But alas: Majority of Americans still do not think that Islam is out to, not just humiliate, but subjugate non-Muslims. "Poll Shows Iranians Think U.S. Out to Humiliate Islam," from New America Media, January 5:
A new World Public Opinion.org poll taken in 21 nations concludes that Iranians – more than any other people surveyed – believe the United States purposefully tries to humiliate the Islamic world.The poll results show that almost two-thirds of Iranians said they believe that Americans hate Muslims and go out of their way to humiliate the Islamic countries and their people. About 40 percent of Muslims in the other Islamic countries surveyed accept that view.
Conducted from July to October, the poll surveyed 21,740 respondents from 21 nations, including the Muslim majority countries of Iran, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Egypt, Palestine, Jordan, Pakistan and Indonesia plus Nigeria.
The poll found that worldwide, in Muslim and non-Muslim countries alike, majorities believe the United States is disrespectful of the Muslim world, but fewer than half believed this was done intentionally. Some 16 percent said “the U.S. mostly shows respect to the Islamic world,” 36 percent said America was “often disrespectful out of ignorance and insensitivity,” and 31 percent said “the U.S. purposely tries to humiliate the Islamic world.”
Of the Americans surveyed, 56 percent said the United States shows respect, about a third thought the United States was disrespectful out of ignorance and 5 percent thought the country was out to humiliate the Islamic world.
As many Americans think the United States is out to humiliate Muslims as Iranians think the United States shows respect to the Islamic world.

Iranians do not realize how hard it is for us decadent Americans to humiliate Islam. It is a 24/7 job. Work, work, work. I am so tired, I think I'll take a nap.

Iranians need to know Islam humiliates itself. Iran in 1900's had African slaves girl of nine pregnant by Iranian Muslim men. Once persia was a great kinder nation until Islam invaded and took over. Now Iran is the most evil, psychotic, dhmified nation of Islam. At least the Hindu fought back. Zoroastarians were Iranians, and allowed the evil animalistic moon worshippers to reduce Iran to slaves of Muslims or the DEVIL sura 3:54.

Let's see; America is the " Great Satan", the Jews are all "monkeys and pigs", their President threatens to wipe Israel off the map almost every day, there Mullahs do the same and that Sura (3:151) - among hundreds of others says---"Soon shall We cast terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers, for that they joined companions with Allah, for which He had sent no authority".--- and that speaks directly to the trinity, thus they are calling for the killing of Christians.
They threaten us over teddy bears, over cartoons, they give out death sentences in the form fatwas if we dare criticize Islam,they carry placards threatening us at every turn and yet in the end they are the ones who are humiliated by all of us kuffars, unbelievers, and infidels for like the angry children they are they feel they need to be the victim even as they terrorize our western societies in 5o different places on the planet in the name of allah.
But there is always the ignorant and foolish dhimmi who will come to them, appease them like the cattle they want us to be.

So much for that inane theory that in Iran, Americans are popular. And incidentally, who buys those exercises in sophistry from Mohammedans who claim that they are against US policies, but love the American people?
A year ago, I was one of those who hoped that Iran would throw off Islam and either become secular, or revert to Zoroastrianism. Now I am firmly convinced that they (the people now, not just the Ayatollahs, not just the Hizbullahs) are as rabid Islamically as the Arabs, Pakis, Malays and anyone else. I do hope that at some point, Conservative analysts like Techcentral would accept that realization and stop hoping for any change from within.

What a stupid survey! Why not take a survey of muslims asking if they are out to humiliate non-muslims? That would be far more appropriate considering that their religious doctrine specifies that non-muslims who refuse to convert are to be humiliated! Another touch of irony in an endless spate of Orwellian madness.
I think islam should be ridiculed, laughed at, and caricatured until muslims explode en mass in self-righteous fury. After all, it is a farcical, albeit deadly, disease that will grow out of control if we let it. Muslims do not reciprocate tolerance, equality, kindness, generosity, or compassion so why should we treat them any differently than they would treat us? Muslims respect only brute force. Saddam controlled them; the mullahs in Iran control them; the Saudis control them, so we know they can be controlled. Either control them or get rid of them, preferably the latter.

I agree with you on that 100%. Muslims humiliate islam everyday by saying stupid things like "allah (the imaginary) created the woman 'deficient'"; by committing barbaric acts such as wife-beatings, female genital mutilation, the hanging of homosexuals, the riots they participate in because of anything deemed blasphemous by their stupid imams; by failing to put to any good use the trillions of dollars in oil revenue that they get as unmerited wealth, something which is so often mentioned by Hugh to illustrate their lack of capability to do anything right; by their stupid fatwas; by Anjem Choudary, Ibrahim Hooper, Omar Bakri, Ayman al-Zawahiri and other such idiots that only open their fat traps to spew anti-infidel hatred or stupidity; by what they insist on calling quranic science; by any economic, social, political and human rights indicators in the overwhelming majority of muslim countries; by the number of Nobel Prizes won by muslims, which show without a doubt what kind of relationship they have with the arts and science; by their artistic and cultural production (or, more specifically, the lack thereof)...
The list of ways in which muslims humiliate islam by the minute is simply endless.

Although it's hard to figure out what that might be.
