The Center for Social Cohesion (thanks to USS Neverdock) establishes that the Scottish Islamic Foundation, the recipient of the funds here, is a Muslim Brotherhood group.
"Salmond hit by 'cash for cronies' row," by Eddie Barnes for Scotland on Sunday, July 13 (thanks to Twostellas):
MUSLIM leaders have accused Alex Salmond of blatant cronyism after he handed hundreds of thousands of pounds in public funds to an Islamic group run by an SNP activist. The Scottish Government has given £215,000 to the Scottish Islamic Foundation (SIF), a group run by Osama Saeed, an SNP member who is about to contest the Glasgow Central seat in the next Westminster election.

How much longer before things deteriorate to the point when these political kapos, quislings, collaborators and outright (islamo)nazis get the last-days-of-WWII type justice they so richly deserve?

"Salmond hit by 'cash for cronies' row"
...........................
Tslk about missing the point! The main issue is that Alex Salmond is using public Scottish funds to bankroll the Muslim Brotherhood--a group that calls for the violent overthrow of the democratic West, and its replacement by brutal Islamic Shari'ah law.
It's not as though Salmond is just inappropriately funding some pal's otherwise benign pet project. The fact that Osama Saeed is a "crony" of Salmond's is a very small factor in all of this.

The irony is that these Scottish, Welsh and Irish nationalist parties who so were so anti-English have been amongst the most supine when allowing the demographic conquest of their countries by muslims.
How could the people who supported them, support them now?

'How could the people who supported them, support them now?'
Easy. Because of the 'numpty' factor in Scottish politics. A supine, craven, and uncurious press; a limited space for intellectual public debate.
The Scottish people just don't get to hear about it.
Sad, but that's Scotland today. Land of haggis heids I'm afraid.
