Islamic Tolerance Alert from modern, moderate Malaysia. From the Press Trust of India (thanks to Religion of Peace):
KUALA LUMPUR: A top Malaysian minister has urged local authorities in this Muslim-majority country to immediately cease demolition of Hindu temples after a 100-year-old shrine was pulled down early this week.Works Minister and head of the Malaysian Indian Congress Samy Vellu, who is of Indian origin, said that Hindu temples built on encroached land were still being demolished despite his appeals to the various state chief ministers.
Vellu said the Indian community had no choice but to build their temples on private or government-owned land, as they did not own any land of their own to build the temples.
Referring to the demolition of the Maha Mariamman Templea in Padang Jawa on Tuesday, Vellu said it had hurt the feelings of the Hindu community in the area.
Four people were reportedly hurt and dozens detained following scuffles between devotees and the city authorities over the century-old temple, the local media said.
"Temples are still being destroyed even though I have repeatedly brought the issue up during meetings with chief ministers," the minister said in a statement, the New Straits Times said today.
He added that the government could not penalise those who merely wished to practise their religion and exercise their right to believe in God.

Muslims have lived by worshiping satan and slowly degrading themselves into doing anything with no remorse. Rape, OK. Murder, OK. Slavery, OK. Sex with children and animals, OK. When will the west finally come to it's senses. Any cult that has these standards laughs at burning a church. It is a building. Murdering a 6 year old boy by ripping his anus out in a gang rape is a right they hold sacred. Islam is sick. Islam is a disease of the soul. You know, you got to admire our founding fathers for that whole nonestablishment of religion idea.
Of course, when the established religion is Islam...........all sorts of inhuman arts are sanctioned.
How can we tolerate the intolerable?
We can't.
If the only way you can excerise your faith is by limiting the rights of others.........you are no longer practicing a faith. You are a - dare I say it - a fascist.
Maybe Islamofascism is an accurate term.

If anything, it's insulting to the fascists. The fascist regimes in Italy and Spain were far more benign and liberal than the Islamist regimes in Saudi Arabia, Iran, Libya, Pakistan . . . . Nazi Germany is usually grouped with the fascist regimes, probably because of its extreme nationalism. But its true nature is given away by the full title of the party: National Socialist and Workers Party, i.e. it was a socialist party, altho of a nationalist sort rather than the internationalist sort of the Bolsheviks.

Only hope for Hindus is that India will use some
of its Economic Muscle to insist upon Equal Rights
in so called 'tolerant & Moderate' Malaysia.
More likely Hindus,Buddhists,Christians and others
will flee this rapidly increasingly intolerant Islamic Paradise
and the Economy will soon resemble those of other
Muslim countries.
Then naive Leftists might wake up to what it was really like for Jews & Christians as Dhimmis in places like Andalusia...

is not surprising that this would happen Muslims habit of destroying and converting Christian churches like the hagia sofia in constananpole
or hindu temples like the tagi mi hal to mosques or destroying
if non muslimin graveyards syagoges or claiming
sites have alllways been muslim despite evidence showing that showing in fact the sites have been swiped by Muslims and that they have the right to do this based on the belife that islam must be the domante religion non-Muslims have “absolutely no right to seize the reins of power in any part of God’s earth, nor to direct the collective affairs of human beings according to their own misconceived doctrines.” If they do, “the believers would be under an obligation to do their utmost to dislodge them from political power and to make them live in subservience to the Islamic way of life.”

What happened in Malaysia and other Muslim countries where non-Muslims are a minority is a warning to the rest of us. We should stop the advance of jihadism before it is too late.

This is another one of those ambiguous statements, that could be interpreted as a defense of the Muslims who destroyed the Hindu temple.
