Leftist/Jihadist Connection Update. "Cindy Sheehan in Egypt for Islamists," by Maggie Michael for Associated Press (thanks to all who sent this in):
CAIRO, Egypt - Anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan joined a protest Wednesday seeking the support of Egypt's first lady in ending a military trial of members of the country's largest Islamic organization.Under the watchful eyes of dozens of black-clad and helmeted anti-riot police, some 50 heavily veiled wives and children of 40 senior members of the Muslim Brotherhood detained for the past year, gathered in front of the headquarters of first lady Suzanne Mubarak's National Council Women carrying banners calling for their release.
"I am here to protest the trial of civilians in front of a military tribunal as this is a violation to international law," said Sheehan, who gained fame in the U.S. for her sit-in outside President Bush's Texas ranch following the death of her son in Iraq.
"As a mother of a son who was killed in the war, I presented a letter to Ms. Suzanne Mubarak to realize how those women and children are suffering."...

So Casey Sheehan died for mommy-hero to go and protect the jamyia. How could somebody walk among those who would have been ecstatic to have killed her child (or kill any US soldier)? Is there anything that can open this "mother's" eyes? Does she even understand WHO killed Casey?

If she really were anti-war the last place that type of a person would be is smooching up to the muslim brotherhood! If she had a clue. But, there again, as we have seen so many times, the left does not have a clue. Right now we see the left not even speaking up for women's rights in islam. Instead they are right with the muslims shouting down, name calling, throwing things when people try to tell them things about islam.
And I do not apologize for generalizing about the left.

I'm willing to bet if her son's body was worked up to a generator. He is probably spinning so fast that he would put outa couple hundred kilowatt
and she's now even trying to write her son's death to Congress. She may have had a point at one time, but in my opinion. With this latest stunt, on top of everything else she needs to go to the nearest mental hospital. In my opinion and get treatment for her depression

I see she is still trying to get some mileage out of her loss. PATHETIC! Does she honestly believe that they give a rat's posterior about her loss? Once again she is being used and she won't see it until they tire of her the way the Dhimmocrats did. Cindy, go home. Stop trying to use your son's heroic death as a way to spread your politics. It belittles his memory.

I've always thought one of the tyrant groupies from Hollywood would, by overreaching their propaganda value, be the first media darling to do commit suicide by public stupidity. But, Cindy clearly doesn't want to be Left out of the contest.

I hope Cindy Sheehan is barred from leaving the United States upon her return. She is too dangerous to let travel. Furthermore, she should not be allowed to give public speeches. We already have to many traitors in this nation who are already agitating America's enemies. One less agitator would do our nation's security a lot of good.

A crazy Christian white woman is the last person the Brotherhood wants supporting them. But, on the bright side, I doubt the state department will help her out when she gets arrested. It could be years before we have to see Cindy bad mouthing the troops and America.

Deos Mrs. Sheehan really care about those jailed MB members? Does she really think they share a common cause? Then perhaps somebody should put Mrs. Sheehan, sans burka, alone in a cell for a couple of nights with some of them, so she can "feel their pain" up close and personal. Just a thought...
