Ali Dashti informs us that “Swedish radio for children, a department of national Swedish radio, is devoting AN ENTIRE WEEK to indoctrinating young Swedish kids with cosy tales about Muhammad.”
Here is the Swedish link, and here is Ali’s translation of some of the material there:
This week you will hear the exciting story of Profet Muhammad’s dramatic life in the Arabian desert in the 7th century.
You will meet the first Muslims and their leader. You will also meet angels and crooks, and Muhammad’s favorite camel Quaswa and her camel friends Sabah and Kasmir.
You will also learn more about Islam.
Ali Dashti asks some pointed questions:
Do you believe they do this for Hindus or Buddhists?
I wonder how they intend to present this? Will they mention how the single mother Asma bint Marwan was stabbed to death in her sleep, for saying something Muhammad didn’t like? Or how the Jews of Banu Qurayza were slaughtered and dumped in a ditch, their women and children sold as slaves? Or how Muhammad himself that very same night had sex with Ruyhana, who had just watched her husband get murdered by Muhammad’s men?
Why are these pertinent questions? Because Muhammad is al-insan al-kamil: the perfect man. His example is the one Muslims are constantly exhorted to follow. Do they follow him even in the things Ali Dashti lists above? See here for some evidence.

If you wish, invite them to some good, Islam-critical websites as well.
And if you want to be effective at all: be brief, and be polite. Point out the problems without being abusive in any way. Otherwise they will not listen to you.
