Iraqi jihadists to Norway: You better not expel that jihadist, dhimmis

The expulsion order cannot be carried out anyway, since Krekar might be killed in Iraq. Mullah Krekar Update. "Norway threatened by Iraqi insurgent group," from the Norway Post (thanks to the Constantinopolitan Irredentist):

Former head of the Kurdish guerrilla group Ansar al-Islam in Northern Iraq, Mullah Krekar, was given refugee status in Norway in 1991, but the authorities have since declared that he is a risk to the nation's security, and that he must be expelled.

However, the expulsion order cannot be carried out, since situation in Iraq is such that Krekar could risk execution, and sending Krekar back to Iraq now would violate Norway's human rights obligations.

In February 2003 the Norwegian authorities decided that Mullah Krekar would lose his refuge status, his travel documents, as well as his work and residence permits in the interest of national security.

Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Stoere says to NRK that the threat does not change anything, and that the government's decision to expel Krekar, upheld by Norwegian courts, still stands.

Seems like a no brainer to me.

Talk about Dhimmi attitude, read this.
"I summon my blue-eyed slaves anytime it pleases me. I command the Americans to send me their bravest soldiers to die for me. Anytime I clap my hands a stupid genie called the American ambassador appears to do my bidding. When the Americans die in my service their bodies are frozen in metal boxes by the US Embassy and American airplanes carry them away, as if they never existed. Truly, America is my favorite slave."

A jihadist's human rights outways Norway's survival. Its the "compassionate" thing to do.

Expel him and you get terror.
Keep him and you get terror.

Lesson to learn? Shut the doors to immigration from the ummah. Then you might avoid terror.

Debating the death penalty has no place in this. I oppose it myself, for what it's worth. But no country, as commendable as compassion is, has an obligation to bear the burdens of all the world's sins, and all its humanitarian concerns, especially at the expense of the security and survival of its own citizens. There are thousands or millions of Krekars and potential Krekars out there. Are we in the West supposed to coddle them all? Unfortunately, Norway is not the only government that thinks like this.

Riffraff like Krekar seek the destruction of the very societies that bend over backwards to accomodate and protect them. Besides ... who are we to deny him the virgins he's convinced he's entitled to as a martyr?

Send him back! His blood is on his homeland's head - and his own.

This is all the result of tying yourself up in idealistic, air fairy, wooly idealism.
Human Rights Conventions whether EC or UN inspired are useless in the situation we are in.

They are used by our enemies, those who would impose islam upon us, oppress us and our daughters with sharia, those on the left, the so called liberals, the human rights lawyers, politicians, lobbyists, business men and corporations who trade with the islamic world, who lie and deceive their own people for a fast buck or a vote.

Our enemies do not deserve the humanity and the human rights that they would deny us.

A couple of years ago I was sitting in a Henries Bar on Richmond riverside with my cousin who is a policeman from India, inevetablly the discussion turned to the tube bombings, he was interested in the apparant "non reaction" of the British public.
He then leaned forward and said to me

"WHY DON'T THE PEOPLE OF BRITAIN JUST KILL A FEW THOUSAND OF THEM ?"

He obviously needs to attend a Human Rights lecture preferably sponsered by the Guardian, Independent and BBC !
