The evidence (as indicated by the lack of objection to Muslim violence and the lack of anti-Muslim violence action)clearly indicates that most Muslims prefer to live in the 7th Century, complete with the bruta Shari'a law replacing all forms of government judicial system...

Even worse...The Muslims want you to live the same way....subjected to every insane whim of the Muslim clerics, every insane Shari'a law, and every brutal punishment for whatever the Muslims decide is need for whatever offense they deem you committed...you will have no legal recourse and you will be unable to win any case...

Sure you made a small gaff but from the way the MSM downplays islamic violence it is not like you called the sky green or anything. Besides if the MSM actually reports about the koran, hadiths etc, and explains how this violence is NOT just a perversion of their " religion of peace and candy canes and huggable bears" then it would be a downright miracle.

To the commenters, save the feign offense for your momma. If the MSM ACTUALLY reported honestly about jihad about all jihadist attacks then you can be offended. Since they don't it is only you who look like you fell off the daily kos short bus of dhimmitude.

A West African student I teach has informed me that I should now use her religiously neutral middle name rather than her very Islamic first name in addressing her because she has become a Christian. This was said openly while I was taking attendance.

She is not alone among the West African immigrants where I teach. Another girl has reported that she and her sisters are now studying the Bible after school; while a couple of boys have been switching to "American" nicknames in day-to-day interactions rather than their official Arabic ones.

Today Sierra Leone, Guinea, and Senegal; tomorrow, Mecca and the reopening of the Hagia Sophia! Christos Anesti!

The Serbian government has condemned a nationalist attack on gay activists in which three people were injured, including a U.S. citizen.

A government statement says that "increasing organized attacks" on minority groups show that the state must act to punish, but also to prevent such incidents.

The government statement was issued Monday, three days after a group of masked assailants beat up participants in the "Queer Festival," a gay gathering in a cultural center in downtown Belgrade.

Nongovernment groups have reported that an unidentified U.S. citizen suffered a concussion and had his arm broken. Two female activists were also reportedly injured.

The groups are demanding that Serbia's pro-Western government curb extremism to "show they are for democracy, rule of law and respect of human rights."

Police have said they detained two suspects. (AP)

Ah, but there's a reason why MSM would cover this story. You see, Bosnia's Muslims are "white", ie you can't tell them apart from Balkan Christians. "White" Muslims aren't a protected species, on those with more pigmentation. You have to go to journalism school to learn such subtlties.

While the gay angle to this is one part of the story, the Bosnian angle is another. Remember all the lectures many here in JW itself were giving us all about how Bosnian and Albanian Mohammedans were different from the Wahabis or Salafists, and they should not be looked at in the same manner as the Iranians or Palis or Pakis or Saudis? In other words, they were/are more European than Islamic?

Well, the jury is now out, and here are Bosnians behaving not like Europeans would (forget Netherlands or Spain - even Italy or Bulgaria is nowhere near this type of behavior), but exactly as they would in Iran, except that they are short of coming to power so far (have to keep that taquiyya thing going, lest the people of Srpska get their way to secede from Bosnia).

So once again - which of the Kosovo supporters out here want to make the case that this sort of activity won't be repeated in Kosovo?

He isn't alone in this morally relative insanity. Bosnia certainly isn't Kosovo, after all, Muslims are the clear 90% majority now in Kosovo (having waged successful murderous Jihad there...), while they remain a minority (for now) in Bosnia. But somehow, magically, Totten and others believe that the Muslims in the region are somehow different from all the other bigot Muslims who inhabit planet earth. So much so, that their trumped up plight in the Balkans, and despite the periodic murderous flareups of their centuries long Jihad, is somehow brushed aside, and they are compared now to the Jews of Europe who were almost exterminated.

Our world is upside down. Our world is insane. And these truculent Muslims in Bosnia are just the tip of the Jihad iceburg. Some will say they're just radical rabble rousers. I don't agree, of course, with that naive assessment. But even assuming there's some truth to that accusation, without the tacit support or utter indifference of their fellow Muslims in the region, without the interference those Muslims constantly confer by their denials of the involvement of Islam in such hatred, such Islamic storm troopers would have no foothold in the area.

The violent filth that arrives when Islam arrives is part and parcel of Islam itself. The world is insane to pretend otherwise. Individuals are insane to pretend otherwise.

I guess as long as the Muslims were on the attack, this will not make the Human Rights Court in Strassbourg.
It's worthy of note how the largesse of the social democracies has come almost full circle.
Frankly, I think picking a reasonable venue for a gay life celebration might have been considered with more prudence. I enter this idea as a gay male myself.
Expecting the streets to be draped in rainbow banners in hot beds (terrible pun) of religio-political strife is pushing human understanding.
