If women insist on wearing burquas or any other kind of covering that prevents them from getting a job, they should not be given welfare benefits. Every place I ever worked at had a dress code, and if a person would not dress appropriately, it would certainly affect whether they continued to be employed.

But the generous cradle-to-grave benefits, put into place by Infidels, and paid for over decades by Infidel taxpayers, are now being taken full advantage of, by large numbers of Muslims -- free medical care, free and excellent education (including special tutorial classes in language, everywhere now being offered in the dreamy belief that the inability of large numbers of Muslims to integrate is a matter that can be solved by courses in the local European language, history, and culture -- for every Ayaan Hirsi Ali, there remain a thousand implacable enemies of the Infidels). And then there is all the fiddling, with numbers of wives, and huge families (look only at the reports in the newspapers, from Gaza for example -- all abouut So-and-so, "trying to feed" his ten, his eleven, his twelve, his fourteen children -- and yet we are suppoosed to accept this, not to point out that Westerners have no obligation to support, within their own countries, or outsidee, those whose ideology inculcates hatred of those Infidels, and who -- as a deliberate act -- continue to have gigantic families and to throw the burden of their upkeep on Infidels, while the Infidels themselves, carefully limiting for economic reasons the number of children they raise, are still afraid to put a stop to this. And to make matters still worse, Muslim behavior in schools, and the refusal to learn about the history of the Infidels, and much of their literature (the French example is instructive), makes it even more difficult for Infidels, who now must factor in the likely cost of private schooling).

The burqa business is a step. A good step, but a very small step. In every way, Islam flatly contradicts, as a collectivist faith that fails to recognize, that strives to prevent, the autonomy of the individual. Islam forbids the free exercise of conscience (as that of apostates), attempts to censor all criticism of Islam and, in so doing, to force Western peoples to give up the exercise of their own right of free speech in their own lands. Islam is not merely one more non-Western religion. Unlike Hinduism, or Buddhism, or the religions of the Sikhs or the Jains or the many "ways" of China, Islam is uniquely hostile to, and demands that it be accorded deference and more than deference, over all others. And if Muslims have a sense of rage in the West, the main reason is that they believe that Islam, and Muslims, do not have the place of dominance that by right they should and must have, and are impatient. If some Muslims are less outwardly enraged, either they are not True Believers (and that cannot be counted on to be a permanent condition) or they are simply, like Tariq Ramadan, willing to be a bit more patient, understanding that one has to wait until the percentage of the Muslims in the population is greater and it becomes impossible for Infidels -- or so Tariq Ramadan assumes -- to then deal with the matter, and to save themselves and the civilizational legacy that they have so far shown signs of not understanding, or appreciating, or being able to properly preserve and defend.

This is the heart of why I oppose Islam. Yes, of course the jihadic activity frightens and concerns me. It's Islam's crushing of the individual that really gets me. The burkhas & beards are just the outer trappings of that process. This is what I can never submit to, whether dictated by Communists, Nazis, et al,or Islam.

(And I think this issue is where the confluence of "leftists" and Islam occurs; anti-individualism.)

This is like trying to stop a boat from sinking using only a bucket to chuck water over the side. In the meantime, not only is water flowing in faster than the bucket can cope with, but some stowaways on board are making new holes to speed up the process. Oh, and the captain and crew of the boat are paying these stowaways while they do so.

Demographics is the only thing. If we fall to that, then no other actions will matter.

This has been a scam for awhile now, Muslims makes sure their chattle wives are NOT employable
and ergo, become a valid case for Welfare and start cranking out the little Ahmeds and Mohammeds for a future supply of Jihad suicide bombers.
In Canada the scam is to make a career out of staying pregnant and keeping a supply of babies under 5 to justify staying at home as a single mom in Government Housing and receive all the Social benefits .
One local reporter found out that a person on Welfare was using the Free Legal-Aid to sue the Government for close to $100'000.00 ayear with trivial complaints over unproven injuries on Housing property and mental stress for their living standards in the free housing.
Canada had to change its unemployment Laws because people were applying for jobs they knew
they weren't qualified for or even after a sign was post "not hiring" , the rules used to be based on someone making an effort to look for work,but it became a skillful charade by people
cheating the system.

The free will choice to wear the Burka should negate any claims to Social hand-outs merely on the premis that there is not valid perception of a victim that is in need of outside help.
Let the Saudis pay the Welfare bills or just ask them to find a Burka friendly Nation that doesn't mind an assured 50% unemployment rate , the Militant Islamists in canada love to use these females as part of the propaganda for a high unemployment rate among educated Muslim females.
What they don't tell the MSM is that all those PHD's are in Islamic Studies from Muslim Nations
which hand them out like a Pez despenser , and the unemployment is self inflicted from the choice of dress to become non-employable.

I don't understand. No nation should allow dress in the fields of public service, national security or even private employment that poses a security risk, health and safety risk or that creates an atmosphere of intimidation or separation, or that violates the separation of public institutions from the vagaries of the populace. By most of these definitions, a burqa would be illegal. Not to mention undesirable. No employer would accept an employee with a large swastika tattooed on his forehead, so why accept a burqa?

Seriously, the amount of kids they have that burden our governments makes me sick....we as responsible citizens limit our numbers while they mass produce with their ravenous appetite for sex....it is the real threat the West faces.....the Muslim numbers to increase. Everywhere and everytime in hIstory Muslims cause increasing violent behavior in Western worlds whenever their numbers increase. Of course this is Tariqs strategy, he's smart. They start out with their bullying and intimidation through lawful means (CAIR), you'll get your pro terror rallies (Dearborn Mich. - Hezbullah) and general protests of alleged "attacks" or "insults" on Islam.

The real threat to our civilization is the demographic wafare that the West hasn't even begun to defend against it as of yet, with no indication that they ever will....... the enemy within indeed.

Tariq is a sharp cookie, and many Muslims are alot smarter than the fools we see alerting the West to the dangers we soon face, and do face now. The only thing that hinders lawful Islam from completely strangling the West and with it freedom of speech specifically no examination of Islam, and what the qur'an actually says, what is deemed authentic and why, and what todays Muslim scholars, theorists, leaders, Mufftis, Imams, Clerics etc etc.....think regarding the issues of subjugation or warfare over the unbelievers.

If more of todays Muslims had the intelligence of a Tariq a Yasser or his protege Abbas ..... the world would be in alot greater risk then it is now. Fortunately for us, in a strange way the lawful Islamic Jihad is being impeded by the "inner spiritual" struggle (terror) because it raises the awareness of the infidels which only hurts their cause. Fortunately again, that Muslims generally reflect the maturity and tolerance of 6 year old spoiled brats with a hatred that the West has forgotten existed.

Demographic warfare on the West needs defended and immediately, and when the numbers are right, history has shown what will happen, as Tariq is well aware of as Hugh points out.

We know now the Jihad, both lawful and unlawful (terror)will continue unconfronted until the politically correct atmosphere in our societies changes, and I wouldn't expect that to change anytime soon either.

Should be Muslims become increasingly intolerant, and violent in ALL parts of the world not just what we are now seeing in some western countries.
