Jan. 15 (Bloomberg) — Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Barack Obama’s presidency will present an opportunity for improved U.S.-Iranian relations.
“The U.S. should change its relations with Iran,” the Iranian president said today in speech aired live on state television. “If the changes are real and structural they will be welcomed. If the changes are tactical and offered in a new package, the same trend will go on.”
Ahmadinejad said, “We will not judge in advance. We are waiting patiently.”…
