Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon vows to be an even better lapdog. The OIC is already the single largest voting bloc at the UN. It's hard to imagine how the UN could become more compliant to its wishes than it is now.
From AKI, with thanks to Sr. Soph:
New York, 16 May (AKI) - Praising the cooperative relationship between the United Nations and the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has anticipated strengthening these ties in the years ahead. In a message to the OIC Ministerial Conference meeting in Islamabad, Ban said Tuesday the gathering comes at a crucial juncture. "Instability in Islamic States - from Afghanistan and Iraq to Sudan and Somalia - carries profound implications for international peace and security,"he said.“The OIC, as a leading multilateral institution, is well placed to play a leading role in addressing all these challenges,” said Ban. “I would especially like to commend the excellent cooperation between the Untied Nations and the OIC.”

The OIC is at present headed by someone who, on the face of it, is perfectly respectable. He was chosen for that, chosen to offer a smoother, more westernized face of Islam, and to avoid the kind of public display of venom that others connected to the OIC, such as Mahathir Mohamed of Malaysia, in that address calling for Muslim efforts to catch up to the West in "science" by which it was clear that he meant only one thing, military technology, and then proceeded to talk about how absurd it was that 1.2 billion Muslims could be held at bay by 6 million Jews (clear implication: pull up your socks, not in order to rival Western culture, to which one could be indifferent or hostile, but only in order to be able to create the weaponry to destroy one's Infidel enemies, beginning but hardly ending with Israel).
That head is Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, a Turkish (prima facie "moderate" therefore) historian of (Islamic) science. In fact, Ihsanoglu is an apologist for Islam, and three years ago told an American audience about how splendidly treated were the "protected peoples" (i.e., dhimmis) under Islam.
I'll find the quote and post it here.

Considering their guidebook, the al=Qur'an, there can be nothing but "instability in Islamic states".
It teaches fundmental irrationality.
We need to learn how to contain it, not aid it.

Hugh, since I don't have your direct contact: why don't you teach? Or write books? I'd like you to be my PhD supervisor if possible.

Hugh
Can you find out and describe the circumstances under which countries like Guyana, Suriname, Mozambique and Cameroon - all of which are 15%
Something tells me that the goings on in the OIC should be covered more at length here.

There should be an organization started called ONIC (Organization of Non-Islamic Countries) and it should hold conferences on how to deal with the Muslim countries. I'd nominate Denmark to take the lead in the ONIC.

One can not contain islam. It is an all emcompassing way of life. It is a cancer that needs to be destroyed. The long war is a holy war muslims are already fighting. When the West understands that our way of life is about to be destroyed, only then will we use the tactics of WWII. Mass bombings of civilians. It really sucks that a seventh century death cult actually has the rest of us by the balls. We have come so far only to have these primatives taking over. Good bye internet, big cities, freedom, women working, homosexuals, TV, radio. Everything will be lost to a new way of life unless we get it togther and just kill them all. Harsh, yes. Necessary? Definately. Good luck to the West.

Instability? Would that be spelled without a "t-b-i-l", but with an "n"?
