In Thailand?
“Southern insurgent groups”? Marching under the banner of Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson? In fact, of course, the “Southern insurgent groups” are Islamic jihad groups, but that is the Global Insurgency That Must Not Be Named.
“60 wounded in Thai bomb blasts,” from AFP, November 4 (thanks to JE):
Police in Thailand say three bombs have exploded in the country’s south, wounding more than 60 people.
They say the first bomb exploded at a busy market near a local government office.
The other two bombs exploded minutes later next to a tea shop at the market.
More than 3,400 people have been killed in attacks by southern insurgent groups over the past four years.
