If my memory serves me, I think I saw Miss Vanessa whining about the plight of the PLO when she got up on stage at the Oscars sometime in the last twenty-five years or so. At least she's consistent. I bet an afternoon tea with somebody who actually has been there (Brigitte Gabriel) might be illuminating.

These guys probably won't even thank her. It is amazing to me that this strong-willed, independent woman is so eager to help the enemy to destroy her lifestyle. Did she do any research before she did this stupid thing? But then Vanessa probably thinks that the Rosenbergs didn't do it either.

Vanessa Redgrave is simply a guilt-ridden rich girl blinded by her own leftist ideology. Coming from a weathly acting family (her parents were Sir Michael Redgrave and Lady Rachel Kempson), she is actually deluded that she can change the world to fit her own idealism.

Since the 1960s Redgrave has supported a range of human rights causes, including opposition to the Vietnam War, nuclear disarmament, freedom for Soviet Jews (she was awarded the Sakharov medal by Sakharov's widow, Yelena Bonner, in 1993 for her efforts), and aid for Bosnian Muslims.

Redgrave identifies as a socialist, but her opposition to Soviet oppression led her, early in her career, to join the anti-Stalinist Workers' Revolutionary Party (UK) (WRP), on whose ticket she twice ran for Parliament. Redgrave's Trotskyist political views have been a cause of controversy for some, as has her membership in the WRP. She remained loyal to WRP founder Gerry Healy when he was expelled from the WRP in the mid-1980s. She and other Healy loyalists founded the short-lived Marxist Party in the 1990s. Since 2004 she has been a member of the Peace and Progress Party.

In other words, Redgrave is typical of the left-wing idealists whom the Muslims find to be such useful idiots.

Sarah Teather of the Liberal Democrat Party worked on their behalf, at the request of relatives, in return for votes from the muslim population of her area. Ok ,even I find this nutty. The two inmates were not Citizens ..they were merely residents, so why is England interceding on their behalf and secondly why arent they being landed in their own countries? And Redgrave is a person who deals in "idea's" (idea's that appeal to her , such as the idea of sufferage due to American and Israeli imperialism).... to the exclusion of those dissonance-causing facts...to point where it is obvious she has some sort of mental illness.

If my memory is correct, Venessa even was photographed in a Palestinian refugee camp holding a rifle sometime during the 1970s. This proves that she has always been stupid. What makes this story even more shocking is that many others involved in the entertainment industry are just as stupid and maybe even more stupid. Since many Americans look up to celebrities as role models, the fact that they usually parrot what Venessa is saying is no surprise to me.

I believe it was the herald, in Henry V, who said, "That island of England breeds very valiant creatures." I've never heard that said of people from the Middle East. Unless someone's gone in and drained all the blood out of your country, I think it's still in the DNA.

At the time I was wondering whether she was anti-Semitic or just plain dumb. By providing half of the bail to free an alleged member of an organization allied to al Qaeda , Ms Redgrave demonstrates to be the latter.

Don't be too upset. Imagine living, as I do, in Florida. Florida is the Sunshine State, but it is also the land of alleged "hanging chads", "stolen" elections, and just lately, more Mohammedan academics coming out of the college woodwork than palmetto bugs in a trash can in the middle of the night.

You know, being a native Floridian was never a very prestigious thing, to begin with. Now it would be downright disgraceful, if there wasn't an element of humor in it. It's an unwritten law: "all the nutjobs come to Florida."

The UK is having some hard times, and I pray her citizens will shake off the Mohammedans, before they get a stranglehold. I don't think England deserves these troubles, any more than I think a victim of a crime deserves to be victimized.
