Note that the usual NGOs have been lamenting the fact that “conditions in Gaza are worse than at any time since 1967.”
Think about that. What that means is that the conditions in Gaza were terrible under Egyptian rule, and then, once the Israelis took over in 1967, steadily improved as long as Israel was in control, and then, now that Israel has been entirely out of Gaza (so much for this “occupation” the local Arabs in Gaza keep screaming about — they mean, of course, Israel itself is occupied by Jews, and that simply, to them, isn’t right), conditions have again, under Arab rule, slowly degenerated. They have degenerated to the extent that conditions of life now approach, despite Israel turning over intact much-improved infrastructure, and those greenhouses that were promptly looted and destroyed by the “Palestinians,” and the billions in aid money received from Infidels (strangely, nothing substantial appears to come from fellow members of the Umma), what they were the last time Arabs were in control.
And yet these British NGOs dare to suggest that this is Israel’s fault? What nonsense people are allowed to get away with, if no one calls them to account. NGOs have come a long and very dismal way since the dreams of Rene Cassin.
Look. Israel right now is facing an enemy that wanted, that wants, that will always want, to destroy it. Just a few days ago 7,000 Arabs in Gaza were howling with delight in one demonstration alone, howling with delight at the massacre of young religious students who were busy studying the Torah. They did not die in a raid gone wrong, where every attempt had been made to prevent civilian casualties. Not at all. The site was deliberately chosen. They were students, studying. They were in the act of prayerful study when they were deliberately murdered. And now, with the guns shooting into the air, the ululations of pleasure going from one end of Gaza to the next, the Israelis are expected to not merely hold back, but also to supply electricity, food, and medicine to these howlers?
The Israelis have proven themselves, in their diplomacy and general understanding of Islamic opposition to them (what should be called the Lesser Jihad), to be geniuses in reverse. No other group of Infidels should be as trusting, as endlessly gullible, as confused, as again and again many Israelis have shown themselves to be. In this regard Israel is not a model to emulate, but to avoid. It would be wonderful if a sufficient number of Israelis bothered to study Islam, and learned once and for all the bleak truth. It would be wonderful if they then began, far more cleverly than they ever have up to now, to make their case, and to settle in for a long war that cannot conceivably have a “two-state solution,” or any “solution” except insofar as the forces of Islam can be demoralized and divided, and changes be prompted, far in the future, from within Islam.
Pre-emptive surrender, based on ignorance of Islam, will not do. Not for Israel or any other Infidel country.
What should be done? Begin with the cutting off of all goods and supplies that go from Israel to Gaza. Not just temporarily, until the Arabs of Gaza begin to behave in a manner less reminiscent of a Nazi rally, a little more disorganized, no doubt — no hint of Teutonic efficiency — but with the same kind of open display of hysterical hate. No, make that cutoff permanent.
And those appalling reporters for the major news outlets are no longer fit to report on what was and is and will remain, a Lesser Jihad that is being conducted against Israel. They have proven themselves again and again unable to recognize and describe properly what has been demonstrated, not for the first time (remember those crowds in Gaza and the “West Bank” celebrating joyously on news of the 9/11 attacks).
It has to be taken in, it has to be understood, and they have made no attempt to do that. Nor is such a person, indeed, fit to report on anything else.
