So, for example, does geography lead to obscenity and vulgarity, or is it one or the other? "Islamists Torch Girls’ School in NW Pakistan," by Shaheen Buneri for The Media Line, May 4:
[Peshawar] Unidentified attackers set fire to a girls’ high school and planted bombs in its science laboratory in the Charbagh area of the conflict-ridden Swat district in North West Pakistan.
School watchman, Toti Gul, said that 40-50 men entered the school at midnight and used gasoline to set ablaze nine rooms of the only girls’ high school in the area.
“The faces of the armed men were covered and they were chanting slogans. They directed me to take away all the copies of the Holy Quran from the school building. When I did that they set the school on fire and also planted bombs in the science laboratory. The bombs were later diffused by the bomb disposal squad,” he said.
The watchman said the school library was burnt to ashes due to the raging fire, adding that the militants were bold enough to stay there for 25-30 minute observing the fire until it engulfed the whole building.
As annual examinations for the Secondary School Certificate are in progress in North West Frontier Province, it is feared that in the wake of the recent terrorist attack hundreds of girls will miss their examinations.
The principal of the school said she was not sure whether tomorrow girls would be able to take their exams.
“I have repeatedly informed high officials in the district about the security concerns of the school teaching staff and the volatile situation in the area, but received no satisfactory response. Really, I feel very frustrated,” she added.
A district official said, on condition of anonymity, that attacks on girls’ educational institutions had intensified over the last year in Swat valley.
“We are investigating the matter and will bring the people responsible to justice,” he said.
The police have taken Toti Gul into custody for further interrogation.
Maulana Fazlullah, a militant leader and chief of the Taliban Movement’s Swat chapter, has discouraged girls’ education in his sermons through his unlicensed radio station and has forbidden parents to send their daughters to school.
Secretary of the Swat Private School Association, Zia-ud-Din, explained that girls’ education was the main casualty of the conflict between militants of hardliner cleric Fazlullah and Pakistan security forces.
“About 1,200 educational institutions have been closed due to the conflict in the valley. They have bombed girls’ schools in different areas and even killed female teachers. They preach that girls’ education leads to obscenity and vulgarity, therefore it should be discouraged. This is very wrong perception of Islam,” he said.

More than 20,000 Pakistan security forces are fighting Fazlullah’s militants, but have yet to prevent terrorist incidents in the once peaceful, paradise-like tourist district of the Frontier Province.
Locals say that despite the government’s peace deal with Maulana Sufi Muhammad, chief of the Movement for the Enforcement of Shari’a – commonly known as Tehrik-e-Nifaz-e-Shariat Muhammadi – violence is on the rise in the valley.

I can see Islams plan for women; it is ok to be an Islamic slave and to be a beggar, but it is not ok to learn science, geography, social sciences and mathematics (or almost anything else,either).
THe Muslim thugs often go the the womens schools "to make an example " of teachers who overstep the Muslim teaching guidelines---they murder the teacher in front of the students, usually by beheading.
One of the last things a Muslim man wants is an educated woman. They discovered long ago that it is easier to humiliate, torture, and intimidate stupid women. The Muslim Men found out that smart, educated women don't want them and if fact, can become something more than a sex toy by becoming educated.
The Muslim Men are so paranoid about women becoming wiser, they strictly monitor their education, ban satellite dishes, block western radio stations, refuse to let women wander about with the usual "family male escorts", ban western movies and music (both show female independence), ban western clothing, and worst of all they kill their female family members if the woman is even suspected of associating with unauthorized contact with Non Muslims..
It is clear that Allah has turned Muslim Men into stupid paranoid sex freaks.
Allah must be laughing in hell..After All, he has played a cruel joke on mankind by getting Muslim men to kill in his name...
Allah really does hate Muslims..and he finds them easy prey.

Implicit here is a good idea for infidel self defense. We infidels should issue little tiny 'koranic' necklesses to ward off marauding muslims. When Translvanians were afraid of vampire attacks they wore crosses and garlic around their necks for protection. Perhaps these tiny necklesses I describe can be used to ward of attacks from jihadists.
I also recommend that it be clearly announced ahead by infidel neckless wearers that the tiny koran neckless to be warn by infidels has been dipped in pig blood. Perhaps the neckless will make the Jihadist hesitant to approach the infidel or to grab the infidel by the neck. Did not something like this work for General Pershing in the Philippines? Did he not bury and make it known that he was burying dead Jihadist muslims in pig blood?

Where is the koran verse that says women can't be educated?
Again we say it ~ If women must have women doctors but women aren't allowed education, how do you get women doctors? You don't. The women die.
That's one way to get around the limit of 4 wives.
Just let them die. Marry new ones.

This one was easy for me to figure out: They encourage that girls learn the religious teachings. Why? Because the religion teaches the girls that they are to be subservient to men.
However, they oppose girls learning math, science, etc. Why? Because then girls would be equipped to live independent, non-subservient lives.
I tell you, the Muslim Mafia doesn't miss a trick!

I still remember the incident where the Muslim clerics and men chained the doors of a burning girls schools and refused to let the little girls out...THe reason they said, was because the little girls were not properly dressed as Muslims..Sadly, the girls perished in the fire.
THese Muslim men were mere retards..inspired by the Qur'an and Allah.

These Muslim humans are male by way of their plumbing, but they are not men. They're selfish, craven, despicable dastards who, among other atrocities, brain-wash and bully their women into becoming enablers of their own torturers; quite a sad spectacle.
There is only one solution to these raving but entirely sane thugs ~ but Western leaders are afraid to pull the trigger, to our shame… and perhaps our destruction.

Well it's clear that the "Islamists" are in favor of gender equality in this matter at least; in their madrassas they don't give the boys anything but "religious education" either. All the various comments above about the men wanting to keep women indoctrinated, not educated, applies equally to the imams' keeping men uneducated. Educated people, men or women, might begin to ask too many embarrassing question about the Koran, Mohammad, and Islamic history and society.

In Islam, the ones who ask questions, raise thought provoking questions, question authority, seek other religions, or otherwise seek to improve the quality of the Muslim...die young and often violently at the hands of the Muslims who do not permit such actions. It has been this way for about 1400 years.

I think that ALL totalitarian ideologies try to keep their subjects ignorant. During the communist revolution in Viet Nam, educated people were sent off to labor camps to be worked to death; didn't Chairman Mao also do some kind of purge of the "intelligentsia" in China? (Of course, China subsequently decided to modernize and industrialize, so now they're busily trying to steal our technology.) Sadly, Islam doesn't recognize any need to modernize; if it was good enough for ol' Mo it's good enough for everybody, forever. Flat earth and all the rest.

Why would a woman choose Islam? (Well, of course, once you're IN you can't choose to get OUT...) Didn't the State Dept have a warning to American women to not marry Muslim men, or at least to NOT travel to hubby's homeland? It told how the family takes the woman's passport "for safekeeping" and good luck getting it back, women have no freedom and no rights, any children will be raised Muslim and are "his", if she becomes disillusioned and wants to leave MAYBE she can persuade him to let her go, but the kids will always stay under the father's control. Beastly religion; beastly way to live.
