A setback for Sharia creep and the Stealth Jihad in Europe. "German Court Rules Muslim Girl Can't Skip Swimming Lessons," from FoxNews, May 8 (thanks to all who sent this in):
A German court on Wednesday ruled that a Muslim student cannot skip co-ed swimming lessons because her religion prohibits form-fitting clothes that do not cover her body, The Local reported. The 12-year-old girl’s parents sued a school in the northern city of Remscheid after it refused to let the girl skip the lessons. The court sided with the school, saying that the state’s responsibility to educate the girl outweighed an infringement on her religious freedom....
The parents’ attorney said the family will appeal the decision.

Small typo in the headline above - I assume that 'swip' is meant to be 'skip'.

Jihadwatchers in Germany? - find out exactly which court it was and send the judge or judges or whoever was responsible for this wise decision, a brief, polite letter commending them on upholding the primacy of Kafir laws and customs on Kafir soil, and thus placing one more small obstacle in the way of sharia creep and the stealth jihad. A letter to the principal of the school involved, along similar lines, would also be advisable.
Explain to them what we've learned here - that to the traditional Muslim mind EVERYTHING kafir - all our laws and customs and government, quite small things like the fact that girls don't wear headscarves and schoolchildren have coed swimming lessons, right up to big things like our courts and our parliaments - are 'jahiliyya', ignorance and darkness, to be assailed by all means necessary, erased, and replaced by...Islam. That the Islamosphere, considered as a sort of aggressive gestalt, has no intention whatever of permanent peaceful coexistence with non-Muslims anywhere.
Tell them that though it is lawsuits today, it could just as well be bombs and scimitars tomorrow; but that every legal decision, every school decision, NOT to accommodate endless and ever-increasing Muslim demands, will help to defend what Naipaul called 'the universal civilisation'.
Quote them Sam Harris' great line: " the world's most important culture war: the zero-sum conflict between civil society and traditional Islam."

Oh and thanks for recognizing that Germany is indeed in your column here, friends.
And I hope it will stay there too.
The moslems keep trying to play the "Holocaust card" on us - as much as they are the ones wanting to "finish the job".
Your sympathy and words of encouragement are welcome words indeed.
We have to remind ourselves like I have had to remind Polish guys I met that there are much worse things going on than inter-European squabbling.
They practically beamed when they heard me speak about Jan Sobieski. I told them forget the stupid jokes about Polish war heroes.
We all owe Jan Sobieski the culture we still enjoy today.
That includes not only Germans who actually heeded his call to arms but also Britons aned others who complain about "Polish plumbers".
I say let the lads plumb.
One day they'll know exactly where to plant the bombs when it comes time to go Mau-Mau on the moslems in Europe.

Worrying about form disclosing clothing on a 12 yr old? Islam is sick, really sick.
Hope you feel better soon Robert.

Dear Mr Spencer
Flu, eh?
I had noticed that you were offline somewhat.
You've got very competent people in your team. Let them run the ship for a while; we'll all survive without you for a couple of weeks if necessary.
Go to bed, get some rest and get better.
I'll say a prayer for your good health. God bless.

Mr Spencer,
A glass of Camel's urine should get you up and about again in no time.
Keep well

Robert, I'm not surprised that you are ill, with all the work you do investigating and publicizing the Moslem onslaught. Sometimes I feel sick myself after just one day's reading of JW about the atrocities in the Islamic world and the advances of the Moslems in the West. I can imagine the effect this must have on you, since you're at it more or less full-time.

Once again I feel as a conservative Roman Catholic American that I must fight a battle on 2 fronts. My parents had the Japanese and the Nazis; I the oversexualized west of Hollyweird and the over-scrupulous east of Islam.
One puts a 15 year old Miley Cyrus (Hannah Montana) in to provocative poses and is constantly drenching pre-pubescent children in an all pervasive and disordered view of human sexuality.
The other's view of sexuality is equally disordered as it sees sexual stimulus even where there is none and views women, even little girls, through a prism of sexual temptation.
This little girl could wear a modest one piece suit as most swim teams do and learn a skill that is quite healthful when practiced regularly, refreshing on a hot day, and potentially life saving. Why must we see sex there? She isn't posing for Annie Liebowitz and Vanity Fair nor for Hustler.

Robert,
Please accept my wishes for a speedy recovery.
Ummah Gumma, I was in Munchen last summer and was very surprised to learn that the moderate Muslims want to build a large mosgue overshadowing the surrounding town. Don't let the politically correct bed bugs get you. If it gets built, then Munchen would lose some of its charm and the Germans part of their country.

I agree that the muslim parents are just try to score one for Allah here. If they were that concerned they'd just get her a buhrkini, and leave it at that. I know for a a fact about buhrkinis because I use one. Now, don't go all crazy on me. I live in the tropics and burn very easiliy. Its a great way to prevent skin cancer, jelly fish and other critter stings, as well as scrapes on the coral. Folks here on Kwajalein don't look at me funny. They've all been scortched too. I also agree that sexualizing a 12 year old is pathetic. Let her be a child.
