will, at some point, use the foot wash facility. The Muslim cabbies will be furious, violent, and claim more victimization and Islamophobia. Then what? Will airport authorities have to police the bathroom facilities in order that infidels don't use Muslim-only fixtures? Jim Crow is coming back to the USA, only this time the law can rightfully be called Bin Crow....really disgusting.

Do airports, libraries, universities, gymnasiums, stadiums, malls etc. offer similar accomodations (segregated prayer rooms,footbaths, etc.) throughout the ME?

And adding a minaret next to the control tower would only be reasonable.

Banning Jews from flying wouldn't hurt either.

Plus, how about a free sheep to slaughter at the curb before each cab fare so that Allah will make sure the tip is good?

And maybe a free trip to Mecca for all Muslims in the country.

Yeah, I've been thinking the same thing for a very long time. That's why I'd like to know if the same type of catering to religious rituals takes place within the muslim lands as well.

Has anyone been in a ME airport (library, university, mall, theatre, stadium etc) and witnessed the local populations having direct access to these same accomodations?

I'm guessing that you won't find this type of accomodation (for any religion including islam)at various venues in the ME. And if not - what is the justification for providing this nonsense here?

If I'm wrong . . .kindly address.

I encourage all readers (in all countries) to start checking out their local/state/national govt department/agency buildings to see which have used your tax dollars to have Islamic religious purpose foot washing basins installed.

Find out who authorised their installation, who was in charge of the administration of that Dept/agency at the time and start demanding answers. Once identified, share the news with Jihad Watch. Where necessary, start using the information in election campaigns.

unfortunately the founding fathers of the USA should've made it clar as to which God they were referring to by signing/printing his name into the constitution. The Christian God is named in the Bible, Yahweh or jehovah.

Muslims could perceive the "one nation under god" as being Allah as there is no mention of jehovah/yahweh.

this is a loop hole in the constitution.

Two questions - how do these people ever get any work done, if they have to do this 5 times a day ? And, if they wash this thoroughly all the time, why do they stink and always look so dirty ?

I heard Savage talking about this last night on the radio. His reasoned opinion was that this was a special accomodation in violation of the Establishment Clause and that if one religion could demand special accomodation, then so could other religions. Also, health code violations should be considered in the interest of public health and safety.

Even if the KCI paid for these ritual foot baths with user charges and not taxpayer dollars, the diversion of a portion of a monies for any special group raises questions of prejudice against the concerns or preferences of another group not associated with the accomodation.

Further, a public building should not be altered to accomodate the demands of one religious group over another. Imagine courthouses, libraries, city parks, highway rest stops and other public places with restroom facilities now being altered to accomodate special religious demands such as this. The cost is going to be punitive.
