You remember Carl I. Hagen. He’s the Norwegian politician who drew fire for his “anti-Muslim” remarks. Now he has been given a security alarm, in case he, well, draws fire. Remember: say it’s a religion of peace, or we’ll kill you. From Aftenposten, with thanks to Ali Dashti:
Norwegian police have issued a mobile security alarm to Progress Party leader Carl I Hagen. They worry that he’s a target for terrorists unhappy with some anti-Islamic remarks he made last summer.
Hagen is carrying the alarm with him at all times, according to magazine Se og Hør. Police are also reportedly sending patrol cars by his home in Tønsberg, south of Oslo, at least six times a day.
