"There is...evidence that Tablighi Jamaat directly recruits for terrorist organizations." How dare you imply they're not moderate!
"BBC ‘censored Christian party broadcast,’" by Andrew Norfolk for the Times (thanks to all who sent this in):
The BBC is facing a High Court challenge over its decision to censor a party political broadcast in the run-up to Thursday’s local elections.A Christian party has begun legal action after the corporation insisted on changes to a short film in which the party voiced opposition to the building of Europe’s biggest mosque next to the site of the 2012 Olympics.
Tablighi Jamaat, the Islamic missionary group behind the £75 million Abbey Mills mosque, opposes inter-faith dialogue and preaches that non-Muslims are an evil and corrupting influence. One of its British advocates has said that it aims to rescue Muslims from the culture and civilisation of Jews and Christians by creating “such hatred for their ways as human beings have for urine and excreta”.
The Christian Choice election broadcast would have described Tablighi Jamaat as “a separatist Islamic group” before welcoming that some “moderate Muslims” were opposed to the mosque complex.
Alan Craig, the party’s candidate in the London mayoral election, also on Thursday, said that he was forced to change the wording at the insistence of lawyers at the BBC and ITV, which will also feature in the court action.
The BBC refused to accept “separatist” — the corporation asked for “controversial” instead — and barred the use of “moderate Muslims” because the phrase implied that Tablighi Jamaat was less than moderate.
ITV went a step farther, demanding that the adjective “controversial” be used merely to describe the planned mosque and not the group itself....

This is a genuine catch 22. Implying that they *were* moderate would be offensive as well... (http://www.jihadwatch.org/archives/018003.php)

If our enemies have the least trace of a sense of humor how they must laugh at our semantic masochism.

As a London resident I'm in a bind here. Craig is the only candidate with a ethical opposition to the Islamisation of the capital. But Boris Johnson of the Useless Tories is the only candidate who can defeat the craven Ken Dhimmingston.

Good to see this report here - it may help to show our friends not living in the UK two things:
a) that ordinary people do know what is going on, and are not 'slinking into dhimmitude';
and b) much more importantly, that we're not just battling against Muslim extremists, but against the MSM who have totally submitted to turnspeak and are actually helping to propagate the islamic agenda through the way they slant their reports.
That they actually interfered with a party political broadcast is a scandal without compare - but who of the MSM is actually courageous enough to report this as a main story, not somewhere buried in the middle of the paper?
That report hopefully shows how Britons have to fight on three fronts: against islamists, against their politicians of all parties at all levels, and against the MSM. So don't write us off yet, and above all don't believe what the MSM are peddling about us.

Did you see what's happening in Australia over Saudi donations to universities? Jemaat Tablighi are involved there too. Go Here

Even the BBC is slowly turning in the wind. Their article on Algerian Islamic extremism is telling:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/programmes/age_of_terror/7371008.stm
However, the creaking MSM infrastructure still can’t come to grips with the real threat, so try to pass if off with some equivalence to other uprisings:
Sean and Abdelkahar Belhadj illuminate the bigger picture of the Age of Terror: how the "cause", be it Islamist or Republican, Basque or Palestinian, flows from one generation to the next and on through the veins of history.- from BBC link
Note how Islamism, that extreme virulent violent form using Jihad to institute Sharia, is equated with the IRA or Basque separatists. No such equivalence exists, so this becomes one more ‘whitewash’ attempt. But it is creaking under its own weight, so something is bound to snap eventually.
Of course the real laugh would be if they tried to equate the Christian Party with Islam’s Age of Terror. Chuckle, chuckle. That really would make it “controversial” in the bigger picture of truthful reporting, that not all “religions” are equal. In the case of Islam’s Age of Terror, it is violently unequal to any of the 'separatist' freedoms of self-determination, not to mention religious freedom. Its Islamic agenda is a world conquest imperative. Let’s see how long it takes for the BBC to come to terms with this, and actually report it without the usual semantic ‘whitewash censorship’ of “Asians” and “youths”. Chuckle, chuckle.

What you say isnt quite the full truth, there is also Richard Barnbrook, so using your first and second for Craig and Richard, will be one vote less for Livingston and Johnson
And Johnson is no better than Livingstone, as he is also flirting for the moslem vote.
Now for something really alarming, I wonder what Mataros and his hypoctrical anti-fascist league have to say about this
Now this is very relevant.
LONDON - If you live in London, and you want to build the largest Mosque in Europe, that's great. But if you want to build the largest church, forget about it.
London's Kingsway International Christian Church, the largest church in Europe, no longer has a permanent home. Nor is there much prospect of it finding one in London.
This congregation of as many as 10,000 was forced off its property to make room for the 2012 London Olympics. And now it must hold six Sunday services jammed into a 1000-seat former theatre in East London.
"I'm probably one of the few pastors around the world who has to preach 5 times every Sunday," Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo.
When Kingsway had its old building taken from it for the London Games, it not only was forbidden to re-build nearby, where most of its church members live. But the London Development agency offered this predominantly black church land on the far outskirts of London, in a white suburb, where local officials didn't want a large black church and turned down Kingsway's planning request.
"We were left high and dry, to face the wrath of the community," Ashimolowo said. "When you have a church of our magnitude with 90 percent ethnic minorities from about 46 nations, the first thing that comes to the mind of the neighborhood is, 'Oh my God, this large church is coming to our neighborhood.'"
So for now, Kingsway has nowhere to move. Feeling more than just abandoned by the city, Pastor Ashimolowo contends government officials' treatment of the church amounts to racial discrimination and religious persecution.

And the Liberal cop is also sucking op to the moslems.
ALL three major party contenders for Thursday's Mayor of London election have now done the 'Brick Lane' circuit in London's East End, targeting the 'ethnic' vote of the Muslim community, following the Labour candidate's visit on Friday and the Tory whistle-stop tour three days earlier.
But first to start the ball rolling was outspoken Lib Dem Brian Paddick, former Met Police borough commander from south London whose beat included Brixton.
The 49-year-old, who retired from the Met last year after 30 years, was dubbed 'the cannabis cop' after liberalising possession of drugs for personal use on the streets of south London.
But the controversial figure rubbed bosses up the wrong way and eventually was moved sideways to a desk job overseeing operational policy.
At the time, Ken Livingstone, Paddick's current Labour rival for the Mayor's job, lent his support to a campaign to reinstate Paddick as Lambeth borough commander, but was unsuccessful.
Paddick then became Acting Assistant Commissioner for 'territorial policing,' but clashed with the Met Police commissioner Sir Ian Blair.
The clash this time over the shooting of Jean Charles de Menezes who was mistaken for a terror suspect at Stockwell a few days after the 7/7 London Underground bombings at Aldgate and King's Cross.
Paddick, unusually for a former police chief, opposes ID cards and is against the Government's plans to extend detention without trial for terror suspects, which he fears would ostracise the Muslim community.
His stand went down well in Brick Lane, when he met community leaders of the Brick Lane Jamme Masjid mosque
When all three major parties must play for the moslem vote, then things just go to show that the situation is far worse than what many here think

I am so sorry that my distant cousins are in their present predicament with blind political leadership, liberal dominated mainstream media, and a growing muslim infestation that is intent on taking your country from you without a rifle shot being fired. They want to build the largest mosque in Europe on your soil??? But the pastor of the largest Christian Church in Great Britain had his church taken by eminent domain? And the massive mosque is going allowed to be built across the street from the former Christian Church? What is your national religious heritage, islam??? Hell no it isn't! Don't allow this mosque to be built!
Don't allow the muslims to dig in an inch deeper! Let them pray in tents, out in the coutryside with the pigs! They're used to tents. Better yet, send them home before it's too late and you have to move to get away from the mess that they make of your beautiful country! The muslims are taking you back to the third world.
We'd love to have you all here in the United States, just leave the muslims behind when you come, so keep that in mind when they rule your country, UNLESS YOU ACT NOW! Because if you don't stop them now, it's all over.
Ask yourselves, "What would the Israelies do if the muslims were trying to take over THEIR COUNTRY?" Then do what they would do! You've got to develop the spirit of Winston Churchill and your fathers and your grandfathers. They would not be rolling over for the muslims! They didn't roll over for the Germans! You know they wouldn't roll over and let the muslims take their country! Make your ancestors proud; win this fight for them! I'll be watching...good luck, cousins!

Precisely, Patrick. Where is Churchill when we need him? If this censorship continues to be enabled by Europe, pretty soon, the BBC will be reporting directly from Islamic press releases... You can't let that happen!

Yaffle/InfidelK9,
"And Johnson is no better than Livingstone, as he is also flirting for the moslem vote."
If they were both the same, then sure there's no point in voting for either one.
However, will Boris give official invites to people like Al-Qaradawi? Will the Mega-Mosque have as big a chance of being built under Boris??
If Boris is even slightly better than Red Ken then not giving one of the votes for him is as good as voting for Ken to stay in.
And then if many second-preference votes were to go to Allan Craig, then maybe that could also send a signal out about what Londoners really think...
