Jihad Watch reader Dwntmpo has kindly alerted me to the fact that Pax-TV seems to be planning to rerun the “Faith Under Fire” episode I taped several months ago, and which first ran in November. It is a debate between me and Abdul Malik Ali of the Masjid Al-Islam in Oakland, California; Nihad Awad and Hussam Ayloush of CAIR had been scheduled to be on the show, but they dropped out at the last minute (as has been characteristic of CAIR ops for the last few years when they see me coming). Ali was a colorful fill-in.
I say that Pax “seems to be planning” to rerun the show because it says it is scheduled for January 10. But it also says it airs Saturdays at 10PM EST, and since the show is featured at their site now, I think that is good evidence that it will be on tonight.
If you go to the Faith Under Fire webpage, you can see, at least for awhile, a rather strange-looking popup of me, ears going every which way, responding (weakly) in a comic-strip speech balloon to Abdul Malik Ali’s far more imposing preliminary pop-up. My responses in the show were, I think, stronger; only the pop-up is weak. But let me know what you think after seeing it tonight.
