Feel the love, see the wondrous effects of the tranquility in her heart. Here (thanks to War on Hate) is the full text of Rotterdam district councillor Bouchra Ismaili's email to one of her constituents, discussed yesterday here:
Listen well, dirty madman, WE'LL STAY HERE, hahahahahahhahah, DROP DEAD. I am a dutch moslem, and I shall stay one until my death. I feel pity with your kind, you must live with hatred, really sad. My father and mother have worked hard to help building this country, and I have nothing to do with what others think or say. You are a miserable devil worshipper!!! You have sold your soul!!! Rather bizarre, to believe in the devil and his entourage, and to negate god the allmighty and ruler over heaven and earth. Your kind are the worst terrorists, you have been terrorizing our lives for years here in Holland. But fortunately, you are few only, and most dutchmen are developped and tolerant. You are the allochthonous here!!!! With Allah by my side, I fear nothing and nobody. I AND MY CO-MOSLEMS ARE LIVING, your kind is being eaten up by hatred. A piece of advice, if I may, convert to islam and find tranquility in your heart. Hatred eats you up and makes your heart stay empty. You have only a limited time in your life, go get a life and enjoyment, soon it's all over. We are living.......................You are trying to make something undone, to influence the lives and fates of others. Freemason hahahaha, you are not free, you are a slave of the devil. You think you're a kind of god, really sad, go and have yourself checked! If you're a man with BALLS, let me know who you are, let us talk. You can always talk to me. I know, you're empty inside, and sometimes you feel you wouldn't exist. You want to be seen and heard, but you're simply ORDINARY, a grey mouse and a pathetic little person, one of those billions walking around on this globe. But I hear your cry of emergency. I hear your cry for attention. I shall also have time for you, despite of the fact that I'm fully busy to make Holland a more beautiful, clean and safe country, where people can develop and live in freedom and democracy, no matter what colour, origin or faith. Where, for all I care, even devil worshippers have a spot, for who am I ultimately to judge. This I leave to the judges' judge, ALLAH A RAHMAN OU RAHEEM!!!

District councillor Bouchra Ismaili should no longer be
1. district councillor
2. privileged to receive any state compensation
3. privileged to call herself a citizen
And she and all her relatives should suffer the consequences of deportation.
Any and all immigrants sharing her unambiguous statements ending with "ALLAH A RAHMAN OU RAHEEM!!! " should be strongly encouraged to join her & exit to any one of the 57 sharia friendly hellholes of their chosing.

Unbelievable. Can you imagine if one of your local government officials sent such a diatribe, only substituting God for allah? They'd be fired, charged, convicted and sentenced so fast it would make your head spin! I hope every newspaper in the Netherlands publishes the full text of this letter as a warning to non-muslim Dutch citizens.

...IN the USA, such a person would received complementary rave reviews from moveon.org and media matters, support from the dhimmicrats (including Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson), Louie Farrakhan would admire the opinions expressed, money would flow in from teachers unions and the ACLU and Micael Moore would make a movie...

You are so right. It's like Muslims can do no wrong. I'm surprised we're still hunting for Osama.

"9-11 is a memory" ~ Elric66
Not only is 9/11 a memory, with all the ensuing "appeasement and brownnosing", but our leaders and elites took the wrong lesson from it: That it was an abhorrent and aberrant act by someone claiming to be a muslim (if claimed at all by the Ummah), rather than the islamic jihad it was, brought center stage into the 21st Century for all to see -- live. Let's face it, the African Embassy bombings were undercovered, as it was people of color affected. Just like Rwanda, Darfur, Somalia, and other places on the Dark Continent. Not to mention Thailand -- more people of color on a brown continent. Most of our leaders and elites get an "F" in understanding historical concepts based upon facts. Most especially when it comes to the RoP(MA).

USF Jihad Update: Bible desecrated for terrorist chic;
Alumni artists prove anything but atrociousNo word from Megahed on the pipe bomb accuracy.
Everyday Atrocities looks like a terrorist organization with a taxidermy hobby. However, it is actually a faculty focus exhibition in the Contemporary Art Museum.
From the look of Gregory Green's pieces there is confusion as to whether he promotes or opposes violence. This is because all his pieces models of explosives. Green grew up in Europe in the height of the Cold War. His work, he said, is influenced by this time in his life where he and everyone around him lived in constant fear.
Most of his pieces are not displayed like traditional art pieces. A model pipe bomb lies on the floor in the corner with barely any lighting. A Bible with an explosive inside sits prominently in the center of the room. Green explained that we typically think of terrorism groups strictly as Islamic and Muslim, but [But, BUT!] Christian extremist groups actually commit just as many acts. Green said his intention was for the pieces to be provocative and somewhat scary. As long as no one is truly frightened by them, he said, his pieces are still legal under the Patriot Act.

at January 18, 2008 4:26 PM
Do we have any trained psychologists, lurking or reading here, who can analyse this thing for us? From a purely clinical/ forensic point of view?
Because this letter, if it truly is exactly what she sent, does not read like the writing of a sane human being.
(Is it possible to see what she was responding to? just for purposes of comparison?).
As I read councillor Bouchra's 'letter', two things come to mind.
First: in tone and style it strongly resembles some of the choicer samples from what Robert Spencer calls his 'hate mail bag'.
Second: it reminds me, somehow, of a sample diatribe that M Scott Peck reproduces in his 'People of the Lie', as delivered to him by the spouse of someone he was attempting to treat. In Chapter 3, 'the encounter with evil in everyday life', he describes a couple he calls 'Hartley' and 'Sarah' (not their real names, of course).
When he got too near the truth of the couple's destructive relationship, the woman lost control:
'Sarah laughed oddly, a weird hollow giggle. 'Apples and oranges, Doctor,' she said, 'apples and oranges. You can't compare them. You can't compare Hartley and me; we 're like apples and oranges. But you don't know which is which, do you? Am I the apple or am I the orange? Am I crinkly-skinned or smooth-skinned? Or am I thick-skinned?' She gave her odd giggle again. 'Yes, I guess I'm thick-skinned. We have to be thick-skinned against those who persecute us. You're the pseudo-science persecutors. But it's all right. I know how to handle the orange peelers and apple slicers. The Lord loves me. We have power in heaven. You can think what you like, say what you say. But it's garbage.' she spat, 'That's where they end up, isn't it. The orange peels and the apple slices. In the garbage. And that's where all you pseudoscience persecutors will end up. In the garbage. With all the other fruits,' she ended triumphantly."
What do other people think?
Note: the rest of that chapter, in Peck's book, is very thought-provoking.
Here, from that chapter, is Peck's tentative working definition of the 'evil' personality type (based on clinical experience of certain Americans who manifested these characteristics):
"In addition to the abrogation of responsibility that characterizes all personality disorders, this one would specifically be distinguished by:
a. consistent destructive, scapegoating behaviour which may often be quite subtle
b. excessive, albeit usually covert, intolerance to criticisim and other forms of narcissistic injury
c. pronounced concern with public image and self-image of respectability, contributing to a stability of life-style but also to pretentiousness and denial of hateful feelings or vengeful motives
d. intellectual deviousness, with an increased likelihood of a mild schizophrenic-like disturbance of thinking at times of stress" (p. 146 of the 1988 Arrow paperback edition).
Humans from any or all cultures and ethnic groups can display this destructive spiritual/intellectual pattern. Peck worked it out from bitter experience with some truly disturbed Euro-American patients.
Nevertheless - does it not appear that the 'Islam' meme seems to be particularly prone to producing individuals who display such a pathology?
Posted by: dumbledoresarmy
at January 18, 2008 4:31 PM
All her snarkier insults aside, I can almost sympathize with this councillor - if she really believes that,
"I shall also have time for you, despite of the fact that I'm fully busy to make Holland a more beautiful, clean and safe country, where people can develop and live in freedom and democracy, no matter what colour, origin or faith. Where, for all I care, even devil worshippers have a spot, for who am I ultimately to judge."
She looks to be advocating a kinder, gentler Islam. But I'm wondering if she realizes what would happen if some imam (or any disgruntled misogynist among her fellow Muslims)decides she "isn't Muslim enough" and tells her to lower her eyes and go home where she belongs.
I wonder if she's ever launched a diatribe like this on any of her co-religionists who believe she's only worth half a man.

Yes, dumbledoresarmy, much of what comes out of Islam we would describe as flavors of narcissistic, borderline, and similar personality disorders, with a smattering of ritual abuse. One does not need to go further than look at the childhood experience of a Muslim.
And yes, allochtone -- just like now the narrative is that in the 7th century Muslim armies liberated Palestine from allochtonous Romans and Zionists, so will in a few hundred years stories will be told in mosques how Europe was liberated from the illegal infidel occupants.

At this time, 9/11 may well be a fading memory -
Posted by: U.K. TODAY. at January 18, 2008 10:42 AM
It may be a fading memory to some but not to me. It seems like just yesterday that I sat glued to the television all day long, afraid to move yet horrified and terrified at what I saw. The days that followed were just as bad, especially when it became obvious that there were very few survivors. Watching people tack up pictures of their loved ones with desperate pleas for information just broke my heart.
In between my frequent lachrymose episodes, I called everyone I could think of to ask what I could do to help and they all said the same thing: donate money and blood. So I did, but money and blood seemed like so little to give, and so impersonal. I was very proud when our small southern city raised a million dollars and our mayor personally delivered it to Mayor Guiliani, but even that couldn't begin to assauge the overwhelming sense of tragedy and grief that emanated from NYC and reverberated throughout the country.
9/11 was the darkest day in the history of this country and it will be forever etched in my memory
in graphic, living color. I will never forget the sight of people jumping to their deaths as they were about to be consumed by flames, or the weary, stunned expressions on the faces of firefighters and police officers, not to mention the thousands of dazed people covered in soot and debris trying to escape the hellish aftermath of these senseless acts commited by muslim beasts.
But what I will remember first and foremost whenever I think of that gruesome day were the muslims dancing in the streets of New Jersey and other cities throughout America, celebrating the death and destruction in what is supposed to be their own country. That told me all I needed to know about the loyalty of our muslim "citizens".
I had no use for islam before 9/11. Post 9/11, all muslim immigration to this country should have immediately ceased and every muslim already here should have been carefully scrutinized. There will be future terror attacks and I'm betting they will be carried out by muslim terrorists that are in this country legally. Thanks to the incompetence and ignorance of America's great leaders, I am certain that there are thousands of terrorists living here, biding their time until they are ready to strike again.
How could 9/11 be a fading memory for any American?!

Ditto, Susan. Though I didn't know anything about the religion, I've known about "honor killings" and FGM for a long time. I knew about women forced to dress in black sheets, and about acid thrown on women in Pakistan by rejected suitors.
Now, since 9/11, I know A LOT about the religion, primarily due to JW, DW, and books by Spencer and others' - and I see I was right all along to "not have any use for it," just like the aforementioned hideously misogynist cultural aspects of Islamic countries.

Susanrp, I have often heard rumors about Muslims in America "dancing in the streets" on 9/11, but have never tried to find out if such rumors are true.
I just checked snopes.com; of course, the page on this is a "let's not rush to judgement" puff-piece:
http://www.snopes.com/rumors/dunkin.asp
Do you know of any reputable sources addressing this issue?
I live at Ground Zero (which, for me, is the entire city of NYC), and believe me, on that day, and for some time following, that kind of news was actually "ancillary" and didn't grab my attention then. Now, I would like to investigate this a little more thoroughly.
9/11 a "memory"? Yes, of course it is. It is seared into my mind. There's not a day that goes by that I don't think of it, or its ramifications. I will never, ever forget.

I just need something clarified. This was written by somebody living in the Netherlands, to somebody living in the Netherlands. Are we to understand that this illiterate screed was written in English, and appears as it was originally written? Or is this a translation which is trying to capture the flavor of equally illiterate Dutch? If it was originally in another language, then can we be sure that this is a fair translation?
I have no real reason not to take this at its face value. It just tends to confirm prejudices that I already have, so I feel kind of obligated to question it to be fair. I do realize that many people living in Holland are fluent in English, but I would have thought that Dutch would have been the preferred language even for immigrants. I'm quite ready to learn that I'm wrong.

Vee,
Here's one interesting story I came across:
"Two months after the 9/11 attacks, during an Arab book fair [in Italy], a rumour suddenly made the rounds that an aircraft had crashed into a high-rise building in Italy. Many people immediately thought this was a repeat of the previous attacks on America. Numerous publishers and editors shouted Allahu akbar (God is great) and welcomed the presumed act, which turned out never to have happened at all. Some of these intellectuals are welcome guests at conferences on Euro-Arab dialogue."

It wasn't only in the US where Muslims celebrated 911, they were also celebrating it in Britain 7 years ago as follows:
Muslim fanatics sparked anger today after plastering Birmingham bus stops with sickening posters showing the destruction of the Twin Towers. The radical Al Muhajiroun group, headed by the controversial London-based Sheik Omar Bakri Mohammed, has put up the posters in the Saltley area. They show a graphic image of one of the World Trade Centre towers on fire with a jet about to smash into the second tower.
[...]
Fundamental Muslim leader Abu Khadeejah, who last week staged the Salafi Islamic event in Birmingham, said: "The Al Muhajiroun conference will be about rejoicing and praising what took place on September 11.
British Muslims also celebrated and rejoiced on September 11, 2001; our media completely failed to inform us about any of this: The 'British' Muslim. Whilst the civilised west mourned with horror of the events of Sep11, Muslims in Britain celebrated.
Finsbury Park mosque. Pro-terror demonstrations, graffiti and anti-white posters.
Forest Gate, East London. Local residents sickened by sounds of cheering and celebrations coming from Romford Road mosque on the evening of the slaughter. Muslims leaving the mosque drove off hooting their horns, shouting and waving.
Slough. Letter in Daily Telegraph to express disgust at having witnessed a class of 15-year-old British-born Pakistanis cheering, punching the air and mocking the tearful singing of the American national anthem.
Solihull, Land Rover Plant. Three workers suspended after mocking the three minute silence. Security staff had to escort them from the building to prevent them from being attacked.
Harrow. Fireworks let off during the three minutes silence on Friday.
Cardiff. Young Muslims celebrate in city centre with flags on the evening of the attack.
Birmingham, Small Heath. Celebrations inside and outside local mosque.
Birmingham, Aston. Serious tension in main Royal Mail sorting office after Muslim workers applaud the attacks.
Derby. Local residents disgusted as celebrations in a mosque spill out onto the street with flag waving and chants of triumph.
Oldham. Cheering inside and outside mosques. White workers in Littlewoods Call Centre appalled when Muslim co-workers respond to news of the attack by "jumping up and down with joy."
Schoolchildren celebrate at Grange School with further celebrations along Waterloo Street.
Park Cake Bakery. 4 Muslims sacked after cheering during 3 minute silence.
Waterloo Street. "Cheering and dancing in the street" after news of the attack broke.
Burnley. A would-be customer in a major shop in the town centre couldn't find any staff to serve him on the afternoon of the attack. Walking through the shop he found the eight shop assistants - all of them obviously Muslims - crowded around a TV set at the back of the shop, laughing and shaking hands as they watched the footage of the mayhem.
Fireworks let off on the evening of the attack in Stoneyholme.
It goes on and on.
And this is what we've let into Britain over the last 40 or 50 years.
