Malaysia bans two more books on Islam

Not on their list yet -- get it while you can!

More Malaysian banning of books that tell the truth about Islam. Sisters In Islam is a courageous group that has documented a great deal about the abuse of women that is sanctioned by Islamic law.

"Govt Bans Two Books Containing Twisted Facts On Islam," from Bernama, August 14 (thanks to the Constantinopolitan Irredentist):

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 14 (Bernama) -- The Home Ministry has banned two book titles containing twisted facts on Islam that can undermine the faith of Muslims.

Publications and Quranic Texts Control Division principal assistant secretary Abdul Razak Abdul Latif said the titles were banned by a prohibition order under Section 7(1) of the Printing Presses and Publications Act 1984.

The first book entitled "Pelik Tapi Benar Dalam Solat" by Abdul Rahman Mohamed, published by Telaga Biru Sdn Bhd, Jalan Raja Abdullah, Kuala Lumpur and printed by FDZ Design & Communications, Taman Bukit Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

Another book title banned is "Muslim Women and the Challenge of Islamic Extremism" by Norani Othman, published by Sisters in Islam, Petaling Jaya and printed by Vinlin Press Bandar Baru Seri Petaling.

Islam can't endure scruitiny!

Truth is the biggest enemy of Islam.

Jihad Watchers, you are truly on the front line of the anti-Jihad.

Have you noticed that when you mention "Islam" or "Moslem" in polite society it's like someone let one.

Sorry Robert, but those that ordered your book in malaysia were asked to return it (they did not receive the book physically). cant really say its banned, but has the same treatment like some non fda approved vitamins or steroids.

The Home Ministry takes orders from some inferior minded group. Its does not surprise me that would go after the Sisters of Islam, but the other author, I cant be sure.

The title, Strange but true elements in Solat Prayers, seems to suggest relevance or alternative meaning of the prayer that might cause confusion.

Its also noted that the Solat was copied and the real meaning is not established. So, explaining it could lead to lots of spinning heads.

Brainless bureaucrats. Book bans should have gone out with communism, and yet our antiquated morons continue to try to maintain control over what people think.

The response of the Christian is to debate; to engage in apologetic and fact-spreading exercises. Our Muslim neighbours? BAN THEM! HANG THEM! KILL THEM! BURN THEM! And not necessarily in that order. It's nuts.

tjwork: you in our part of the world? Which state?

I agree that truth is the enemy of Islam and furthermore that political correctness with this issue just rejects the truth as it doesn't jive with what people wish were true.
