Yesterday I caught the early stagecoach out of Secure Undisclosed Locationville and journeyed to the belly of the beast, the capital of the Great Satan, where I spoke to the Young America’s Foundation about my new book The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam (and the Crusades) and related matters.
The event was taped by C-Span. Watch for it to be broadcast in the coming weeks.
Meanwhile, there have been some interesting developments relating to a few high-profile ostensible foes of political correctness, who are apparently afraid to discuss this book on their shows. I suspect that the task of facing what we are really up against and discussing truly effective ways that we can defend universal human rights and Western civilization will ultimately separate those who are really interested in defending the West from those who are just trying to cultivate their own star appeal.
ADDENDUM: Thomas Woods, author of the superb Politically Incorrect Guide to American History, notes that my book is at this moment (7:37AM PDT) at number 25 on Amazon.com’s bestseller list without any publicity at all, and comments: “Here’s an issue Americans obviously want to talk about but their betters won’t let them.”
