Ayatollah Emami Kashani is just the latest in a long line of jihadist and Islamic supremacist leaders to express joy over the Mideast uprisings. If they were really wholly secular and democratic in character, as the mainstream media would have us believe, it is unlikely that people like Kashani would be so chuffed.
